Speaker 1 (00:05):
Ladies and gentlemen, Welcome back to another edition of SMBB,
a South Park Review. Park review we're eaching.

Speaker 2 (00:19):
Every week we break down south Park for you in
linear fashion, one by one until every episode is done,
or until we're caught up. And at least we found
out some good news this week, Paramount and South Park
agreed to a one point five billion dollar contract given
over the next five years ten episodes of season. People,

(00:41):
it's coming back. I'm excited. I hope you're excited. As
we record this on Wednesday, July twenty third, twenty twenty five.
This will be out on the twenty fourth. By then,
hopefully you've seen the brand new episode the debuts on Wednesday,
July twenty third. The brand new season is south Park.
What will we see when it comes to that episode?

(01:04):
But tonight we're reviewing on episode from season twenty one,
Season twenty one, episode number nine. It is Super Hard
Pieciness and it is the two hundred and eighty sixth
overall episode of South Park, making this smb number two

(01:25):
hundred and eighty nine. Hey god, damn boy, so yeah
this episode You're back. Episode aired back on November the
twenty ninth and twenty seventeen. The synopsis of this is
as PC Principles wrestling with some unfamiliar feelings. Meanwhile, the
boys will be boys, except for Kyle, who for the

(01:47):
first time sees things differently from the rest of his friends.
So this out starts out in Netflix headquarters, a worker
speaking to Terrence and Philip about getting them a Netflix series.
The duo, of course, now have aged considerably and are
now old men with weaker farts. They pitch their idea
to the worker, who loves it and instantly accepts them.

(02:12):
While that is going on, Stand is sorting out his
locker with a large when a large crowd comes down
the corridor. He has what's going on and discovers Cartman
and Heidi or fighting, to which he runs to see.
The two are punching each other and arguing, with Cartman
complaining he wants to watch Terrence and Philip with his friends,
and how he complained that he promised to date night.
Kyle tries to break it up and give a speech.
After a short pause, how he tells him to shut

(02:33):
up and remarks that he sounds like his mom. The
crowd then laughs at him, and then a couple make
up everybody leaves angry at Kyle for realing in. So
Kyle is kind of turning into his mom, just saying,
all right, here's them watching, here's so, here's Netflix with Terrence. Yeahyingything. Yeah,

(02:59):
welcome to Netflix.

Speaker 3 (03:00):
Last year we approved sixteen original shows and movies, and
this year it is our goal to make that number.

Speaker 2 (03:07):
One thousand and eighty seven.

Speaker 3 (03:09):
That's why we here at Netflix are thrilled to be
working with YouTube comedy geniuses Terrence and Philip.

Speaker 2 (03:16):
Like're just old guys now.

Speaker 4 (03:23):
Classic stuff. Now, go ahead and pitch what you're thinking
for your Netflix original series.

Speaker 5 (03:28):
Well, we were thinking that we do show where Philip
and I are on a farm.

Speaker 1 (03:33):
With a cap.

Speaker 4 (03:35):
Okay, I love it so far.

Speaker 6 (03:37):
The sun is just starting to come up. And then
I fought on Faip.

Speaker 7 (03:43):
I say, Terrence, you fighted, and I fought on Terrence.

Speaker 4 (03:53):
And then it's like a back and forth kind of thing.

Speaker 6 (03:55):
It's sort of like a like a back and forth
kind of thing.

Speaker 8 (03:59):
I fought on him, he fought on you got it?

Speaker 6 (04:09):
No on the cow?

Speaker 2 (04:16):
Yeah, this guy he's hall amped. Yeah, all right. Next
day at schools, I mentioned Stan at Soriana's locker hll right,
what's going on? Time minute?

Speaker 5 (04:28):
He's not gonna fighting again.

Speaker 9 (04:36):
He say s I want to watch try to sit
it tonight with my brid You.

Speaker 10 (04:44):
Promise we have a.

Speaker 6 (04:47):
Because one day it's having a killing?

Speaker 10 (04:55):
Hey, Hi, Hi, what the hell is all doing? Don't
you a bitch?

Speaker 6 (04:58):
As kicked way that I come and have it?

Speaker 3 (05:03):
Guy?

Speaker 4 (05:04):
Guys, this has gone on way too long.

Speaker 6 (05:06):
Can't we all stop being so mean.

Speaker 5 (05:08):
To each other?

Speaker 11 (05:10):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (05:12):
Shut up, Kyle, you sound like your mom.

Speaker 6 (05:17):
Baby.

Speaker 2 (05:18):
I love you.

Speaker 5 (05:18):
I love you too, baby. Yeah, by killed her? Kyle ruined?

Speaker 2 (05:23):
Its freaking Kyle all right. Next scene, here in the gymnasium,
PC Principles you started to hear there's hosting an assembly
about bullying. He says the school needs a strong woman
for vice principal, before introducing the new vice principal. Strong Woman.

