Russell Mano, Strength Coach, YouTube Creator and co-host of this podcast, shares his life story in this 2-part series. In this second part he tells of the journey to self fulfillment. From his occupation of being in the military, college, and eventually a trainer; to his personal life of struggling with relationships and the path to recovery from PTSD; Russell searched for answers in order to improve himself for himself. Currently he is still happily seeking his improvement along with his wife and children.
