Speaker 3 (00:23):
Yeah, I think,
michelle.
I don't know the last time youguys have called me Michelle,
yeah.
Speaker 2 (00:28):
Like never.
Speaker 1 (00:30):
Never Mish, mishmo,
take your pick.
Yeah, did you always go by Mish, or did you have another
nickname when you were younger?
Speaker 3 (00:39):
No, my brother and
sister called me Mush like
Mushface Sure, just to be mean.
But no, I think Mishmo cameabout in high school, yeah, and
then it's cute, it's stuck, andMish also lives in Boston, and
she and I are besties fromcollege.
Speaker 1 (00:56):
We both went to
Clemson together.
Speaker 2 (00:58):
Yeah, go Tigers.
I'm also a Clemson fan.
For the record, yes.
Speaker 1 (01:02):
No, yes, 1, a Clemson
fan for the record yes, no, yes
, 1000%.
I feel like for years we wouldgo to the Clemson Boston College
game, bc game.
Brittany is a BC alum and shewould be like repping Clemson.
Speaker 2 (01:13):
It was awesome.
Yeah, yeah, well, they're just.
Their fans are more fun andthey're better.
They're more fun to watch.
Speaker 1 (01:19):
No, we love it sucks.
We're here for for it.
You came down enough times whenI was in school.
Speaker 2 (01:25):
You are an honorary
tiger yes, I want to do the
chant.
I'm doing it in my head.
Speaker 1 (01:32):
I will spare you all,
yeah, me tell us about where
you like grew up well, I grewyeah, I grew up in not far from
clemson.
Speaker 3 (01:40):
I grew up in
greenville, south carolina, so
it's about like 30 minutes fromClemson, and lived there my
whole life and then I moved upto Boston.
It's been 11 years now.
That's crazy.
Speaker 1 (01:53):
Isn't that crazy,
that is crazy.
Speaker 3 (01:54):
When I was moving up
to Boston I had nowhere to live
and I was like Kristen, can Icome?
You guys were living togetherwith Heather.
Shout out to Heather, Shout outto Heather In Southie, and you
guys just let some random girllive with you for a month.
Speaker 2 (02:08):
Oh my God, I can't
believe that was 11 years ago.
Speaker 3 (02:11):
Yeah, I know, and,
like me, and Britt had met, but
I had never met Heather and shewas cool with me staying, and
then I got a Craigslist roommateafter that and she ended up
being crazy and so I had to moveback in with you guys.
We could have a whole episodeon that story.
That, yeah, we really could.
I'm still traumatized.
Speaker 1 (02:29):
We were all living in
southie but moved in maybe like
a five minute walk down thestreet like just people.
Speaker 2 (02:34):
You didn't know right
, but you met.
Speaker 3 (02:36):
Yeah, yeah, it was
like a craigslist thing.
So like we met, like tried tosee if it was a good fit and
usually like I can spot a crazy, but like she really hit it well
and it came out full force shewas like chill, for I would say
what like three months, yeah, three, four months.
She had a really big problemwith the other girl I lived with
, so she was always like pickingfights with her and like it was
(02:59):
just weird, like it ended upbeing like the cops were called.
I had to flee, I had had tobring Kristen over there to like
check and see if my shit wasstill there at one point.
Speaker 1 (03:09):
Well, mind you, this
was also.
There was a winter where wetruly, for the month of February
, had a blizzard.
Speaker 2 (03:15):
Every single Saturday
Shout out Lou, shout out Lou
yeah.
Speaker 1 (03:20):
Shout out, baby Lou.
Speaker 2 (03:23):
Shout out, baby Lou.
Speaker 1 (03:29):
And we it was like
five feet of snow for the entire
month.
We were all going a little stircrazy and and this is when mish
really needed to get out ofthis situation and, like I have
a very vivid memory of uswalking through the streets of
southie we're like let's bustyou out, girl, let's get your
stuff, you're out of there.
