As we close out 2024 (and yes, we’re still trying to figure out what day it is in this cheese-and-wine-fueled time warp), we’re reflecting on the past 2.5 years of this incredible podcast journey. Over 100 episodes, countless lessons, and a whole lot of growth.
But sometimes, growth requires a pause. And that’s exactly what we’re doing.
We recently got news that our editing team is stepping back, and it sparked some real talk between us about where we want to take this podcast. Spoiler alert: we’re not done—we’re evolving.
This pause is about intention. It’s about pivoting. It’s about creating space to dream bigger and deliver even more value to YOU.
So, here’s the plan: we’re stepping back for the next month to reflect, reconnect, and reimagine what Shattering Ceilings can be in 2025. We’re not just talking about change—we’re living it.
Thank you for being on this ride with us. We’ll be back, stronger and more aligned than ever. Until then, take this as your sign to reflect on your own wins, pivots, and goals. What do you want to bring into 2025?
The best is yet to come.

Intentionally Disturbing
Join me on this podcast as I navigate the murky waters of human behavior, current events, and personal anecdotes through in-depth interviews with incredible people—all served with a generous helping of sarcasm and satire. After years as a forensic and clinical psychologist, I offer a unique interview style and a low tolerance for bullshit, quickly steering conversations toward depth and darkness. I honor the seriousness while also appreciating wit. I’m your guide through the twisted labyrinth of the human psyche, armed with dark humor and biting wit.
