Welcome back to another Tuesdayupdate.
I'm your host of the Small LakeCity Podcast, eric Nilsson, and
have a few updates for you forsome events coming up that I'm
actually way excited about.
We've got some great stuff onthe calendar and want to make
sure that you know all about it.
First off, if you're looking togo to the Wine Wednesday

new date.

Also tonight, though, is theCache Valley Creamery Cheese
Fest happening at the Mill CreekFarmers Market tonight at the
Mill Creek Common, between 5 and8.
So come have some deliciouscheesy food.

I'm so excited for it.
A family-friendly event, sobring the kids, bring the wife,
bring the boyfriend, bring thegirlfriend, grandma, grandpa,
friends, acquaintances, whoeveryou want to bring, it's going to

Coming up a little further away, but on August 19th, I'm

There'll be some moreannouncements coming up, but
make sure to block that time offthere for Tuesday, august 19th.
Um, some great women with agreat organization, uh, bringing
my fellow bookworms and Itogether for that.

As you know, we just had the 4thof July and if you're from Utah
or have been here long enough,you know that there's two July
holidays there's the 4th of Julyand then there's the 24th of
July.
So 24th of July has two namesfor it, depending on who you are

There is Pioneer Day, but thereis also Pie and Beer Day.
So on July 23rd, partneringwith Keto's Brewery to have a

pie and beer night there, sothat we can have another day of
pie and beer to pregame beforethe actual 24th of July, we're
going to have some great beerfrom Keto's.
We're also going to have somegreat pie and empanadas, so stay
tuned with that.
So make sure to mark yourcalendar there.

But also coming up is thisweek's guest.
So apologize for the pastcouple of weeks of not having an
episode.
I've been historically reallygood about it, so I apologize
for missing a couple of weeks ofnew episodes.
Hopefully you've looked at someof the faulted episodes that I
posted, but this week we arehaving on Marcio Bufalo, who is
the head brewmaster at MountainWest Cider, so we're going to

talk to him about his journey ofgetting to Mountain West.
There's some familiar placesacross the valley as far as
other breweries and otherdistilleries go, excited to hear
more about what they're up tothere.
The Garden at Mountain WestCider on 4th West is one of my
favorite patios in the city tohave a drink.
They always have a food truck.
You can order something in,play a game.

They have a ton of events, alot of live music.
So if you haven't been there,you guessed it.
We have an event coming up inAugust, so make sure to mark
your calendar for that.
But that episode will bereleasing this Saturday wherever
you prefer to listen to.
