Reality is that without proper sleep everything breaks down. From our health to cognitive functions. Our war suffers, our relationships suffer, and our body begins to fail us.
In this episode I discuss my personal journey trying to fix my own sleep, or lack thereof, issues in recent months. I share lessons learned from my doctors and therapists, and recommend tips to help you fall asleep, and stay asleep.
