Las heridas de tu infancia pueden ser la raíz de todos esos comportamientos del presente. Distintas corrientes de la psiquiatría y la psicología han desarrollado el concepto de “niño interior”, para entender esas situaciones que aún no han sido curadas, y se abren continuamente de forma inconsciente, afectando la vida actual. Ir al fondo, descubrir qué sucedió en nuestra niñez, parece ser la clave para entender por qué somos cómo somos, qué nos hace pensar, sentir y actuar de determinada manera.
