Welcome back to the latestepisode of Snitchin'.
It's your host, Kristen.
And Brittany, get ready for thebest part of your day.
It's Friday.
We love Fridays.
How you doing, Britt?
What you got going on for theweekend?
SPEAKER_01 (00:17):
It's been a long
week.
Glad it's Friday.
Not a whole lot going on thisweekend.
Uh, corner is hockey, boy startgymnastics.
So that will be fun.
But that's really it.
Nice.
How about you?
You got plans.
SPEAKER_00 (00:30):
Yeah, I'm so
excited.
I'm going, I'm driving to LakeGeorge, New York, and I'm gonna
do a girls' getaway weekend withmy friend Jill.
We talked about her way backwhen.
Um, her wedding was this thissummer.
So uh there was an episode wherewe talked about that, but I
haven't seen her since.
So I'm so excited.
SPEAKER_01 (00:47):
That's a fun drive,
isn't it?
SPEAKER_00 (00:49):
It's four hours,
yeah.
SPEAKER_01 (00:51):
Yeah, that's what I
thought.
I've actually been there for afamily reunion.
It's like the middle of nowhere.
Oh, really?
Yeah, I remember like there wasno cell phone service.
You had it like to go to likeTarget or something, or well, I
think it was Walmart.
You had to drive like 30 minutesup to the street.
But that might be somewhere wewent.
I don't know.
That was all it this was alsoprobably like 15 years ago.
SPEAKER_00 (01:12):
The thing is, I
couldn't like I don't mind going
and visiting a place like that.
I could never live somewherethat's so remote that you could
you had to drive 30 minutes tobuy groceries or convenience
items, like it just wouldn'twork for me.
Yeah, I would starve.
Yeah.
Honestly, same.
Like, honestly.
Um, but yeah, I mean, I'mexcited though.
(01:33):
I uh feel like a long drive bymyself is no problem.
I cannot that out.
Four hours is nothing.
So yeah, it's gonna be exciting.
There's a rodeo there thisweekend.
Oh, what's that?
Like riding tables, boat riding, barrel racing.
We might have to go.
You can take the Clemson out ofthe girl, you know?
(01:55):
Or you can take the girl out ofClemson.
Whatever floats your boat there.
Um, so yeah, so that's gonna bereally fun.
But I will say, I have spentthis week really on the hunt for
a hobby, and I need to talkabout it.
SPEAKER_01 (02:11):
Okay, okay.
SPEAKER_00 (02:12):
Winter Here's the
thing.
We talked about it already lastweek with daylight savings.
It's dark by five.
And this is the first week whereI really felt like I couldn't go
on my walks, like my outsidewalks, which I've grown very
dependent on.
Yeah, I I feel the same way.
Yeah.
(02:32):
So realizing that that's nolonger gonna be a possibility in
maybe like a month, and alsotennis is no longer gonna be a
possibility, which is anotherthing that I've grown very
dependent on.
Yeah, I'm realizing like Ireally need to find some type of
indoor cat activity that Ienjoy.
Yeah.
And I think I found it.
(02:53):
Yay.
unknown (02:54):
Okay.
SPEAKER_00 (02:54):
I know it's very
exciting.
So I told myself this week, Iwas like, all right, you have to
go and try a couple of thingsand see what you like.
I did two.
I did yoga, which I like yoga.
I like the stretching componentof yoga.
I feel good when I'm doing likethe child's pose and all that.
(03:15):
Like that feels really good, butI don't enjoy it.
Yeah.
It's it feels forced.
Like I'm making myself.
It's slow for me.
You like Pilates, right?
SPEAKER_01 (03:27):
Well, oh yeah, like
I'm obsessed with Pilates, but
yeah, I've just never reallybeen into yoga.
I don't know.
It's a little too slow for meand like just doesn't feel very
hard.
SPEAKER_00 (03:37):
But yeah, well, I
think a lot of it is like also
just like the mindfulness, breathing, centering, be present
of it all.
And that was definitely theclass I went to.
It wasn't so much like it that'sI felt like that was the focus.
First off, she was like ninemonths pregnant, the instructor.
She was a pregnant lady.
But yeah, oh, she's crushing it.
(03:57):
But yeah, so I felt like thatwas more of the focus.
And I, the thing is, is that Ican walk to the studio and I've
been for three years been like, you've got to check this out.
Cause like there could also be acommunity aspect.
Maybe I would meet people thatlive in my neighborhood.
It was okay.