And we're like dragging thesehuge suitcases down the blizzard
.
You know streets of southeastyeah, they're like all like
(03:51):
bumpy.
Speaker 3 (03:52):
Yeah, we're like in
the middle of the road because
you can't walk on the sidewalksoh my god do you ever know what
happened to her?
No, I blocked her on everythingI just heard.
Speaker 2 (04:02):
Don't trust the
internet but anywho, yeah, then
we got to live with you yeah, oh, my god, I'm so thankful you
got to experience the youtubemadness that happened at our
apartment oh, I love it.
Speaker 3 (04:16):
That's when couch
sundays were a thing.
We would just hang on the couchwatch like YouTube videos of
One Direction.
Speaker 2 (04:25):
Taylor.
Oh yeah, we were big into OneDay then.
Speaker 3 (04:28):
Yeah, shout out Niall
, shout out Niall.
The best Rihanna's lookingpretty hot tonight.
Yes, we rewound that partprobably 50 times.
Speaker 2 (04:40):
I can't yell.
Okay, it's nighttime and Ican't yell because my children
are sleeping.
But yeah, no, it wasn't likeRihanna's looking hot in that
dress.
Speaker 1 (04:55):
Like Niall's, like 12
and they're at like they're
getting interviewed behind thestage.
Speaker 2 (04:59):
So awkward.
Speaker 1 (05:00):
So this was like when
Wendy was like new on the scene
and the interviewer asked yeah, like who are you excited to see
?
And that baby Niall just goes.
Rihanna's looking pretty hottonight.
Sorry about my terrible Irishaccent.
You know.
What we'll have to do is findthat clip and post it on our
socials.
Oh yeah definitely so me andMisha always joke we can't
(05:21):
remember when we met, but we didlive together.
My sophomore year, your junioryear for what Clemson had, that
was called Maymester.
It was like a one monthsemester and Mish moved in with
me and my roommate Hannahbecause they both went to high
school together and that is likegenerally how we all got
connected is you went to highschool with two of your
roommates.
Speaker 2 (05:40):
I feel like everyone
was from Greenville, like
everyone I met at Clemson wasfrom Greenville.
Yeah, yeah, there's a lot of us.
Greenville must be really big.
Speaker 3 (05:47):
It is, it is really
big I still.
Speaker 1 (05:50):
I mean, I have such a
soft spot for, like the upstate
.
I love South Carolina.
But I'm curious, what's likeyour favorite thing about living
in each place?
Speaker 3 (05:59):
I think I think here,
I think I think I like I, I
love the diversity, like there'sjust so many different kinds of
like people here and culturesand like there's obviously like
a lot to do, like being in abigger city.
I love like the, thecamaraderie and like the spirit,
like people like who are fromBoston like love being from
(06:19):
Boston, like they're so proud.
You know I love that in thesouth.
I mean obviously I love that myfamily's still there.
I love how chill people are inthe south.
You know I love that in thesouth.
I mean obviously I love that myfamily's still there.
I love how chill people are inthe south.
You know it's just chill, it'severyone takes their time, like
no one's honking a horn.
Totally, you know everyone's.
Just in general, people arejust more friendly.
You know, yeah, definitely.
(06:40):
So I do miss that anddefinitely like the nature in
the south, because we grew uplike close to the mountains in
North Carolina and so I meanwe'd go there every weekend
growing up like hiking.
So I do miss that part too.
Definitely pros and cons inboth places, for sure.
Speaker 2 (06:55):
I feel like South
Carolina, too, is like sneaky,
like beautiful.
Speaker 3 (06:58):
Oh yeah.
Speaker 2 (06:59):
Well even just like,
even like watching like OBX,
like I know a lot of it's filmedin charleston and stuff like
the sky and stuff.
Like I was like I feel like Iremember going to clemson being
like it is like more beautifuldown here, yeah it's beautiful.
Speaker 3 (07:12):
I remember I remember
moving up to boston and being
like they don't have beach.
