When, when people just work onstrategy, when they're just like

Strategy.
I'm gonna get my you know myfunnels, whatever sales.
It doesn't work.
You're not gonna get the salesthat you truly want if your mind

It's absolutely crucial to workon both things.

stepping into being magneticyourself, sales are going to be

Magnetic yourself, sales aregoing to be really hard.
And when I say stepping intobeing magnetic, I know for some
that feels scary.

I've heard people say, oh, Icould never be magnetic.

When I say you need to stepinto being magnetic and you're
like, you probably don't knowwhat magnetic is and most likely

you're one of the ones thatneeds to truly look at the
energetics of your business, ofyour life, and truly put some
effort into this area.
Here's the thing Anyone, anyoneI will repeat it again Anyone

can become magnetic, and whenyou do that, it shows up in your
messaging, the strategy whichwe're going to talk about
tomorrow.
But these two things go hand inhand.
You can't have one without theother.

So let's think for a secondpeople that you see online who
are crushing it in theirbusinesses.
There's something about them.
They make you want to move.
They make you see what could bepossible for you.

They speak with conviction andbelief.
This is magnetism.
But I'm willing to bet that youprobably make up stories about
these people that they'renaturally like it.
Right that they were born likethat.

They came out that way.
They've always been that way.
They were the popular girls inschool.
It's not true.
It is not true.

This is a learned skill set,just like riding a bike, just

like learning to build a salesfunnel, but it actually takes
work.

When you learned to ride yourbike, you didn't just get on it
and go.
Most likely, you probably hadto get on it at least a couple
of times.
Right, just like building asales funnel.
You just don't sit down andbuild one and boom, it's perfect

and sales are coming in.
It doesn't work like that.
This is a skill set thatanybody can learn.
Anybody can become magnetic andif you look back at anyone who
you now like to consume or theyfeel magnetic or larger than

life or whatever you want tocall it and you scroll back way
back maybe sometimes not thatfar back, but for some it's way
back you're going to see theydidn't start off that way online

Very, very few women that Ihave ever seen started out with

They grew it, they worked on it.
I love when I get comments like,oh, it's easy for you or oh, I
don't believe for a second.
You ever lack confidence.
I love those comments Becauseit's like hello, hello.

That's because what I dofucking works.
My process works, feeling thatfear inside of me and, rather
than having it be something thatstops me, it's something that

propels me forward.
You can learn to do that aswell, and let me tell you how
much easier things are when fearis no longer your enemy, but
you actually look for thingsthat make you afraid because you
know over there on the otherside is growth you look for

things to make you afraid.
How would that feel?
How would that change yourbusiness?
How would it change it?
I guarantee you could.
5x or 10x or 100x the amount ofmoney that you bring in,

because you're looking forthings that make you afraid and
you do them, rather than doingthings like the busy work,
procrastination, working on yourwebsite to try to get it just
so, looking for the perfect pinkor the perfect purple or
perfect blue for your logos orbranding.

The first step in this islooking at yourself from the
outside, not from you inside.

If you don't, it's okay.

I'm not working in integritybecause I know me telling you
how to write magnetic messagingit's not going to work for you
if we don't have your energeticsbehind it.

Magnetism is not showing upperfect on camera or having the
perfect clothes, and I know Isee this a lot.
So you know a lot of thecoaches, even ones that I now

follow, who are great at whatthey do, who are great at what
they do.
They went from a specific wayin life and now you know they're
making millions and they'redoing different things right,

and a lot of times people seethem as them now where they're
all.
You know they have designerclothes and they have, you know,
perfect houses and stuff likethat, probably because they have
a housekeeper, because they canafford it right.
All these things that they canget now because of the life
they've created, created, notjust, you know, fell into,

they've created this.
But a lot of times what I seeare women who are like, well,
they're magnetic because look atthem, they've got perfect
clothes and you know designerhandbags and this, and that I
want you to understand.
You don't have to have all thatto become magnetic.

I don't wear a bunch ofdesigner clothes and stuff like
that.
Maybe someday I will I don'tknow.
Like I don't.
That is not something I needright now or I want even.
There are some things that Ilike if I can.

I don't know if I can hold onsomething that I you know
coaches hold on, like my hotpink watch with the diamonds on
it.
Okay God, I don't know if youcould see that in the camera,
but I don't want you to thinkthat you have to be perfect and

all put together to be magnetic,because that's not the case,
and so too many women are soworried about being perfect on
camera, making sure that theirkids aren't yelling in the
background, making sure theyhave the perfect curated content
and all that kind of stuff, andI get it.

I used to be like that,especially when Janelle was
really little, and like cryingand stuff like that, and I'm
like you know, I couldn't golive because she was crying and
it was like I finally got to apoint where I'm like, no, this
is my life.
She's part of the reason whyI'm building this business.

All being all perfect andeverything, it's not what's
going to build you a six figurebusiness.
Being authentic in the way youspeak, not caring if you you
know, stutter, trip up yourwords or you know any of it why

I used to bark in my videos.

Being overly consumed by beingperfect is not going to attract
people.
Being magnetic isn't about theway you look.
Showing up, being authentic,yes, having some confidence to

it's not just a strategy.
It's that confidence, it's thatconviction, it's the belief.

Right, you may not think I'mpretty, that's fine.

It's my belief and it's theconviction that I speak.
It's my vision for them.
Being perfect, isn't it?

I said this in a TikTok today.
I said you know, I don't thinkyou should show up as a slob
every day, right, you're abusiness owner, you've got to
dress the part a little bit mostdays, but it doesn't mean you
need to be perfect.

So, for today, I want you tostep back.
I want you to look at yourself,and here's what I want you to
do.
I want you to write down whatyou see.
Okay, now, this can be hard.
You have to be honest withyourself.
What do you see?

Do you see a confident woman?
Do you see somebody who speakswith conviction?
Do you see somebody who reallybelieves that they can help
other people?
Write down what it is you see,looking, stepping back and
looking at yourself.
There's no right or wronganswer here, but you need to be
honest with yourself, becausethat honesty is what's going to

help you start to take theseradical shifts forward.
Write down what you see.
Then I want you to write downwhat you want to see.
How do you want to speak?
What are the things that youwant to say to your audience?

And if you don't have anaudience right now, that's okay
to your audience.
And if you don't have anaudience right now, that's okay,
let's pretend you do.
What are the things that youwant to say?
How do you want to show up forthem?
You don't have to show up, likeI do.
We're different people.

You don't have to be no BS oryou know anything like that.
You get to decide.
But how do you want to show up,not how can you show up.
There's a difference, okay,there is a difference in that,
because if you don't have theconfidence right now, if I asked

you how can you show up, you'regoing to have a different
answer than if I ask you how doyou want to show up?
Okay, so I want you to likejournal this out.
It doesn't have to take a longtime.
I don't like journaling for anhour or anything like that,
unless you want to.
And it really the stuff thatyou write down is really going

to help you.
It's going to help you seeyourself, it's going to help you
take radical responsibility andit's going to help you start
taking radical shifts forward.
So that's your homework.
It's fun work.
