Since the pandemic, the world is on fire with events that are altering and challenging humanity at a rapid pace. Also, women's rights and recognitions are reversing very quickly without knowing where the future is heading. With that said, more people today have developed depression, such as Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and other mental health conditions. Within this episode, "Survivors: Healing Trauma," my returning guest and friend, Ashleah Hudson and I will be discussing the concept on how to heal from trauma, while giving a spiritual perspective on it.
