Speaker (00:00):
Yeah, I really want to help, and what I'm seeing
is that what's missing is thatthere's so much out there, you
should do this, you should dothat, and I feel like we need to
feel even more into our heart, feel more into what do I want to
do, what What do I want to be?
What do I want to stand for?
What do I not want to stand for?

(00:23):
Welcome to the SensitiveSuccess Podcast, where we
explore the unique challengesand opportunities that
comes with being a sensitivechangemaker in today's world.
I'm your host, Frida Kabo, and I have spent the last
decade recreating my life.
I moved from Sweden to NewZealand and now live in the
beautiful bush with my husbandand two kids, homeschooling

(00:43):
and creating a life andbusiness that works for me with
the help of my sensitivity.
and support othersto do the same.
I'm excited to shareconversations with experts,
thought leaders, and fellowsensitive people who also
see the world throughthe lens of sensitivity.
Thank you so much for beinghere because it means that
you're creating sensitivesuccess too, which is

(01:03):
precisely what the world needs.
Let's get started.
Hello, it's Frida Kahlo here.
Today I want totalk about change.
Change is the only constant.
If we don't change,we Don't live right.
So there's always changehappening around us and

(01:24):
sometimes it's a bit more andsometimes it's a bit less but
it's always happening and we candecide if we want to drive it or
if we want to relax into it orif we want to just go along with
the ride or if we want someoneelse to be in charge of it.
But yeah, I feel like I'm goingthrough a shift right now.

(01:47):
Like there's been a lot ofouter shifts in my life.
I moved, yeah, done all thesechanges and now it feels like
I'm really landing deeper.
I am shifting more intowhere I'm supposed to
be and that feels great.
And at the same time, it'salways a bit scary with
shifts and change and weirdI usually call it the void.

(02:14):
It feels like you're in a voidwhere nothing really happens,
but in reality, there's quitea lot of things happening.
It's just on the inside.
It doesn't come outon the outside yet.
Yeah, it's a lot of thoughtprocess, a lot of feeling
process, a lot of integration, and all of those Word.

(02:34):
But I thought I, I wantedto talk to you about it
here because I feel likethis is something we don't
talk about that much.
And I know that clients come tome frustrated because they're
not getting to where they wantto go and nothing's happening.
And yeah, but, That's okay.
It's okay that you're ina slower phase right now.

(02:58):
How can you use that?
How can you take the goalthat's in this slower situation
and how can you prepare forwhat is coming without knowing
necessarily what it is?
So there are some questionsthat I usually give is,
okay, but what is itthat you can let go of?
What is it that youdon't want anymore?

(03:19):
And for me, in this shift thatI'm having right now to align
more with what I want to do,for me, the answer that came
is that I want to let go oftalking about sensitivity.
Why?
Well, because I really don'tlike labels, and I don't like
to have to explain myself overand over again, and I feel like

(03:41):
sensitivity, yes, I feel likethat's a word that we need to
reframe, and I feel that it'sso important to talk about,
and I know the power it haswhen someone realizes that
they are highly sensitive.
So I, I will Probablystill talk about it.
And I love working withsensitive people and it's
like, yeah, I'm working withwho I'm working with, but I'm

(04:01):
not talking about the thingsthat really turned me on, that
really has me on fire because.
As I said, it's important totalk about, but it's also, I
don't like putting labels on us.
I know they can be useful.
I know I had a lot ofinsight when I embraced
that I was highly sensitive.
I've talked aboutit quite a lot.

(04:23):
And, And at the same time, Iknow that we are so much more,
we are not only sensitive,we are so much more and
there's so many other layersand I feel like I will
let go of having that as aforefront to my business.
What else do Ineed to let go of?
Yeah, perfection isa big one for me.

(04:46):
Let go of people pleasing.
I realized that it's likefive years until my kids are
not living at home anymore.
Could potentially move awayfrom home, I should say.
Probably not, but yeah.
And it just hit me.
It's like, wow,that's a big change.
And I really want to be herefor my kids now when I can, and

(05:09):
then let them have their wings.
But what I'm really tuning intois how can I use the time that
I have with my kids right now,but also how can I make my work
matter even more, because thisis not something I want to pause
with until they move from home, because this is Also my thing.
I need, I need to have my thing.

