Subjects are fun, entertaining, and often educational. Host Wade Kisner speaks with guests of various backgrounds: Hunter, Breeder, Veterinarian, other experts, or just regular folk who have a passion for the outdoors.

Steve Nash grew up in Kansas City, Missouri and learned many outdoor skills related to hunting and fishing from his Uncle, Jack Brown. He has many fond memories calling in ducks and geese and the camaraderie that can only be found in a goose pit with family and close buddies. Steve fondly recalls the annual pheasant hunting trips to Viborg, South Dakota in the late fifties.

Steve Hornung grew up in Iowa Falls, Iowa and was exposed to pheasant hunting at an early age. Steve learned about bird hunting and dogs from his uncle. This experience created a life long love of bird hunting which continues this day. As a career educator Steve found himself living in rural areas of Iowa where pheasant hunting was very popular.
