Within us all is the natural capacity of loving kindness, of unconditional, gentle, supportive friendship. It is a natural path of an empathic and compassionate heart, to others and to ourselves.
By developing Love and Kindness for ourselves, we can extend and share this loving kindness to all.
We can wish comfort, kindness and happiness for all.
This meditation is voice guided with a background of flowing water and nature sounds with the 396 Hz Solfeggio tone quietly embedded in the background.
Headphones are not required when listening to audio with Solfeggio tones incorporated within it. Listening to the audio quietly and not performing any activities that require your full attention or concentration is important.
396 Hz has been found to be a healing sound frequency. It can be thought of as the Joy Bringing frequency and may be used to remove basic obstacles to realization and may release feelings of fear. It may also be useful for awakenings and dealing with grief.
