Now, Michelle De moved herefrom Fort Lauderdale, Florida,
from a sign that this is whereshe was meant to be.
Now, when she came here in 2019, she was caught up in a lot of

what was going on in 2020 andwas looking for something to
build a better community here.
When she started her own firstparking lot party, she was
inspired to start her own unityblock party, bringing people
together once a year, similar towhat she would do growing up in
her neighborhood in Florida.
So we talk more about whatbrought her here, what keeps her
here, a lot of the fun SmallLake City moments that she's had

along the way, and then herevent coming up later this month
that you can all comeparticipate and enjoy with Unity
Block Party at Liberty Square.
