In this episode, we focus on diagnostic tests that are currently used for COVID-19. Saliva- and nasal-based antigen tests vs. blood sample-based antibody tests. Dr. Seeds breaks it down for you and gives his insight on what you can trust, vs. the things you should be wary of before participating.

Not all face masks are created equal but it's harder to get your hands on the N95's which are the most effective in protecting yourself and others around you. Our Doc breaks it down for you, walking you through the mask effective tests and what is more readily available for your protection.

There are factors in your DNA that may help determine your body's ability to fight off a future viral infection. By testing for your biological age (as opposed to your chronological age which is the age you are today) you can make changes today that will shape the future defenses. Its important to know the different types of tests out there, and what you can get from each of them.