(05:30):
I need to do my workand help my clients.
And it's really importantto me to do this.
And I know that what came upfor me was I need to align even
more to what I'm here to do.
So that leads us intothe next question.
What do I need tocall in more of?
What do I want more of?

(05:51):
Yeah, I want to help evenmore effective, help the
leaders and healers andchange makers in the world
to create even more impact.
I am here for them, for you,if you're listening, and yeah,
I really want to help them.
What I'm seeing is thatwhat's missing is that
there's so much out there.

(06:11):
You should do this.
You should do that.
And I feel like.
We need to feel even moreinto our heart, feel more into
what do I want to do, what, what do I want to be, what
do I want to stand for, whatdo I not want to stand for.
Yeah, my new service isto really help sensitives,
intuitive, healers, whateveryou call yourself, service

(06:35):
providers and practitioners toreally make their business work,
to really get their messageout there, to really be able
to live the life that they wantto live, to make the impact
that they're here to make.
And to help those people,it creates so many ripples.
So it's both with coaching, with the hands on work

(06:58):
within their business, onlinebusiness, I should say, um,
hands on and so really supportin so many different ways.
Because I know that both themindset and the coaching and
all of that is really powerful.
But I've also seen that, yeah, we need help with the
practical stuff, with thetechnical stuff as well.

(07:20):
It's not either or,it's both, right?
So that's what I'mcalling and that's what
I'm creating right now.
And that's also why I feellike the, this podcast
will shift as well.
It's not like thismassive shift.
It's not like, yeah,I'm changing niche.
I'm moving.
No, it's just grounding intowho I am and what I want

(07:42):
to do and why I'm here andwhat I'm passionate about.
And why am I telling you this?
Well, because I want toinspire you to do the same.
I hope that you reallytake this opportunity.
while listening to this, andjust think about what is it that
you want to shift in your life, what can you tweak, it doesn't
have to be these big things allthe time, sometimes it's just

(08:04):
about really tuning into yourheart, and feeling into, okay,
what is it that I want, what isit that I'm passionate about,
and if you're somewhere that youdon't want to be, you can look
at, okay, how can I make thisbit better, how can I tweak some
small thing, That would helpme a little bit, so we don't

(08:24):
have to do it all at the sametime, but what's the first step?
What's the first smallestaction, or the first smallest
tweak that I can make right now?
Is it to listen tomusic while I work?
Is it to have a cup ofcacao in the morning?
Is it to really see how muchI'm helping the client at

(08:45):
the end, or the ripples thatI create in, in the world?
I had a friend who workedas a cleaner, and she said
she helped save marriages.
Like, we can look at themeaning and at the result in
a way that is helpful to us,in a way that really helps
us see the difference thatwe make in people's lives.

(09:08):
So what would that be for you?
Yeah, so with this episode,I also want to say that I'm
going to take a break fromSensitive Success, the podcast.
And that's what I'msaying in the beginning
as well with the void.
Sometimes we justhave to leave space.
We have to step awayfrom things to shh.
to see them froma different view.

(09:28):
So I'm not sure if sensitivesuccess is coming back
or if it's just a pause.
And if so, if that pauseis one week or a year,
you never know, right?
But there will besomething else.
Something will come right now.
I'm quite into YouTube andespecially with showing the

(09:48):
technical side of business.
So keep an eye on my YouTubechannel at FridaKabo.
If you're here, tell mesomething in the comments.
I would love to hear from you.
If you're in a void or ifyou feel the shifts or if
you are excited about thechange or not, you never know.

(10:10):
So yeah, I think, Ifeel like that's what
I wanted to say today.
I definitely feel thatthere's something new coming.
I'm not sure what yet.
And, um, Yeah, keep youreyes open and heart open and
tune into what you need andI wish you a beautiful day
and thank you so much forlistening to the podcast.

(10:31):
I'm really grateful that you'rehere listening, otherwise
it wouldn't be any pointin me doing this, right?
So, thank you for beinghere, sending you so much
love, have a beautiful day.
