Amy Dott Harmer is the Executive Director of the Utah Refugee Connection. URC is an organization that focuses on providing support to Utah's refugee population as integrate into their new communities and develop skills to become self-sufficient. Amy is not new to charitable work and has led a life dedicated to serving her community.
