We're back with Dr. Seeds, 25+ board certified surgeon, and medical consultant to the NFL, NHL, and NBA. 

What's interesting about Dr. Seeds' approach, especially in relation to his background is that his number 1 medicine is diet and exercise. It's THAT big of a deal.

In this episode we take a deep dive into why that is that case. 
Why is nutrition and exercise SO important? what is actually happening in the body, the gut, the cells? Once you hear about the science of your metabolic system you'll see why a healthy diet goes BEYOND simply losing weight.

Remember Dr. Seeds is all about cell efficiency. That means: giving the body, the cells, exactly what makes it running in tip top, optimal shape.

That means to feed the body the right nutrition, in the right order, at the right times (or varying times).

Our bodies are intelligent. It has the tools to survive. We just have to empower ourselves and help make it happen.