(05:45):
She comes out uh onto the She comes out to
the applause of PC Principle. She starts giving a speech,
which is interrupted by PC Principal telling butter Starch to
be quiet. Strong woman beats Sam, saying she could have
easily done that for herself. PC Principle apologizes and she
can and news. Later on the speech, PC Principle interrupts
to reiterate a point she makes and is told off again.
She continues and again is interrupted by PC Principal, who, incorrectly,

(06:08):
believing she has finished, asks if there are any questions.
He is then, of course, put in his place again.
While that happens, the boys are watching the Terrence and Philip,
a show on Netflix. Due to their age, they speak
slower and Philip has to use a step ladder to
fart on Terrence. The boys still find this extremely funny,

(06:29):
apart from Kyle. Heidi Carton that entered a watch with
the boys and Mexican then joins the show and he
has farted on, which the group laugh at. Stan notices
Kyle's not laughing and wonders what's wrong, and Kyle says
that he now feels bad for the person being farted on.
Heid again compares him to his mom, and he is
laughed at by the boys because of it. It's true,

(06:51):
he is kind of starting to sound like his mom.
Al right, PC Principle in the gymnasium.

Speaker 3 (06:55):
As you know, there's been a lot of bullying and
insensitivity at our school. To counter it, is my firm
belief that South Park elementary is in desperate need of
a strong woman, So in looking for a new vice principle,
we wanted to find a powerful, intelligent, and independent female
to be a role model for us all.

Speaker 4 (07:13):
And with that said, I'd like to introduce our new
vice principal, Strong Woman.

Speaker 12 (07:19):
Thank you, PC principal. All right, everyone, listen up. I'm
the new vice principal of the school. My name is
strong Woman. I've already spent a few days here at
the school, watching and observing, and we definitely have things
we can all be working on.

Speaker 3 (07:32):
Wait, Stutch, you do not disuspect strong Woman by talking
when she's talking.

Speaker 12 (07:37):
You really think I couldn't have handled that myself?

Speaker 4 (07:39):
Oh uh, I was just making sure everything was.

Speaker 12 (07:41):
You really had to grab the mic out of my
hand like that?

Speaker 11 (07:43):
Shit?

Speaker 4 (07:44):
I mean no, sorry, sorry, I'm not yet here.

Speaker 13 (07:45):
You go.

Speaker 12 (07:46):
I want the girls here at this school to know
that they can talk to me about anything. But I
also want the boys to know that what I'm looking
for is a better place for everybody. Turning the school
around is going to take work from everyone from everyone. Sorry,
Am I not doing this correctly?

Speaker 10 (08:01):
No?

Speaker 4 (08:02):
No, sorry, just add for.

Speaker 12 (08:04):
Emphasis you felt it wasn't strong enough me just saying it.

Speaker 2 (08:09):
I'm sorry.

Speaker 12 (08:12):
I'm looking forward to being your vice principal, and I'm
looking forward to turning.

Speaker 6 (08:15):
This school around.

Speaker 4 (08:17):
All right now, if we have any I'm not finished.

Speaker 6 (08:20):
I'm sorry.

Speaker 3 (08:21):
Every Pay attention to everybody.

Speaker 2 (08:29):
Pay attention everybody. And then, of course we got the
brand new Terrence and Phillip TV show. So here, let's
say that.

Speaker 10 (08:45):
Hy dads.

Speaker 6 (08:47):
What said the black lawyer say to the Muslim press.
I don't know what.

Speaker 2 (08:56):
He gets a step ladder, m Well, it's been a
long time.

Speaker 1 (09:14):
You know.

Speaker 2 (09:14):
They get to age, I guess, but the boys don't.
The boys do not get to age, apparently hiding cartman
now walkings. Yeah, it's true, give me miss it.

Speaker 6 (09:27):
It's just starting.

Speaker 4 (09:28):
Oh look, honey, Kat's mom is here.

Speaker 12 (09:30):
Shouldn't you be at Temple Mims Provosky?

Speaker 5 (09:35):
Would you like to find some Jimmy jamkers see me
me go Hey, I'll give you a two patos?

Speaker 14 (09:53):
What's wrong, dude?

Speaker 5 (09:54):
For the first time, I feel kind of bad for
the person being farted on.

Speaker 11 (09:58):
Coats.

Speaker 5 (09:59):
Mom doesn't like the cart guys, got to shut it off.

Speaker 2 (10:04):
I love you so much, love you so much. That's funny,
all right, so PC Principle introduces the vice principal of
the staff to the school. Strong Woman then speaks, telling
them to refer to her as vice principal Woman. She

(10:24):
speaks about the students and hold my hand by hooting
the blow for your starts playing in. PC Principal halls
in love with her, mister Mackett and stops Strong Woman
as he can hear the song and PC Principal's head.
Strong Woman agrees and tries to pinpoint where the song
is coming from. PC Principal panics and runs out, and

(10:47):
then at reesays. Kyle's watching various episodes of Terrence Philip
on his phone. He does not find it funny anymore.
A song plays as Kyle walks off. He goes home
and decides to change the appearance. He puts a new
shirt on and shaves his hair shorter. He then looks
in the mirror, proud of his parents, puts his hat
and jackebag around, and then that juar. All right, So

(11:11):
here we are at school the next day. All right,
everyone listen up.

Speaker 3 (11:14):
As you all know, we're looking for a strong woman
to take on the role of vice principal at the school.
We couldn't be happier with the selection we've made, and
we're sure she'll be making our school.

Speaker 4 (11:22):
A better place. So with that, let me turn over
the floor to our new vice principal, strong Woman.

