His musical journey began at the age of sixwhen he began singing in church and continued with learning the piano at eightyears old, where his passion for music was deeply rooted. During high school,he discovered music production through FL Studio, which set the stage for hiscareer.
Sye K refined his craft at Columbia College Chicago,launching his professional career and earning a B.A. in Audio Design &Production in 2018. His artistry is a fusion of R&B, Soul, Pop, and Rapmusic influenced by iconic artists such as Beyoncé, Usher, Chris Brown, Brandy,and T-Pain.
