Idag snakker vi med en af Danmarks bedste løbere i 00'erne og 10'erne, nemlig Henrik Them.
Han fortæller om sin lange elitekarriere og om at drømme om de store mesterskaber og om OL, men også om en karriere, der til dels var præget af mange skader og ikke mindst hans hårde kamp mod angst, der trak dybe spor i hans elitekarriere og hverdag.
Derudover fortæller Henrik også om magien ved Eremitageløbet og et natklubbesøg med Usain Bolt ligesom vi også snakker om hvem Henrik helst vil interviewe i hans egen podcast.