Speaker 12 (11:30):
Thanks everyone, all right, listen up. I fully appreciate that
some of you might be uncomfortable with me being here.
Earlier today I noticed that some faculty weren't sure whether
to call me miss woman or just strong. If I
were a man, you'd probably address me as vice principal woman,
So why should it be any different?

Speaker 2 (11:46):
Huh?

Speaker 6 (11:46):
We good?

Speaker 10 (11:48):
Good.

Speaker 12 (11:49):
So I've been getting to know some of the students here,
and I'm definitely hearing a lot of frustration and continuing.

Speaker 2 (12:03):
He was the one that was confused, What do I
call you? Strong woman? But just the way she looked
at him? And okay.

Speaker 12 (12:22):
He also spent some time observing in the cafeteria, and
he was pretty shocked. I'm not sure if anything.

Speaker 2 (12:38):
We're riding along me all right? Is I want to
run with you? Is OURN around with you? We're just
recording this for podcast to Uh so, yeah, play that music,
white Boy? Uh, play it hard? So who the Blowfish

(13:00):
plays in the background while he's talking, And then all
of a sudden the rest of the faculty.

Speaker 4 (13:05):
Excuse me, I'm sorry, Bud.

Speaker 10 (13:07):
Is anyone else hearing?

Speaker 4 (13:08):
Hoodie and the blowfish look very very softly.

Speaker 12 (13:15):
It's coming from over here somewhere.

Speaker 4 (13:18):
Excuse me, everyone, I need to get the rest room. Sorry,
I'll be right back.

Speaker 2 (13:25):
So, yeah, Kyle's watching Terrence and Philip on his phone.

Speaker 6 (13:51):
Has joined together.

Speaker 2 (13:57):
Kyle, so, as I mentioned here, takes off his jacket,
takes off his shirt Terrence and Phillip throws it away,
goes and gets a new T shirt, a gray one.

(14:20):
Takes off his hair. I'm sorry. He takes a buzzer
and he cuts his hair, and then yeah, after he's
done cutting, it combs a little bit, and then he
goes back into his room and puts his clothes right
back on. First he looks at himself in the mirror,

(14:42):
and then yeah, he puts his tell me like he's thinking,
made a difference or something. I don't know. I guess
I guess he did.

Speaker 15 (14:54):
I think so maybe maybe the hat bit's different now,
you know, maybe the jacket fitting a little different with
a different shirt.

Speaker 2 (15:02):
Maybe all right, PC Principle is waiting in the doctor's
surgery with hold my hands hold yo, I want to
hold my hand. Still playing in his head, he tries
to cover his ears, but the song can still be heard.
The doctor then enters. PC Principal tells him and he
can hear a song. Doctor examines his ears. When PC

(15:24):
Principal tells them about Strong Woman, he suggests the principle
is in love with her. PC Principle then shows signs
up regrat and then Kyle goes to see Strong Woman
and gives his thoughts on how about bullying is being
caused by Terrence and Philip. Strong Woman dismisses the idea
as ridiculous. She says it is the kind of thing
her mother would say. Further adding to the insults, Kyle

(15:46):
has a receipt of being like his mother. Kyle storms
out and hears Cartman and Heidi on the intercom once
again making fun of him. All right, here we go
next day at the office. Hello there, mister principal, is it?

Speaker 4 (16:19):
That's right on? PC Principle?

Speaker 2 (16:20):
What's bringing you in today?

Speaker 4 (16:22):
I'm a having this problem with my ears. There's like
a persistent kind of a going on.

Speaker 2 (16:28):
Okay, can you describe the ringing? It's a hoody and
the blowfish, you're hearing a song.

Speaker 3 (16:35):
Yeah, there's a new woman that has joined our faculty.

Speaker 4 (16:39):
Her name is strong Woman, and she seems to have
set up some kind of device in my ears.

Speaker 2 (16:43):
So maybe you're having some feelings for her.

Speaker 3 (16:46):
No, that couldn't be it. We work in the same place.
It would be impossible for me to like her. I'm
thinking there must be some kind of device in my ears.

Speaker 2 (16:53):
Well I looked, and Hoody and the Blowfish aren't in
your ears. I believe you're hearing them in your mind
and your heart. Oh dude, bro bro all right. Next
day at school, Kyle go to see vice principal Strong Woman.

Speaker 5 (17:11):
You man, vice principal Woman.

Speaker 6 (17:18):
Yes, what can I do for you?

Speaker 5 (17:20):
My name's Kyle, and I've been doing a lot of
changing lately. I came because I might be able to
offer some insight into our problems here.

Speaker 6 (17:28):
Please by all means, you.

Speaker 5 (17:30):
See, there's a culture at this school that embraces meanness,
and I believe now it comes from a Canadian TV show.
All the boys watch it, I did do. We all
laughed while they farted on innocent people's heads. The thing is,
I never felt for the person being farted on.

Speaker 6 (17:47):
Until now.

Speaker 5 (17:49):
I want to work with you to try to open
people's eyes because I get it.

Speaker 12 (17:52):
Now, do you want to blame farts? That seems kind
of ridiculous, doesn't it? What I mean, it's a slippery
slope when we start pointing the finger for our own
shirt comings.

Speaker 5 (18:05):
But but I thought for sure you would be on
my side.

Speaker 12 (18:07):
Kind of sounds like something my mother would say.

