One of my favourite triggers is watery sounds, spraying and finger fluttering.
This is a wind down story designed to be listened to as you are preparing to go to sleep.
Hopefully it will help set you up for a nice relaxing sleep as I "spray" each part of your body to gently relax the muscles.
