In This Week in Pop-Culture we’re talking about Melanie Lynski who played Rose from Two and a Half Men. She did a recent interview talking about what Hollywood life was like for her early on in her career in terms of fatphobia and body image. We bring it full circle by drawing attention to the ways that the entertainment industry has changed to be more inclusive.

Our listener question this week is from a 33 year old woman about how to overcome negative body image in order to enjoy sex. We go over some tips for how to combat those negative thoughts including confronting any fatphobia you may still have lingering around.