I did no research when I movedto boston by the way okay, this
is embarrassing to admit I waslike I was moving in the summer
and I was like it's not gonna behot up there.
I mean, it's like up, you know,up pretty far north like, and
they don't have beaches.
I don't need to bring aswimsuit, oh my God.
And then, like I got here, it'slike some of the best beaches
(07:35):
in the world.
Speaker 2 (07:36):
That's like
confirming what I think everyone
not from here thinks of us.
Yes.
Speaker 3 (07:46):
I can't judge.
I have the worst geography.
That's the South Carolinaeducation for you the public
school education.
Speaker 1 (07:52):
Well, I will say I
feel like you and I have
commented on this and like it'snot a good or bad thing but just
an observation we had like alot of times up here early on.
Question will be like oh sowhat do you do, you know, for
work?
And it's like that emphasis onkind of career achievement, all
that, and like you know what Imean.
And when you go down South it'slike, how's your family Like?
Are you dating anybody?
It's like very much the focuson kind of the family set and I
feel like we always used to kindof comment on that.
Speaker 3 (08:16):
Yeah, for sure.
Another thing is like people uphere are very much like tied to
like.
They're like, oh, I'm Irish orI'm Italian, like people in the
South, like they don't say that.
They're like they don't.
They're like I'm from the South, you know.
Speaker 2 (08:31):
I wonder, why that is
.
Speaker 1 (08:32):
I know that is so
true, Like I don't think I know
the background of any of ourfriends from Clemson, Like if
they're Italian, Irish friendslike I really couldn't even tell
you anybody, don't?
I mean, I don't know how manyof my friends I could tell you I
feel like well, you're likeirish italian and genus irish
italian I like don't even knowwhere I am.
Speaker 3 (08:54):
You guys are all
irish, italian.
Yeah, like there's a prettygood chance that you're like
irish.
Speaker 1 (09:01):
I feel like we were
like in school we do like
projects on it and stuff.
Yeah butwho you have firmlybeen planted here and now you
are a mom.
Speaker 3 (09:11):
I'm a mom.
Yeah, my baby girl Romy.
She's going to be 16 monthsactually tomorrow.
Speaker 1 (09:18):
Oh my gosh.
So I know it's crazy.
Speaker 3 (09:20):
Everyone.
That was like a thing thatpeople said and it would drive
me crazy when I was pregnant.
They're like the time is goingto go by so fast.
I'm like, yeah, yeah it is, butit really is true.
It's like insane how fast itgoes.
Speaker 2 (09:32):
I feel like after the
first few months, you know like
after they're like three tofour months, then it like flies
by.
Yeah, yeah, the first threemonths beginning yeah, hold on
your seatbelts, yep for.
Speaker 1 (09:44):
For sure, like if you
could go back.
Is there something you're likedamn I wish I knew.
Or like something you wouldtell yourself?
Speaker 3 (09:50):
I think, like well,
in terms of like labor and
delivery, I think I would tellmyself, girl, you need to have a
healthier fear for this, because I went into that
hospital being like I got this.
This is going to be easy.
You know, I'm a physicaltherapist, I know how to push a
baby out.
I'm, you know, got bodyawareness.
I worked out my whole pregnancy.
(10:10):
No, that shit was hard.
Okay, you need to have ahealthy fear and respect for
that process Seriously.
But no, I think the first fewmonths, like just kind of like
what I said already, like it's,it is, it's temporary, like
everything is temporary, like, you know, the not getting the
sleep, like it's yeah, I think,I think yeah, I think for me.
(10:32):
I was just like when is thisgoing to end?
Like there was just no end insight.
I didn't know how long it wasgoing to go on.
Like the no sleeping thing, that it's like it really freaked
me out.
But now that on the other side,it's like I should have just
kind of buckled down and enjoyedit more rather than I, I just
felt very anxious about likewhen is she gonna sleep?
