This week I focus on my journey from fat to fit to fat and then fit again. (This time, I hopefully stay fit for good!) I hope the story of my journey inspires others to do the same and shows you that can you make changes to prioritize your health even with busy work and family schedules. If I can do it (twice!), you can too! I also offer up some tips that may help you that others gave me that helped me on my journey.
