Estelle Bingham has been supporting others to find more love, purpose and connection in their lives for over 20 years. Described as ‘The Heart Whisperer’, she is committed to helping others heal, express their truth and embrace and embody their true joy and potential. In her twenties, Estelle was a journalist and TV and Radio presenter, working for media organizations including the BBC, ITV and the Discovery Channel. Today she works privately on a one-to-one basis with clients, working with some well known names such as Fearne Cotton and Charlotte Tilbury. Earlier this year she also launched her first book ‘Manifest your true essence’ where you'll discover her potent practices to tackle all the blocks to your desires.
In this episode we discuss Estelle's thoughts and beliefs connected to manifesting and the Sliding Doors theory, and how the heart connects to so many of our decisions and gut feelings.
