Are you holding back or holding on to something that no longer serves you because you are afraid. Is it time to change course but you are holding on because you are worried about what it will look like, well listen, it okay, you are not alone and as even Barbie learned, you don't need permission so do what you have to do to take care of you mentally, emotionally and spiritually!