Speaker 2 (10:54):
yeah, yeah, but I
feel like that'll be easier if
you have another kid, that, yeah, you won't be as like anxious
about that.
Yeah, yeah, for sure, butyou're sleeping way less so um,
yeah, oh yeah, awesome yeah, doyou remember this?
Speaker 1 (11:10):
I think it's when we
were living together, so we were
probably like 27, 28 and one ofyour friends had a baby and
like pushed for.
I don't know, 15 minutes orsomething ridiculously for eight
minutes.
Eight minutes with her firstchild and mish was telling me
about it and she's like oh mygod, eight minutes, that's that
(11:31):
are we gonna have to push thatlong.
I was like girl.
Speaker 3 (11:33):
I was like is she
okay?
That's so long.
This is like my first friendwho had a baby, so I had no.
The only thing that I.
It is way different than youthink yeah, because in like tv
and in movies, which now I'mlike, of course it's nothing
like they push for like 30seconds.
Speaker 2 (11:49):
I fast forward every
birth scene.
I'm just like I don't need towatch this.
Well, yeah, it's just like thisis so fake and like I'm not
having kids anymore, like Idon't watch this yeah, yeah, I
feel like every birth story I'veheard too.
Speaker 1 (12:04):
It's just so
different, you know it's so
different?
Speaker 3 (12:07):
yeah, for sure.
And you really don't know whatyou're gonna do.
Speaker 2 (12:10):
Like you, you have no
idea until you yeah, I feel
like I was the opposite of you.
Speaker 1 (12:14):
I was like scared,
shitless and I should have been
yeah, exactly, yeah well, you, yeah, you had you had a tough go
so, but these babies are hereand thriving.
Speaker 3 (12:27):
I know and I'm ready
to do it again.
You know it hasn't scared meaway, so what?
Speaker 1 (12:33):
is that epidural?
Oh my God, wait, okay, actually.
Tangent, no shade, no shame toanyone who chooses to have their
baby, however they want LikeI'm not saying this to shade,
but like I don't know how peopledo it without the epidural from
what I'm hearing.
Fuck that.
Yeah, I know, I don't know.
My sister went to high school.
The girl who had an at-homebirth in like a like in her tub.
No, absolutely not.
Speaker 2 (12:55):
Absolutely not.
Absolutely not, absolutely, notno.
Speaker 3 (12:59):
Yeah, Can't do that.
No, I remember an old coworkerof mine and I was like in my
early twenties and so I had.
But I, I remember this.
I remember her saying that shewas like you don't get an award
for not getting an, for notgetting an epidural.
You don't get a cookie youdon't get anything.
Speaker 2 (13:15):
That's why some
people are like, oh, I just
don't want to.
It's like, why, why?
Speaker 3 (13:21):
I was begging for
that.
Speaker 2 (13:22):
Yeah, same.
Speaker 3 (13:23):
I thought that should
stat.
Speaker 1 (13:25):
Yeah, like your
delivery is just as I don't know
, I don't know the right word.
Speaker 2 (13:29):
Valid.
Yeah, yeah, girl Nailed itNailed it For both of you.
Favorite thing about being amom?
I mean mean, that's hard toanswer in one.
I feel like I would probablysay, like how much they love you
, yeah, like they're just likeobsessed with you and like yeah,
I would say that I think likewatching her learn.
Speaker 3 (13:52):
She's like picking
stuff up like every day, like
she just learned something new.
It's so interesting, it's likeso interesting to me yeah, yeah,
learning and development.
Yeah, yeah, and she just knowsthings like inherently.
I'm like how did you know that?
Speaker 2 (14:05):
I know I'm always
actually teaching another
language, like probably I feellike everyone says right now,
they're little.
Speaker 3 (14:13):
I'm on the opposite
side my girl goes to a spanish
daycare and my mother-in-lawspeaks Hungarian to her on
Saturdays, and so I've had manyconversations with different
like health professionals, likeis this going to delay here?
And they're like no, no, no.
