Warren had a disturbing knack for finding secluded spots to hide the bodies of his victims and commit his crimes in private. Working for the parks department in Clark County, Washington, he lived as a husband and father at home, but behind the wheel of his blue Ford van, he was a stalker, rapist, and murderer. Decades later, this cold case has revealed new clues that may help solve the mystery of at least one victim. Though her body was never found, her personal belongings were discovered in the same area where Warren Forest disposed of several others.
