F Fuel your body with electrolytes.
I Increase energy with electromagnetic waves with a PEMF mat.
G Glutathione is known as the ‘master antioxidant’ and helps natural killer cell
functions to reduce the effects of harmful toxins. Use a nebulizer to inhale glutathione to help with energy.
H Hydrogen Peroxide. Buy 3% food-grade hydrogen peroxide, put 2-3ml in
the nebulizer, and inhale. Use 2 to 3 times per week.
T Take a high dose of vitamin D (20,000 IU per day) for good health. When vitamin D levels are low, immune systems are weakened, sleep is poor, and digestion is sluggish. Vitamin D deficiency was associated with a 3.7-fold increase in the risk of death from COVID 19 according to a recent study.
