We got to sit down this week with Terrence Mahon. Terrence comes from a competitive running background and over his 20 years of experience has coached US Olympic Runners, US and European Championship Runners, and countless other professional athletes.
We got to talk to Terrence about the development of technology in the sport of both sprint and endurance running. We also talked through the mindset and mentality of successful athletes, who has the "IT" factor and who doesn't, how to have hard conversations with athletes that no longer are performing at the top of their game, and so much more.
We really appreciated Terrence's expertise on finding that additional 1-2% in terms of performance. Terrence is an all around great dude and an excellent resource on all things running.
