December twenty twenty five, starting in the Americas. Yesterday, Argentina

began a series of legislative sessions with the new president,
Javier Malay, wants Congress to approve the national budget, new
mining regulations, and labor tax and criminal code reforms. Unions
have criticized the proposed labor reform. In Chile, far right

candidate Jose Antonio Cast is leading the presidential polls. Cast
would be the most conservative leader of Chile since the
military dictatorship of Agosto Pinochet between nineteen seventy three and
nineteen ninety. According to commentators, Brazil and China have started

building a joint laboratory project for space technologies. The two
countries are working on a major telescope project. Two telescope
projects between China and Chile and China and Argentina have
been paused since United States President Donald Trump took office.