Speaker 1 (18:09):
Actually, what down for?

Speaker 11 (18:11):
Da damn?

Speaker 2 (18:13):
That's fucked up?

Speaker 11 (18:16):
May I have your attention peace?

Speaker 4 (18:18):
Missus brab Laski.

Speaker 3 (18:19):
Your tampons are available at the desk.

Speaker 6 (18:21):
Missus brab Laski, your tampons are available at the.

Speaker 10 (18:36):
Oh bye, want to see me piec principle?

Speaker 3 (18:47):
Oh yes, yes, Mackie hawn. I just wanted to see
how you thought it was going with strong women.

Speaker 4 (18:53):
Don't you seem to be acclimating fun? I'm going the
kids really respect her? Do you know?

Speaker 6 (18:58):
Do you know it's strong woman has a boyfriend?

Speaker 12 (19:01):
What?

Speaker 6 (19:02):
Nothing?

Speaker 4 (19:02):
Just forget it?

Speaker 2 (19:03):
Are you out of your fucking mind?

Speaker 6 (19:05):
As good?

Speaker 4 (19:05):
If the coworkers have been going to Dennis times. I
just wanted to know, because if she's unavailable, then maybe
I can get my head off over all?

Speaker 13 (19:12):
Right?

Speaker 14 (19:12):
Oh boy, This is bad, this is redd.

Speaker 4 (19:16):
I don't know how it happened. I know it's inappropriate,
and yet I can't stop thinking about her.

Speaker 2 (19:21):
I think I'm sick.

Speaker 4 (19:22):
Look, this is real fucking fire. You're playing with, Lou
get someone down? Who can hr hr?

Speaker 2 (19:29):
Is that like, who do you removal?

Speaker 11 (19:31):
Now?

Speaker 10 (19:31):
Human Resources?

Speaker 4 (19:33):
The people, just everything's kept on the level. We gotta
get you back on track.

Speaker 2 (19:41):
Is that like, who do you removal?

Speaker 15 (19:46):
I like that?

Speaker 2 (19:48):
All right? So a news report shows Canada being a
bad influence. This reporter speaks to Kyle, who says there
is a bad culture from Canada, so they should be
to blame. The Canadian Minister of streaming joint debate with
Kyle during the Bay Kyle's once again sulta when the
minister says he sounds like a Jewish mother. Kyle that
argues and the minister jokingly suggests that he talks to
the president, and Kyle remarks that he actually knows the president,

(20:10):
to which the minister calls him a Jewish mother. Again,
Kyle yells at him some more. PC Principle introduces Heather
Conduct from Human Resources the staff. Heather, who looks an
acts similar to mister Mackie speaks the staff about workers' relationships.

(20:31):
She asks if anyone has feelings for a coworker, and
strong woman admits she has to surprise a PC principle.
Terrence and Philip are still making the show, this time
with the girl Scout. Philip farts on her and the
two laugh before being stalked by Kyle. Other Millennials against Canada,
just like it was Mothers against Canada in the movie.
Kyle gets a call from Stan, who, along with the

(20:52):
other boys in Heidi, are watching the events unfold on
the news. Kyle tells Standoff, saying what is he going to?
What is he doing? What he's doing is good. The
phone is taken from stand by Tweet, who panic says
Herbert Garrison is the president and they're all gonna die.
He just wanted to get just wanted to get there.

Speaker 14 (21:14):
There's Canada a bad influence on the United States. A
group of young people called Millennials Against Canada think so,
and we are joined by their leader, Kyle Bravlowski.

Speaker 5 (21:24):
Thanks for having me, Tom.

Speaker 4 (21:26):
Young man. You say Canada is to blame for most
of our problems.

Speaker 5 (21:29):
All I'm saying is that there's a culture that originates
from Canada, which is at least partly to blame for
the state of our country.

Speaker 3 (21:35):
Now to respond to this, we're now joined by the
Canadian Minister of Streaming.

Speaker 4 (21:39):
Thanks for having minister. How do you have angry millennials?

Speaker 6 (21:44):
Well, that passed off because that country sucks that. I
want to point the fagger at us.

Speaker 5 (21:47):
I'm saying we're all guilty too. I grew up watching
Cance and Phillip and I thought it was funny.

Speaker 6 (21:51):
So you thought it was funny, But no, it's not Bunner.

Speaker 5 (21:54):
No, it was never funny. I see it differently now.

Speaker 6 (21:56):
Ah, so you want to censor it.

Speaker 2 (21:57):
We don't want to censor it.

Speaker 12 (21:58):
We just want to get rid of it.

Speaker 10 (22:01):
Uh huh.

Speaker 6 (22:01):
You sound like a Jewish mother.

Speaker 5 (22:03):
Oh see, that's what I'm talking about right there, that
kind of mean, degrading Canadian trash.

Speaker 6 (22:08):
Now, iras at that. I find that right.

Speaker 5 (22:10):
Canadian should care about the rest of the world.

Speaker 14 (22:12):
You are right, that's fine, And if you have a
problem with Canada, maybe you should talk.

Speaker 6 (22:15):
To you back when president.

Speaker 13 (22:16):
Maybe I will.

Speaker 6 (22:17):
Okay, I got hurt. Maybe I know the president.