Everyone has said nope, justblow it, she's a sponge.
Speaker 2 (14:29):
That's crazy.
Speaker 1 (14:30):
I love that.
I feel like Romy is like.
Romy will just literally beanywhere and be hanging out and
is just chill as anything, butshe just wants to be there, like
she wants to be there.
She doesn't need to be playing, she doesn't need to be like you
know, you don't have to be inher face, but she wants to be at
the table and she wants to beseeing what's going on, would
(14:51):
you?
Speaker 3 (14:51):
agree, yeah, respect,
oh, 100%, yeah, 100%.
She like, just, she, just.
She doesn't play by herself, she just wants to be in the same
room as me or Nelson.
Oh yeah, she just needs to bearound us and she could be doing
nothing, but she will followyou everywhere.
Speaker 1 (15:09):
Yeah, tell us a
little bit about Nellie and what
he does and maybe how you guysmet.
Speaker 3 (15:13):
Nellie's my husband.
He's a chef.
He works at a place called moonbar, which is in downtown
boston.
It's like I make fun of him allthe time.
But he says it's likeequatorial food, so just stuff
like I know I.
I mean I I love that, but butit's like cuisine found near the
equator, so indian, caribbean, african, but yeah, it's really
(15:38):
great, good spot.
Shout out moon bar.
Yeah, so we met.
We met on a camping trip, on ourannual camping trip back and I
remember seeing him for thefirst time being like oh, who's
that?
And then I just got busytalking to everyone and then,
yeah, we just kind of hit it off.
But we went out and I hadalready planned on moving back
(15:59):
to South Carolina so I was likewe can go out for dinner, but I
am moving in like a couple weeks.
So we went out anyways, andthen I ended up moving back six
months later because I was like, nah, I need to be in Boston.
And then, yeah, we just kind oflinked back up and we've been
together ever since.
Speaker 1 (16:18):
We posted this on our
socials.
But there Mish is a phenomenalcook and I she has made me many
a meal that I take like 1700photos of.
You know, it's just so funnyevery time I go over to their
house because I, brittany and Iwe've said many times on this
pod, like we don't cook, it'snot our thing.
So I have, like you know, fouringredients.
I feel like in I we've saidmany times on this pod, like we
don't cook, it's not our thing.
So I have, like you know, fouringredients.
(16:40):
I feel like in my, my house, but Mish and Nellie have
literally you go into theirfridge and it's like tubware
bins with labels, it's likelobster bits, jealous, you know,
yeah, it's ridiculous, it's,it's amazing.
So I guess, like, like you know, is there anything that you
really learned from nelson beinghe is being a professional chef
(17:03):
any like tips of the trade that?
Speaker 3 (17:04):
you've got.
Yeah, yeah, for sure, yourfavorite one.
You love this one.
But like when you seasonanything with salt, like put
bring your hand a little higherthan you think so it like
spreads out more evenly.
Speaker 2 (17:15):
Wait okay, wait,
kristen told me you were gonna
to say that, but she was like,oh, she's definitely going to
say this one, she loves this one.
Speaker 3 (17:22):
Kristen loves this
one, kristen loves that one.
I tell a lot of people that.
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (17:28):
She's definitely
going to say this one, she loves
that one, it's so true.
Speaker 3 (17:35):
It's so true.
Speaker 1 (17:41):
It's like the tip
that you taught me that I'm like
it has just always stuck.
Speaker 2 (17:44):
It's stuck right.
It's a great one that is great.
Speaker 3 (17:46):
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
And salt.
I mean, like chefs use a lotmore salt than I think the
average cook does and that's whytheir food tastes better.
So yeah, another thing withsalt is like salt every step.
So it's like when you add likeI don't know, when you add like
onions and garlic, salt it.
And then if you add somethingelse to the pan, like salt a
little bit more.
I'm like you know what I meanlike so everything you always
(18:07):
like hold it up high.
Speaker 2 (18:08):
Yeah, and you hold it
up high exactly salt on my
popcorn.
