Faith forms the cornerstone of Christianity, distinguishing it from works-based religions through its emphasis on trust in God's completed work through Christ. God provides each believer with the exact measure of faith needed for their divine purpose, with even mustard seed-sized faith capable of moving mountains. Growing faith requires regular engagement with God's Word, believing without doubt, and aligning our speech with our beliefs. While salvation comes through faith alone, genuine faith naturally produces corresponding actions, demonstrating trust in God's ability rather than human effort.