Speaker 5 (22:19):
Oh show you the just like all Jewish mobs, because
you don't understand I'm.

Speaker 15 (22:22):
Calling me that?

Speaker 4 (22:22):
Can I betess?

Speaker 12 (22:23):
That's all?

Speaker 11 (22:23):
You know?

Speaker 13 (22:24):
What kind of me?

Speaker 6 (22:25):
Can I finish plans? Because you were all based on
it yourself?

Speaker 2 (22:29):
Again? That is all right? I finished. What a nice
callback there to the movie? Man, what a nice callback
to the movie. All right, So here's Heather Conduct. Now
listen up.

Speaker 3 (22:46):
As you know, we want to provide a safe work
environment for all our employees. Sometimes feelings do arise and
we are attempted by the devil to act upon them.
So we've been reaching out to Human Resources Division as
I think we can all use someone to tell us
about what is and isn't considered misconduct. She has some
great advice for us, So please welcome hel the Conduct.
Go ahead, Misconduct.

Speaker 13 (23:07):
Hello everyone, my name is Misconduct. I'm here to talk
about making sure we avoid any trouble.

Speaker 5 (23:11):
At this school Maura.

Speaker 13 (23:17):
Now by show hands, who's ever had inappropriate feelings for
a coworker?

Speaker 2 (23:29):
TC principal all shocked? What? What? All right? So here's
Terrence to Philip. As I mentioned, Kyle is going to
invade the show.

Speaker 5 (23:37):
Oh hello, little girl, are you selling girls cout cookies?

Speaker 13 (23:43):
Why?

Speaker 6 (23:43):
Yes, I am.

Speaker 7 (23:44):
How about a snackerdoodle, Arie, you ask for it, I
think I.

Speaker 5 (23:59):
Shit my All right, everyone stopped, we're shutting it down.

Speaker 4 (24:12):
We are millennials against Canada.

Speaker 5 (24:14):
We demand this kind of bullying Canadian.

Speaker 2 (24:16):
Entertainment be stucked.

Speaker 5 (24:18):
Didn't think I live long enough to see this all
happen again.

Speaker 10 (24:22):
Right.

Speaker 16 (24:24):
More and more millennials are turning into Jewish mothers today
as they demand the censorship of entertainment. The protesters say
they're not giving up and are demanding to speak with
the President of the United States.

Speaker 4 (24:38):
Here you go, call is coming in.

Speaker 2 (24:40):
On your phone.

Speaker 6 (24:40):
Good give it here. Yes, hello, this is the leader.

Speaker 5 (24:43):
Of millennials against Canada. How what the fuck are you doing?

Speaker 11 (24:47):
Oh?

Speaker 5 (24:47):
I'm sorry, I'm taking a stand and doing something. I
realize this doesn't gell with your nihilism. Okay, dude, I
didn't want to have to say this, but you're really
starting to sound like your mom.

Speaker 15 (24:58):
I'm not like my mom.

Speaker 5 (24:59):
I'm gonna make a differ.

Speaker 10 (25:00):
It's gonna feel real good.

Speaker 5 (25:03):
Don't do this, man, you can't message this shit on.

Speaker 6 (25:06):
You know in an office.

Speaker 2 (25:07):
We're gonna die. Tweak, We're all gonna die. Pisconic introduces
a role play to the staff and gets mister Mackie
to help her. They will play a normal start of
the day scene when she asks Mackie what method he uses.
When he tells her he uses the semi cognitive approach,

(25:28):
she goes off topic and gets excited. Is there are
so few people who use that method? To start a
conversation about the method and end up falling in love there.
Canadian Minister of Streaming visits the White House to be
rate mister Garrison for his millennials. Mister Garrison shows a
little interest and insults Canada, calling in a third world
country to start arguing, and the minister threatens the president

(25:52):
are you threatening me? And then while that's going on,
mister McKie and misconduct and continue to speak off topic
about hiking while the other staff is still watching. The
roleplay stops when a military alert goes out and PC
Principal tells everyone to get the children to the Jim Easy.

Speaker 13 (26:11):
Now, everyone, we're gonna do some role playing. Mura, talk
about appropriates. We can talk in the work blown. Can
I get a volunteer to role play with me?

Speaker 10 (26:20):
Mura?

Speaker 13 (26:20):
How about you?

Speaker 6 (26:21):
Mister ma right, come on up here.

Speaker 13 (26:27):
Now we're just gonna pretend it's a normal morning before
word and we're starting the day.

Speaker 6 (26:31):
Laura.

Speaker 2 (26:32):
Oh, mister McKie, good morning, Good morning.

Speaker 4 (26:35):
Uh misconduct.

Speaker 13 (26:37):
Now, did you have a nice night?

Speaker 11 (26:39):
Yeah?

Speaker 6 (26:39):
Yeah, I was good.

Speaker 13 (26:41):
I'm all right, Okay, Well, good luck today. And I
hope that our working relationship can continue to be honest
and straightforward.

Speaker 4 (26:47):
Well, I'm very open and honest. I promise you that
I can.

Speaker 13 (26:50):
See that you've got very honest eyed Laura. And I
probably shouldn't have said you have honest eyes. That's a
big crossing the line coming in on this physical attribute.

Speaker 2 (26:58):
That's bad.

