Burn out is NEVER fun and it's actually quite detrimental to both our physical and mental health! It's important for us to take time for ourselves to regroup and encourage ourselves as well. As cliche as it may sound, you truly cannot pour into others without FIRST pouring into yourself.
Learn to encourage yourself and to speak life over your world as our speech affects our life in ways we tend to take for granted.
