Nature has a natural ability to ground us which is one of the most important healing practices of our time because we all spend much of our day on screens, in buildings, in shoes, and separated in many ways from the natural world.
We are nature. We don't come to earth but from her, so the more we reconnect to our Wild the more we embody our Whole Self.
