Alec Merlino is a Survivor 37 contestant who was ultimately voted off after losing a grueling immunity challenge late in the game. He became the 4th member of the jury but his journey with testing himself physically and mentally has not stopped since the show.
Alec has finished multiple triathlons, has completed the combined distances of an Iron Man Triathlon, has dabbled in acting, and is an entrepreneur in the health and fitness space creating content for like minded individuals.
Alec grew up in Southern California in San Clemente and continues to embrace the SoCal dream in North County San Diego, CA. Alec is an inspiration to those around him with his consistency and dedication to being the best possible version of himself both athletically and not.
We thoroughly enjoyed our conversation about what motivates Alec and talked all things visualization, manifestation, and holding yourself accountable.