Speaker 3 (18:12):
I can be like yeah,
it'll be more evenly distributed
.
That's when I use salt, yeah.
Yeah, salt it up, yeah, andthen to taste everything,
obviously, which sometimes Idon't want to do until
something's finished, but yeah, you should taste it so you don't
over salt it, or yeah, I thinkone of my favorite tips that he
said that he taught me is likeusing herbs, like he's like like
(18:36):
every dish should have an herb.
So like when you finish, Iremember the first time this is
like the first time I evercooked for him I was like he's
coming over, it's like actuallyto our place yeah, you must have
been nervous oh my god, I wasfreaking out.
I spent all day I went to likethree different grocery stores.
Oh I was like, what am I gonnacook?
So I figured I'd cook Indianfor him.
I was.
(18:56):
Maybe he doesn't know how tocook Indian food, which of
course he does, but I madebutter chicken from one of my
friend's mom's back home.
So taught me how to make it.
And I remember I made it forhim it was good, and I was just
like any tips?
And he was like, yeah, I wouldhave put.
The only tip is I would haveadded a little cilantro, Like
you should always finishsomething like with an herb.
(19:17):
And I was like, oh okay.
And I thought I was like, oh,my friend's mom actually does
that, but like I don't know,Probably, if you like paid
attention at a restaurant now.
Speaker 2 (19:26):
Like we'll notice it.
Speaker 1 (19:28):
Yeah, we're
definitely going to notice that
now.
I feel like it does also dosomething for the presentation.
Speaker 3 (19:32):
Definitely yeah, yeah
, yeah.
That's one of my favorite tips.
Speaker 1 (19:37):
Well for our, for new
cooks out there, top
ingredients to always have inthe house, anything that we
should be stocking up on thatmaybe you use a lot.
Speaker 3 (19:51):
I mean?
I mean, the first things thatcome to mind are just staples
like olive oil, salt, pepper.
Your your really spices?
You know like the best the bestspice.
Pepper your, your really spices?
You know like the best the bestspice.
Onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, little salt, little
pepper.
Put that on anything chicken.
Put it on chickpeas.
Speaker 1 (20:10):
Something that you
might need to write that down
for me no-transcript the pan.
Speaker 3 (20:47):
A lot of these left
in the bowl, so yeah, do a
little bit more than you think.
Speaker 2 (20:51):
Yeah, what do you
like to make for romi?
Speaker 3 (20:54):
oh, gosh romi.
She's kind of going through alittle picky phase right now.
I think she's coming out of it,but I, I make.
I make a lot of differentthings.
I like try to steam.
I try to have a couple likesteamed vegetables on hand.
She loves carrots, lovescarrots.
I'll do like rice and beans alot for her.
(21:15):
She doesn't meat so I try to dolike beans for protein.
She loves an egg.
She'll eat an egg every morning.
I think my favorite thing tomake for her is pancakes on the
weekend, just because like it'slike oh, kind of celebrates the
weekend.
Yeah, it's special.
It's something that me andnelson can eat with her too,
because a lot of times, like, the food that we eat is a little
(21:35):
spicier, so we don't reallygive her a lot of that.
Speaker 1 (21:41):
Totally.
Okay, this might sound like, really like.
It might sound dumb.
I'm putting myself at risk.
This very well may be edited, but like when you steam
vegetables.
Speaker 2 (21:53):
Oh boy, let's talk
about that.
Speaker 1 (21:57):
Are we putting them
in like what's that thing?
Speaker 3 (22:01):
A strainer.
You know A steamer.
It's like a steamer basket.
So there's like a specific typeof pot you need.
It's like an insert.
Speaker 1 (22:09):
It's like a steaming
insert that you like lay?
Speaker 3 (22:12):
I knew you didn't
know either.
Speaker 2 (22:14):
Oh, I don't know.
Are you kidding me?