But the one that I felt I loveis there's this studio that came
to Boston this summer.
(04:18):
Any Boston-based snitches thatmight be listening, if you took
dance when you were a child andenjoyed it, as I did, this class
is for you.
It's called Diva Dance.
And it's a nationwide, I guess,like chain.
And they just opened up inBoston near South Station.
And it's literally you go for anhour and they just teach you a
dance.
But it's not like Zumba.
(04:39):
It's not like it's not likeyou're doing like exercisy, you
know, you know what I mean.
SPEAKER_01 (04:44):
Like, like I do like
a cardio, like a choreograph
cardio thing, but it's likejumping jacks and like, you
know, shuffle and like runforward, skip back.
Like it's it's not like that.
Mine's a little more yeah,cardio-ish.
Yours is like pure dance, whichis cool.
SPEAKER_00 (05:00):
Yeah, it's not
exactly so.
But the thing was, so I've beenalso like, this is the week you
have to do it.
And the only night I could do itwas Tuesday night.
And they only have one class anight.
Um, so I go, it's like Pussycatdolls, the song buttons.
unknown (05:18):
Like a word.
SPEAKER_00 (05:19):
And there was a
chair.
Um, and you could, it was heelsoptional.
So I did not bring heels, I woresneakers, but like everyone else
in the class was wearing heels.
We were doing, yeah, afull-blown Britney Spears
stronger music video esque.
Oh my god, I was just thinkingof that.
I was like, I wonder if they doBritney Spears Stronger.
SPEAKER_01 (05:37):
You have to go.
SPEAKER_00 (05:39):
Oh, a hundred
percent.
A hundred percent.
So I've already well, it was sofun.
Like the minute I got in there,I was like, Oh, I'm gonna crush
these bitches.
Like, I've got this down.
Like my ego was so inflated.
SPEAKER_01 (05:51):
Kristen is a is a as
a naturally gifted dancer.
SPEAKER_00 (05:54):
You are.
Thank you so much, Brittany.
I really appreciate that.
In another life, I would haveloved to be a dancer, but yeah,
so it was so fun.
And I was like, oh, I mean, thisis it.
Like, I'm definitely oh, andyeah, that's that's perfect for
you.
It's perfect.
So I already looked at theNovember class schedule.
Um, they have a SabrinaCarpenter one.
(06:16):
I'm definitely going to that.
Yes.
And then next week, I you shouldcome with me.
They are doing a Taylor SwiftFate of Ophelia.
SPEAKER_01 (06:27):
Do you think it's
like the is it the TikTok dance?
SPEAKER_00 (06:31):
I don't know.
Um, I feel like it's not longenough.
Like I think maybe that maybethey incorporate it, maybe it's
part of it.
Yeah, because I cannot get thosearms down.
SPEAKER_01 (06:40):
Yeah, not do the
arms.
You try to teach it to me, itjust doesn't click with my
brain.
I know, I know.
SPEAKER_00 (06:47):
One day, keep
trying.
SPEAKER_01 (06:49):
Yeah, yeah, one day.
But yeah, that that dance seemsa little advanced for me, but I
mean, whatever, fuck it.
I would do it.
That would be very good.
SPEAKER_00 (06:57):
It would be really
fun doing Taylor.
I know, it would be so much fun.
SPEAKER_01 (07:01):
What a great
business idea.
Dancing, was it Diva dancing?
SPEAKER_00 (07:05):
Diva dance, and it's
all women.
Yeah.
I will say there was one thingthat I mean, it wasn't weird by
any means.
Well, what do you think of this?
So it's all it was all women.
Um, but I think it's open toanyone.
But the social media manager iswas a man.
So he there was like one guykind of just like off to the
side, like, and he really didn'tdo anything.
He checked people in, but thenat the end, he like did you like
(07:28):
he like videoed the dance fortheir their social channels.
I just thought it was like alittle, I don't know.
It just like made I just be likea great point.
No, he was could not have beennicer.
No, very nice guy.
I think that's bad.
Something I just noticed though, you know.
SPEAKER_01 (07:43):
Well, yeah, it's
just it's definitely like a
vulnerable environment.
SPEAKER_00 (07:46):
Yeah, maybe that's
what it was.
SPEAKER_01 (07:48):
No, doing a chair
dance, like vulnerable.
SPEAKER_00 (07:52):
Oh my god, the old
eye too at the beginning.
Like they made us like so welearn the whole dance and then
we do a group performance witheveryone, and then you split
into two groups and do each do aperformance.
