In 1980 longtime pastor Dixon Wood retired and Shady Grove welcomed Pastor Don & Carol Milstead along with their children Ben & Corey. For eleven years their lives intertwined with the good people of Shady Grove for God's glory.

Pastor Don Milstead hired Margaret Gasperson as youth pastor in 1980. She and her husband George moved to Shady Grove and stayed twenty years. They made new friends, grew to know God better and serve Him better. Dan talks with George and Margaret about the hard times interspersed with laughter.

She along with her four siblings called the parsonage on the east of of Bunker Hill Rd home. Joan joins us to celebrate 150 Years of Shady Grove.