Speaker 13 (26:59):
I almost stick to just talking about work only, Laura. So,
mister mackie, what methods do you use for counseling the students.

Speaker 1 (27:06):
Oh?

Speaker 3 (27:06):
I mostly use a semi cognitive approach adapted by Kessrick Solomon.

Speaker 13 (27:10):
Wow, you studied Solomon?

Speaker 6 (27:11):
He was actually my thesis in college.

Speaker 3 (27:13):
Are you serious?

Speaker 4 (27:14):
Nobody I talked to has ever even heard of him?

Speaker 3 (27:16):
No?

Speaker 13 (27:16):
Same here, wim I do it right to do his work?

Speaker 4 (27:19):
Well, it's just such an unnatural approach.

Speaker 8 (27:21):
Okay, all right, all right, all right, okay, okay, Oh.

Speaker 2 (27:43):
It's so now the Minister of Canada rolls up to
the White House.

Speaker 6 (27:49):
Mister President, you need to do something about your millennials.
What do you want me to do? Terrenson fell up
on Canada's largest export.

Speaker 4 (27:59):
They account eighty percent about gross national product.

Speaker 6 (28:02):
If you're citizens messed with them, they mess with all
of us.

Speaker 4 (28:05):
Look, I'm President of the United States. I can't get
involved in every petty little protest against the third world country.

Speaker 6 (28:13):
Third mount country.

Speaker 4 (28:14):
How dare you Canada?

Speaker 6 (28:15):
The second World and left? Now you listen here, mister buddy.

Speaker 3 (28:19):
Either you stopped the embargo or the town and pup
showers bringing our.

Speaker 4 (28:23):
Own troops to stuffing ourselves?

Speaker 13 (28:25):
Are you.

Speaker 11 (28:27):
Canucks?

Speaker 6 (28:29):
The Canada will do what it must have protected itself.

Speaker 4 (28:32):
Then I guess both our countries better be prepared that.

Speaker 11 (28:37):
The Canadian militaries. It's pretty legit. I don't know. I
wouldn't want to fight them, tell you not that much.

Speaker 2 (28:48):
Continuing on here, as mister Mackie and missus conduct once again,
were the.

Speaker 13 (28:53):
Cities I'm talking to some of your favorite places?

Speaker 4 (28:57):
Well, you know.

Speaker 6 (29:04):
What the hell is that?

Speaker 2 (29:06):
There are some kind of military alert going out?

Speaker 4 (29:09):
All right, military alert, everyone, Let's get to the hallways
and get the students to the gymnasium.

Speaker 2 (29:14):
All let's move, Come on, let's move. Okay, all right,
all right, So the National Guard starts flying over Terrence
and Phillips set Kyle then receives a call from the President.
Garrison asks what Kyle wants. Kyl replies with a speech
saying he doesn't want bullying, he doesn't want the fear

(29:35):
of being fired on, and he doesn't want a girl
he liked, turning into another airic cartman referring to Heidi.
He then says, what can has done needs to be
erased from the earth. I think, mister, I think. The
President goes jeez, I got a little chubb. The children
are out classrooms with Pizzy Brins among strong Woman guiding them.

(29:56):
The two then go to check out the other classrooms,
where PC Principal faces the of opening the door due
to the opening the door to a lady, possibly being
gender bias. You go to the open door together and
their hands touched. Hold my hand then plays again as
the two fall in love, that being PC Principal and
strong Woman. Finally, Garrison is at a desk where he

(30:16):
opens the nuclear football puts keyed types in a code.
This sends a nuke to Canada, which causes a massive explosion,
needing people are then blown away screaming. Kyle watches it's
on the TV and shock knowing he's the one who
caused it. That's how that episode ends. So let's go
ahead and we'll wrap this up here on another edition
of SMB South Park Review in.

Speaker 11 (30:39):
Under forty oh d.

Speaker 6 (30:43):
National Guard, the National Guard, it's the President. He wants
to talk to you.

Speaker 4 (30:49):
Yes, yeah, listen, this thing's kind of escalating.

Speaker 2 (30:53):
You people need to call it quits.

Speaker 5 (30:55):
We can't do that, mister President.

Speaker 4 (30:56):
Someone has to do what's right. What exactly you won't?

Speaker 6 (31:01):
What do you like want?

Speaker 5 (31:03):
I want a world where laughter doesn't come at someone
else's expense, where people can live freely without fear of
being farted on. I want a world where you aren't
ridiculed for trying to help. A world where a nice
girl that I liked is a turn into another Eric Cartman.
These Canadians are in the way of that world, and

(31:25):
everything they do and everything they have done.

Speaker 6 (31:27):
Needs to be raised from the art.

Speaker 2 (31:31):
Jays, I got a little chubb, all right. Here's the
kids now being led to the gymnasium.

Speaker 12 (31:46):
Everyone's to the gymnasium.

Speaker 4 (31:47):
Now you heard people. I have to make sure all
the classes riffic. Do you go take a couple of
the kids.

Speaker 12 (31:56):
I'm coming to I'm your vice principal.

Speaker 4 (32:00):
All right, come on, what's wrong? Vice principal woman?

Speaker 2 (32:06):
I need to ask you something? Okay, this is very difficult,
but what what Well?

Speaker 4 (32:11):
As you can see, there's a door in front of us,
yes there is. I would like to open this door
for you. However, I understand the gender based biases that
this could imply.

