In this episode, Daniel shares the life events he went through as he struggled with his PTSD symptoms in addition to depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, alcoholism, and a pain pill addiction. All this to say, we discuss the dark before the light. Daniel's story has redemption and a message of hope.
