Chef Athan Pixler has had a long culinary journey focused on sustainable farm-to-table cuisine. He currently serves as Executive Chef at True Food Kitchen in Denver, Colorado. We were excited to have him on the show to discuss his culinary career, his passion for agriculture, and his future goals. We kicked off the interview by asking him how he discovered his passion for food and healthy cooking. You’ll then discover what a day in the life of an executive chef is like.
