There's a group of doctors who only work at night called "nocturnists." Its a foreboding name, but they're actually some of the hospitals biggest superheroes. In this episode, we discuss the precarious schedule and difficulties of being a nocturnist. We discuss some of the reasons why people are willing to adopt this schedule. Finally, Tyler and I share some of our own stories when it was our turn to work the night shift.