Speaker 6 (32:19):
Why do you need to open the door.

Speaker 4 (32:20):
I don't need to open the door.

Speaker 3 (32:22):
I'd just be opening it and holding it the same
way I would for Cantlor, Matthew student.

Speaker 4 (32:24):
Anyone else.

Speaker 12 (32:25):
Somebody's gonna have to open the door or we could
die out here.

Speaker 2 (32:30):
So they're both gonna try to open the door.

Speaker 11 (32:40):
Handsome.

Speaker 2 (32:43):
That song plays while there's a montage here, and mister
Garrison opens up the football here, turns it, he enters
the codes, and then he plays it. Then all of
a sudden, there's all these Canadians explode, and then they're

(33:06):
all like being wiped out here as the song continues
to play. Now the Canadian they're dying in slow motion.
Kyle looks the TV in shock because he knows that
he just did this, and PC Principle and strong women
look gazingly into each other's eyes as the episode comes

(33:27):
to a conclusion. All right, well, ladies and gentlemen, that's
gonna do it on this side of the podcast. Come
on back now for some trivia, some pop culture, storyline condinuity.

Ladies, and just check us out. I am not the

I am not a trivia god. I'm gonna do my best.
The Canadian Minister of Movies from south Park, Bigger, Longer
and Uncut reappears, now called the Canadian Minister of Streaming Netflix,

(35:09):
offering a green light the Terrence and Philip Show with
an aging Terrence and Philip is a reference to Netflix
reviving and rebooting classic shows. A promotional image for the
episode shows PC Principle looking at himself in the bathroom mirror.
That is most likely a cut scene taking place right
after PC Principal leaves the teachers lounge, stating he has
to go to the bathroom. Oddly enough, the scene does

(35:30):
not appear as a deleted scene in the complete In
the Complete twenty first season DVD, and Blu Ray release
HR representative head. Their conduct or misconduct is a pun
on the word misconduct. I'll get it misconduct uh. The
episode satirizes shifting attitudes about workplace dating and harassment in
the aftermath of the Me Too movement, where which prominent

(35:52):
man such as Bill Cosby and mogul Harro Harvey Weinstein
were accused of sexual harassment, particularly intimidating ployees for sex.
There was a public commentary against workplace relationships, especially between
bosses and employees, to avoid situations. Principal of status as
Strong Women's boss and co worker would make it such
a relationship highly inappropriate under these guidelines. Cole's newfound opposition

(36:16):
to Terrence and Phillip leading and organizing for its removal
from Netflix and citing it victimizes innocent people is intended
to satirize the shifting association between young people political correctness
and protesting to remove offensive content in media. The episode
contrasts them with similar organizations led by religious moral guidelines
in the nineties and then represented by Shila brov Lawski. Ironically,

(36:38):
despite being mentioned several times, Shida does not appear in
this episode. In Strong Women's Office, there is a master's
degree from the University of Colorado. Behind her desk both
Trey Matt and both Trey and Matt, of course our
alumni of that school. The Code President Garrison enters to
Land's initial Sorry, that's where they went.

Speaker 11 (37:01):
I wanted to bring that up in the episode, but
when I saw that, I don't know, I got distracted.

Speaker 2 (37:05):
Okay, The Code President Garrison enters to launch the missile
is six six seven, five to two. Terrence and Philip
age abnormal, and considering that when they last appeared in
season eighteen episode of Freemium Isn't Free, only three years ago,
they were still both young and active, this seems even
stranger due to the fact that most South Park characters
don't age, except for when the boys moved up from

(37:28):
season or from the third grade to the fourth grade
and season four even know, some characters do seem to age.
Randy or celebrities like Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton, they seem
to age chronologically in aligned with reality, but not any faster.
That was a good call out by you earlier, Scoop.
You're like, they're old.

Speaker 11 (37:45):
Yeah, I was gonna say, we didn't we bring that
up nose, Yes.

Speaker 2 (37:52):
When misconduct asked if there any school fact faculty that
have ever had any feelings for co worker Strong Woman
is the only character to raise her hand. However, such
were relationships appeared to multiple previous episodes, as we recall,
Richard Adler had a romantic relationship with Pearl to Home
Neck teacher in Tweaked Versus Craig. Mister Mackie had previously
exhibited an attraction to Principal of Victoria and two guys

(38:13):
naked in a hot tub, and notably had sexual relationship
with Diane chokes On Dick. In addition, though they are
not present, Jerome Chef at casual sex with Veronica Crabtree
and Chef Aide and Principal of Victoria and it hits
the fan, while mister Garrison suggested an attraction to the latter, Chef,
Mackie was rehired alongside his assistant Mister Slave, with whom

(38:35):
he had also at an obvious sexual and romantic relationship with.
And Finally, Kyle is the only member of Millennials against
Canada who is not popularly considered a millennial. As this
episode aired in twenty seventeen and Kyle is ten years old, still,
that would make him a zoomer at the time. This
may be a satire of the whole generation's craze and

(38:56):
the absurdity of pointlessly dividing people into arbitrary categories based
on which year they were born and ladies and gentlemen,
that is your trivia trivia there, and now as to
the sea, that double op, the double op, it's going
to read that up the pop called read it up, scoot.

