This episode may ruffle some feather but the reality is the therapy industry wasn’t founded to help people get out of the system of pain, rather keep them trapped in it.
Though there are always exceptions and some genuine people out there deeply wanting to help those who are suffering, the therapy system isn’t created to lose clients, rather to keep them.
After 8 years in the coaching industry and now being back to school for my psych degree… I’ve seen the perpetual suffering time and time again that comes from those who are told therapy is the solution… yet sadly are let down time and time again.
This episode is designed to open your mind to a more critical lens, while offering you a true, eternal long term solution beyond talking out your problems every week on a chair or on a zoom call 🙏🏻
Society has weaponized mental health, and fortunately when you step out of the echo chambers that lead people into a never ending system of pain, there are plenty of solutions waiting for you to heal and thrive LONG term. ❤️

Are You A Charlotte?
In 1997, actress Kristin Davis’ life was forever changed when she took on the role of Charlotte York in Sex and the City. As we watched Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte navigate relationships in NYC, the show helped push once unacceptable conversation topics out of the shadows and altered the narrative around women and sex. We all saw ourselves in them as they searched for fulfillment in life, sex and friendships. Now, Kristin Davis wants to connect with you, the fans, and share untold stories and all the behind the scenes. Together, with Kristin and special guests, what will begin with Sex and the City will evolve into talks about themes that are still so relevant today. "Are you a Charlotte?" is much more than just rewatching this beloved show, it brings the past and the present together as we talk with heart, humor and of course some optimism.
