Elliott Davis is a former NCAA 400M and 4x400M Indoor and Outdoor Track & Field Sprinter. He was an All-American Runner on the 4x400M team at the University of Minnesota. Originally from Las Vegas and inspired by his mother, Elliott grew up playing in the Marching Band and competing in track & field events.
More recently, Elliott found the sport of cycling. Originally he was working in a bike shop and whipping around town on a fixed gear as a bike messenger. Eventually, he moved out to San Diego and started riding and racing his bike at the San Diego Velodrome. This is where he was introduced to track cycling.
After some time training locally, Elliott took part in the Search For Speed Program by USA Cycling that seeks out untapped talent across the United States. In this episode we talk at length about his journey through the Search For Speed program and his development as an athlete.
Stay tuned for his potential run at the 2028 Olympics as a Track Cycling Sprinter.