Speaker 3 (22:18):
I barely know how to
mark the microwave yeah, so you
put like a very thin layer ofwater in and then you put the
strainer thing or not strainerthe steamer thing in there and
you boil it.
You have to put the lid on,okay, so the steam stays in the
pot.
You put the water in, you putthe little steamer insert in and
you put your vegetables orwhatever you want to steam in,
(22:39):
and then you put the lid on, youboil it and then the steam
builds up in the pot, but the,but the whatever you're steaming
is out of the liquid.
Does that make?
Speaker 2 (22:48):
sense I lost me a
little bit.
Speaker 3 (22:51):
It's okay, We'll do a
tutorial next podcast.
You know what?
Speaker 1 (22:56):
right, you, you were
gonna have the best salted
popcorn in the world in theworld, you know, so that money
can buy, so yeah, I think I'mgonna eat popcorn after this
delicious last cooking questioneasiest like go-to dinner recipe
if you're not really feelinglike cooking, but you got to do
something.
(23:17):
What are you going for?
Speaker 3 (23:20):
I have a couple
recipes that are like my go-to,
just like super quick, but Ithink, like, like, fajitas are
really easy.
You just, I love fajitas.
Yeah, you just chop everythingup and you put it in a baking
dish and you bake it.
Speaker 2 (23:33):
You don't put it on
the stove?
Speaker 3 (23:35):
I don't, I have a.
I have a recipe where you bakeit oh, that sounds easier and
you literally put it on thestove.
I don't.
I have a recipe where you bakeit oh, that sounds easier and
you literally put it all in onedish.
And it freaked me out at firstto put the raw chicken in with
the vegetables.
But I mean, I don't know, I'vebeen doing it for years and I'm
fine.
Speaker 2 (23:49):
I can try that.
Speaker 3 (23:50):
Yeah, that's a good
one.
And then I have another recipe.
It's another Indian dish.
It's called chana masala.
You do have to have thespecific spice.
It's kind of annoying.
You have to go to an Indiangrocery store.
You can get it on Amazon.
It's chickpeas, choppedtomatoes from a can onion and
then the spice.
You serve it over rice.
(24:12):
It literally takes 20 minutes.
Start to finish.
Speaker 2 (24:14):
I think chicken
fajitas is definitely like just
like my go-to so lots of salt, probably lots of else you put on
there lots of spice I dopaprika, onion powder, chili
powder, garlic powder, I think, probably some cayenne pepper a
little bit you know what, nowthat you're saying that I
(24:37):
totally made that, that was likebefore.
Speaker 1 (24:40):
I was like, traveling
, I used to make that regularly
because you made it and I waslike, oh, this is really good
and it's easy oh nice, I'm gonnahave to bring that back yeah,
yeah, so I can, I can show, showyou guys the recipe.
Speaker 3 (24:51):
I use amazing, we can
post it.
Yeah, thanks, mish, I useAmazing, we can post it.

(25:38):
Rules, miss Sheena, shea orKristen Doughty?
Oh God, yeah.
How do you pick between those?
Speaker 2 (25:46):
two Famously our
least favorites.
Speaker 3 (25:50):
I think I probably
have to pick Sheena, but I'm not
happy about it.
Yeah, I'm picking Sheena.
You have to pick Sheena, right?
Okay, I think you'm not happyabout it.
Speaker 1 (25:58):
Yeah, I'm picking
Gina.
I'm picking Gina, right, okay?
Speaker 2 (26:00):

Speaker 1 (26:01):
I think you're going
to dislike this next one even
more.
We're going.
We're going down South.
We're going to your rootsSouthern charm.
Who are we picking?
Austin Kroll or Shep Rose?
Speaker 3 (26:10):
Oh God, gross, I
don't know.
I think if I absolutely had topick, I'd pick Shep.
Same I just really.
Austin just makes my stomachchurn to be honest.
Speaker 2 (26:24):
He seems like he has
an STD.
Speaker 3 (26:26):
Yeah, for sure.
