I get a lot of emails from readers/listeners who feel “stuck” in some way — they aren’t making forward progress with their goals or their resolutions —
This is quite common, and if you feel like you, too, are not fully satisfied in all aspects of your life (time management, health, finances, organization, relationships) —
let’s do something about it.
You aren’t destined to run on a hamster wheel — let’s keep moving forward — itty bitty baby steps at a time.
Once you know what the steps are to do the work to get where you want to go — everything comes together.
Episode# 9: Getting What You Want When You Want It
In this 9th episode of the Slow Living Podcast I explain how going through the steps of the Peace Pyramid, as outlined in the Simple Shortcuts to Peace course is the best way to be certain that ALL aspects of your life keep moving forward as you strive to meet your goals and aspirations.
It’s not fun to Go Go Go and meet your financial goals or build out the business of your dreams if you destroy your health or your relationships in the process.
Also? Because of this fear or underlying worry, many people decide (subconsciously or not) to give up on their wild and crazy dream/goal — because they are too concerned about the collateral damage striving for their goal may cause.
I don’t want this for you. You truly deserve to “have it all” — there is plenty of time to keep your dream and vision alive.

Segment #2
I love helping listeners embark upon their own journey to Slow Down, and live the life they’ve always dreamt about: one filled with peace, purpose, and abundance.
I understand how you’re feeling when you are rushing around trying to do “all the things,” always playing catch up and finding time to get things done.
I know because I’m a mom too.
It’s okay to stop and breathe. My philosophy isn’t about cramming more and more into an already over-packed schedule, instead I offer realistic tips and plans to get things done quickly and efficiently so you can do things you want to do.
