However, the Super Bowl successand playoff success is just not

We're going to get rid of MikeTomlin and we're going to get
rid of the laughable offensivecoordinator that is Arthur Smith
, along with any other offensivecoach and his staff.

football offense coach in thecountry.
We're going to go with CliffKingsbury yes, I make fun of his

simulators.
Let me explain it first.
Before you call timeout overthere, put the T away guy.
You look like an NBA ref rightnow calling Ts for no reason.
I ran this through about sixtrade simulators and, in all
honesty, I thought I was goingto have to give up more, but

every single one of them told meI didn't.
You got to remember.
Trey Hendricks was actuallypicked number 101 in his draft.
He's getting paid around $18.6million in their cap hit and
they got a lot of offensive lineissues to fix.
So they got to get rid of somecap and make some moves.
So Trey Hendricks is a littlecheaper than expected.
So you are going to take awaythe guy that I love, mr Watt,

because he's only got one yearleft, and you're going to
instead bring in TreyHendrickson, who also only has
one year left.
Trey Hendrickson is about $12million cheaper and also led the
NFL in sacks.

Justinsign, justin fields on atwo-year, eight million dollar

Um, he's really going to fitinto this cliff.
Kingsbury offense um, again,speed, more than throwing, is
kind of the aspect we're goingfor here.
The more speed, the better.
We're going to fill in one ofthose offensive lines gaps by
going and getting one of thebest right guards in the country
uh, in the league as well as uhprobably in recent history.

We're gonna go get trey smithfrom the kansas city chiefs at a
four-year 84 million deal,making him the highest paid
right guard in the league.
Uh, this contract feels alittle high for me but, as I was
told by some of uh some of mypeers, this is uh the current
going rate for the best lineguard in the league.

We then go on to take AaronJones from Minnesota on a
two-year $16 million contract,looking to fill in that running
back gap as we decide to letNajee walk into free agency.
As of right now, we only haveGeorge Pickens and we only have
him for one more year, so we gotto go out and get a wide
receiver.
We're going to go get DariusSlayton from the New York Giants

I think this guy's got a lot ofpotential.
He's got a lot of speed.
We're looking for someone tofill in that second role.
We get him for three years, $19million.
He's probably also going toreturn punts and kicks for us,

as I'm cutting Cordell Pattersonbecause he's 60.
Charverius Ward from SanFrancisco, the cornerback.
We need help on the outsidehere for this defense.
Charverius Ward, and we alsoget Tredavious White.
We are paying Charverius quitea bit three years, 27 mil.
Tredavious White three years, 8mil.
And then we go get one morewide receiver just to fill in
that third, fourth slot DJ Sharktwo years, 6.8 million.

After all these acquisitionsand trades, we run into 6.25
million remaining after freeagency.

the 247.
We get Tyler Booker guard outof Alabama.

We go and get Caleb Johnsonrunning back out of Iowa.
So we now have two pretty solidrunning backs, one rookie, one
veteran trying to build a corethere where hopefully by week
eight, week nine, we're intosplitting snaps.

So we get into those guys,hopefully splitting snaps, by

We then go get our guy and weget him late.
We get him with Arizona.

quarterback out of alabama.
Uh, really, really fits wellinto this speed complex that
we're trying to build.
Chris, we're three rounds deepinto this draft.
As a pittsburgh steelers fan,are we fixing this offensive
issue that you thought was goingto be a problem?
Um, I I don't think we have aquarterback on the roster that

knows how to throw a football,although I will give you, justin
fields had the team winninggames early in this previous
season.
So I'm not burning down yourhouse, but you're not sitting in
a very safe seat.

He's still doing just fine inthe NFL.

And then I would love to run atwo-quarterback, two-running
back system with a read option,bubble screens, quick checkdowns

, very similar to the offensethat Jane Daniels and the
Commanders ran this year,looking to bring that over to
the afc north.
So you're, I think, my absolutesteal.
The draft here is in round fourwith 121 to get tory horton out
of colorado state.

This guy should go way beforefour.
I don't think he will.
I do think he's a stud and hedefinitely helps fill out that
wide receiver room a little bit.
I think he could honestly bebetter than Matthew Golden when
it all comes to fruition here inabout two, three years.

We then go on to round five.
We get Cody Simon, linebackerout of Ohio State Again just
filling in some of thosedefensive gaps, filling out that
room a little bit more.
And then we'll grab anotherguard out of Georgia, we get
Dylan Fairchild in seventh EthanDowns defensive end out of
Oklahoma and then in the lastround we grab Seth Hennigan, a

QB, out of Memphis.
That's just kind of one to fillout the room again.
Take a chance on a guy withyour last pick and move forward
from there.
We had about 6.25 before that.
After a rough estimate ofsignings.
We still have a couple millionto work with.
That is my rebuild for thePittsburgh Steelers.

I know that we're calling thisa rebuild and this is a start,
but this basically means youhave what does this come out to?
36 people on the roster nextyear.

not a lot of work to do nextyear also.

you've got to scrap it down andbuild it all up.