I mean Shep does too, but youknow.
Speaker 2 (26:30):
True, true, shep
definitely does.
Speaker 3 (26:33):
I feel like Shep was
just born that way.
He can't help it.
I just feel like Austin had somuch potential and like is such
a huge drag, like the fame wentto his head.
Speaker 1 (26:45):
Exactly the season
when Austin and Chelsea were
dating.
I was fully team Austin.
Like I loved them together.
I wanted them to work out sobad.
Speaker 2 (26:52):
That was like how he
first came on right.
Speaker 1 (26:54):
I think it was his
first season.
Speaker 3 (26:55):
Yeah, first, that's
how he first came on right.
I think it was his first season, yeah, first season.
Speaker 1 (26:57):
That's the thing,
though he fooled all of us.
He's very charming, Verycharming, and then you kind of
realize what he's about.
And just all those boys Okay, just two more Going up to Summer
House sticking with the fellasare you going with Jesse or West
?
Speaker 3 (27:13):
Oh God, this is a
hard one For me, probably less 1
000 1 000 you know I honestlywhoever cast those two round of
applause, those, it's reallyhard to add new people to a very
(27:33):
like an established bravo showand they were really good
additions.
Speaker 2 (27:38):
I feel like they just
fit in oh, so they're like yeah
, yeah wait west is like the onethat he wears, like cowboy hats
and stuff.
Speaker 1 (27:45):
Yes, yeah.
Speaker 3 (27:46):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (27:47):
Brittany's kind of
getting introduced this season.
Wes had, like he's, verysubdued this season because last
season he was kind of like abreakout star but he had a fall
from grace at the end of theseason, so he's kind of like
reeling it in.
Speaker 2 (27:59):
Oh, so last season
was his first season, him and
Jesse.
Speaker 3 (28:03):
Yeah, so they've had
two seasons, yeah yeah, pretty
new.
Speaker 1 (28:07):
I feel like jesse
this season just really like
skeeved me out with the wholelexi situation like I just can't
?
He's too much of a playboy, like at least west.
I think is really funny and youwould be laughing the whole
time, exactly, yeah, yeah.
Last one team craig team page Imean definitely team Paige.
Speaker 3 (28:25):
Same Craig Craig
gives me the ick.
I mean the whole.
I mean, yeah, the entire timethey were together.
People were like so excited forthem and I'm like I don't see
it like.
I mean, I guess I kind of gotinto it after the initial like
my initial gut feeling was likewhat, why would she do this, you
know.
Speaker 1 (28:42):
But then they were
kind of cute together and then I
was just like no, I feel likethey were in love, but when it
came to long-term planning andlike actual marriage, like they
were never they were neverreally on the same page never,
no, no it really felt like justa matter of time yeah, so yeah,
because he wants to get marriedright and she didn't exactly
(29:03):
that and she didn't want toleave new york and he wanted to
be in charleston.
He kind of wanted to, like legit, get wifed up well, he's like
45, isn't he?
He's 30, I think he's 36, butthe no, no he's not my.
Is he my age?
Speaker 2 (29:21):
I think so I feel
like he's older well, shep, shep
, definitely Shep's like 45.
Speaker 1 (29:25):
But I'm pretty sure,
craig Conover, let's see.
Speaker 2 (29:29):
Thank God that other
old guy isn't on it anymore 36.

Thank God, thomasel and like jdare out of there oh jd, yeah, I
forgot about him.
Yeah, gross and I mean thatfeels like that is a thing that
happens in charleston and I meanyou went to pt school in
charleston like you would knowbetter than us, but there is
kind of that peter pan thinggoing on.
Speaker 3 (30:01):
One thousand percent.

It is like not uncommon to belike at a bar or something and
see like an old ass man withlike a beautiful blonde like 20
year old and you're like what, what is this?
What's happening over here?
I mean, it was bizarre yeah.
Speaker 1 (30:18):
I feel like people
might think that's for the show
