Dre is a mental performance coach and the founder of Core Competitors, a brand dedicated to helping athletes break through mental barriers and build unshakable confidence. As a former athlete, nurse, and wife of a professional basketball player, she understands the pressure of high-level competition and the mindset it takes to thrive. About your hosts: 

Kendra Bamforth is an Doula, Birth Mentor Essential Oil Educator, and Holistic Postpartum Nutritionist (CNC). She has a deep passion to love on and support moms in all areas of motherhood but especially pregnancy and postpartum! She also guides a large community of empowered women in detoxifying their homes and family's lives by using plant-based medicine (essential oils) and overall holistic health/wellness/nutrition. Sophie Schauermann, LCSW is a licensed therapist and the founder of Rooted Rhythm Therapy and Parent Coaching, serving families in Denver, Atlanta, and Dallas. With years of experience guiding hundreds of families with highly sensitive children, Sophie helps parents move from stress to connection and wellness. She is also the wife of Kendra’s big brother, Kendall (a fellow therapist), and a loving stepmom to two incredible kids (ages 7 and 9).
