I'm here to remind you that youdon't need permission from
anyone to chase your dreams.
I really want you to feel that,so let's talk about how you can

build a support system thatreally fuels your fire.
So what do you do when yourcircle doesn't get your vision?
Have you ever shared your bigdreams with friends or family,
only to be met with blank stares, skepticism or maybe silence?

I've been there, I know, and Iknow so many of my clients and
others in my community have beentoo, and it really can sting.
But here's what I want you toknow.
Here's what I want you to knowyour vision wasn't given to them

It was given to you.

It's okay if they don'tunderstand.
You got to let it go, all right, they don't have to understand.
What matters is that youbelieve in it.
So that's what building asupport system can help you do.
That's why building a supportsystem is a non-negotiable

Because when you're buildingsomething bold, something out of
the ordinary, you need voicesaround you saying yes, you can
go get it.
Yes, you can do it, instead ofare you sure you want to do that

And sometimes those voices thegood ones not saying that people
that are saying the other stuffto you are bad ones, but the
good voices that we want to heararen't going to be in your
immediate circle.
But that's okay, because welive in an incredible time where

we can connect with the rightpeople online throughout the
entire world people onlinethroughout the entire world.
I have friends in othercountries, on other continents,
that I have never met in person,and we are good friends and
they've helped me so many times.

I have friends in other statesthat I've never met, so building
this circle is really soimportant.
All right, so let me tell you,I would not be where I am today

without online communities, andthis is a fact.
Okay, social media is more thanjust a place to scroll.
It's more than just sittingthere and watching funny TikTok
videos.
You know this, but I reallywant to dive into this to make
you understand, especially ifyou have people in your ear who

don't believe in you.
If you have people in your earwho don't believe in you, it's
really where you can find yourtribe the women who get you, who
get what you're doing, whounderstand how much you want it,
the ones who understand thelate nights, the fear of going

live and the dream of creating abusiness that brings you
freedom.

impact and talk on a differentlevel than just small talk, it's
unbelievable.
The energy, the breakthroughs,the connections.

It's unmatched being in a spacewhere everyone is dreaming
bigger, pushing harder andlifting each other up.
It is honest to God, it's likefuel for your soul.
It's amazing.
You leave knowing you're notcrazy for wanting more.

You realize there's a wholeworld of women chasing the same
freedom, that you are harnessingthat freedom.
So that's why I'm doing anothershe's on Fire retreat, and it's
