On today's show, I discuss the seven things that helped me to succeed on a plant-based diet and stay the course. But, you might be surprised to learn that several of those things had nothing to do with food. A plant-based diet is not only about eating it is about lifestyle and increasing the quality of that lifestyle. So, you shouldn't be surprised if you see other areas of your life improving once you go plant-based.
What are those 7 tips?
I'll break each one of these down and hopefully, you'll begin to see how they not only will benefit your kitchen activity but your entire life as well. All of life is about failures and successes and the majority of successes come from what we've learned in those failures. But, sadly, we live in an era where having the "freedom to fail" is not always readily embraced. Today, we're changing all that and my hope is by the end of this episode you will feel more encouraged and ready to charge forward.
Stay safe everyone! We're in this together.
