He would then go on to serve with the CIA (Central Intelligence Agency), using his skills as a SEAL at the highest level. Ray is now a father, entrepreneur, and TV personality. He also Founded the "CONQUER" program, which has been featured on the History Channel “The Selection,” Discovery Channel “The Ultimate Soldier Challenge” and the BBC “Ultimate Hell Week.” He also works with several charities, specifically the Danny Dietz Memorial Fund, in which Ray was Danny Dietz' mentor.
