Ed founded Finch Model to bring “order out of confusion,” or to put it another way to remove the
confusion and present simple solutions to problems people are struggling with.
He first started Coaching in the early 1990s and by the mid-1990s became one of the first people to
qualify to assess other coaches against the brand-new National Coaching Standards.
Come 2023, Ed elevated his Coaching by becoming a successful student of world-renowned Coach
Ritch Litvin, attaining the status of ‘Exponential Coach’.
Ed holds a Master’s Degree; and is an ‘HSP’!

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist
It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