Speaker 11 (39:17):
The song that PC principle keeps hearing is hold My
Hand by Halady in The Blue Bear, No Noir. I have,
I have my notes, and that's that's quite a bit

(39:37):
of my notes when we talk about what I liked
about this episode. The song that plays when Kyle looks
at himself in the mirror after cutting his hair and
changing his shirt is a parody of Man in the Mirror.
That's what I was right, Man in the Mirror by
Michael Jack. I was trying to put what song that was?
I just couldn't quite get it, but there it is

(39:59):
right there. I was like, I know this song? What
is this?

Speaker 18 (40:04):
And lastly, but not least, the jingle jingle must build
that I was gonna say, am I going with the
jingle in The beginning of Terrence and Phillips show is
a reference to Itchy and Scratches show from the sims
God damn, that's okay, ladies, that sat for the pop culture.

Speaker 1 (40:29):
That is your.

Speaker 2 (40:33):
Pop culture.

Speaker 1 (40:36):
Scoop Jackson can.

Speaker 2 (40:40):
All right, now, let me read you up some storyline continuity.
Several elements of Kyle's subplot referenced the events of South Park, Bigger, Longer,
and Uncut. That being Kyle's group Millennials against Canada, it
resembled Mothers against Camp Canada. The Canadian ministers streaming complains
about Kyle acting like his mother and demands that he'd
be allowed to finish speaking while interrupting Kyle during the debate,

(41:03):
just like he did to Sheila. Terrence and Philip are
taking hostage while filming a show by militon Millennials against
Canada and Mothers Against Canada. Kyle complains about what Terrence
and Phillip's fart jokes are doing to the minds of
young children. A discussion between Canada and US government officials
about how Terrence and Philip accounts for a large percentage
of Canada's US economy, and a declaration of war between

(41:25):
Canada and the US. Those are all references, of course,
just like they were in this to the movie. Clips
of Terrence and Philip.

Speaker 11 (41:34):
No, go ahead, I'm sorry and I don't want to
interrupt you.

Speaker 2 (41:36):
Go ahead. Clips of Terrence and Philip from Terrence and
Philip Behind the Blow Merry Christmas, Charlie Manson and e
prey Quef can be seen on Kyle's phone, alongside some
newly animated clips tweaks. Fear of President Garrison going to
war with another country was previously discussed and put it down,
And finally PC Principal yelling at Butters to stop whispering
during the assembly as a nod to running gag in

(41:57):
season nineteen, where he did the same thing too, Leslie.
It may also be a nod a season twenty episode
Ducee in Danish, where he yelled at Butters to stop
slashing his penis. Ladies, Joe, that's your storyline, continuity, your
pop culture, your trivia scoop, Give me your notes. Why'd
you like about this episode?

Speaker 11 (42:18):
First and foremost the introduction of strong women and how
she puts PC principle not once, not twice the rice times.
It was that that was pretty awesome.

Speaker 13 (42:31):
I like that.

Speaker 11 (42:32):
We brought it up twice now, but here's for the
third third time. Terrence and Philip are the only characters
who significantly age in the show other than up until
a special and that they of course, you know, Hooty
and the Blowfish starting to play, and PC principal said,

(42:53):
I think you know, we all thought that, we all
like that. That's pretty funny when uh he asked, hr,
who do you removal? No human resources and of course
mister Mackie and misconduct fulling for each other. And lastly,

(43:17):
but not least, all of the longer and cut references
this is there. Those are some deep cuts. Yeah, it's
as as far as this episode.

Speaker 15 (43:28):
Being something that you can kind of overlook in miss
and just kind of like blow through kind of like
you know how we just did at the same time,
there's it's pretty deep and pretty funny, but.

Speaker 11 (43:40):
At the same time you can blow through it. And
you know that's my thoughts on this episode.

Speaker 2 (43:47):
Well, I honestly don't have anything to add to that.
I would have had a lot of the same things.
You know, I thought maybe maybe the cartmen and Heidi
stuff was you know, we could add that in there.
Those two were funny because ever getting Kyle, all the
Kyle jokes and stuff like that, so that was kind
of funny. Everybody call everybody calling Kyle his mom. That

(44:09):
was kind of funny. Uh, mister Garrison, Oh I got
a little Chubb. That was funny. And then uh, the
ending is kind of funny. It's of him blowing up Canada.
So I thought that especially with the song oh my Hair,
just replaying the whole episode. So yeah, definitely ladies, ladies

(44:33):
and gentlemen. That's gonna do it.

Speaker 11 (44:37):
Yep.

Speaker 2 (44:38):
Front Another addition h S M B m B South
Park coming up next week. Well, it's the season finale,
that's right, it's the.

Speaker 11 (44:57):
I feel like we just started.

Speaker 2 (44:59):
Yeah yeah, if it's called Splotty Tomato. It's coming up
next week the tenth and final episode of season twenty
one and the two hundred and eighty seventh overall episode,
So that means next week is episode two, one hundred
and ninety for us, as the children in South Park
claim to have seen mister Garrison lurking around town and
they're frightened and the town comes together to make the
president go away. It's all coming up next week on

(45:22):
another edition of S mb South Park review.

Speaker 11 (45:31):
That means next season we hit three hundred. Yes, sir,
I can't wait to hit that number with you.