And some women are videotapingthemselves for their own, like
on their own phones.
Uh, this is not me.
I I mean for the firstgo-around, I was like,
absolutely not.
There was a couple women therewho were like, This is your
(08:14):
first class.
I was like, Yeah, this justdon't ask.
It was crushing it.
Oh, yeah, crushing it, exactly.
I mean, I'm fully in.
But I will say, um, itdefinitely pushed me a little
outside my comfort zone becausewhen we do the actual
performance, she's like, Okay, everyone start at the back of
the room and they have like fourbig poles, just like the way
that the the structure of thebuilding.
(08:35):
And they're like, she's like,get near a pole and like do a
dance and then walk over to yourchair before you go and do the
actual dance.
And I was like, Oh, good lord.
Like so they freestyle, freestyle on a pole.
Like, it's just not.
I was like, you know, yeah, butwe did it.
SPEAKER_01 (08:53):
It was so much fun.
Six months from now, you mightbe up on that poll videotaping
yourself.
SPEAKER_02 (08:59):
Probably not.
SPEAKER_01 (09:00):
You know what?
SPEAKER_00 (09:02):
Six months from six
months ago, you know, the other
way, back in whatever April, whenever that was, we didn't
have a pod.
So who knows?
True.
Anything could happen.
Anything could happen.
SPEAKER_01 (09:16):
Anything could
happen.
Um, but yeah, like speaking ofthe pod, should we give a quick
little plug for more guests?
Yes.
Okay, cool.
So, yeah, you guys have beenloving the guest episodes, and
honestly, we have too.
Um, we love having people onthat are just regular everyday
(09:37):
crushing it.
We really truly believe thateveryone has a story to share.
So we want you guys to considerthis an open invitation.
Every single one of you areinvited on the pod.
Please reach out, text us, callus, email us, message us,
consider yourself invited.
And we would also love, I feellike we're kind of testing out
this idea of like letting theguests kind of like lead, like
(10:00):
let us know what you want totalk about, because maybe that
will be like a little, you'llyou'll feel more passionate
about it.
SPEAKER_00 (10:05):
But we're also happy
to help come up with topics.
Yes.
Our guest episodes are far andaway, our most popular episodes.
And like, you know, we've saidour brand, every woman has a
story to share.
So no topic too small.
Um, but also if you do knowsomeone or have a friend that
you think would be a good guestand does have, you know, maybe
(10:26):
an interesting story orsomething they're really
passionate about, send our infoalong.
We'd love to have you.
Sweet.
Let's get into it.
Should we talk about our topicsfor the day?
unknown (10:35):
Yeah.
SPEAKER_00 (10:36):
Um, Sexioman Alive
first.
Oh my god, I'm so excited aboutthis.
Okay, Sexiest Man Alive.
People's annual uh sexiest manalive has been named.
It is Jonathan Bailey.
I think they've been listening.
We talk about him.
SPEAKER_01 (10:55):
Could not be a
better pick.
Literally, I was looking at thelike last, I think it was like
the last 10 years, honestly, andhe's like far and away the best
pick.
Oh, wait, who else was on therefor the past 10 years?
So last year, oh last year Ithink it was John Krasinski,
which I was like, nah, it'sokay.
SPEAKER_00 (11:12):
I like John
Krasinski, but mainly because
he's from Massachusetts.
So like I like his wife.
If he that was bad, it seemsfunny.
Bad timing, though.
Like it would have been betterat the height of the office.
SPEAKER_01 (11:25):
Agree, agree.
Um, 20 oops, 2023 was PatrickDempsey.
That's a pretty good one.
But again, he might have beenbetter at the height of grace.
SPEAKER_00 (11:34):
What are they doing?
Like, why are they pickingpeople a decade later?
Who who is Patrick Dempsey?
Yeah, yeah, like what has hebeen in later?
I mean, I know who is why is herelevant?
SPEAKER_01 (11:42):
Yeah, why is he
relevant?
Um 2022, Chris Evans.
He's cute.
That's a good one.
SPEAKER_00 (11:48):
Another Boston-based
boy.
SPEAKER_01 (11:50):
Oh, yeah, I always
forget about that one.
Paul Rudd, 2021.
That's a good one.
SPEAKER_00 (11:54):
Always classic, you
know, like stand to the test of
time.
Also, Chris Evans did just havehis baby, first baby.
Oh, really?
SPEAKER_01 (12:01):
Wow.
SPEAKER_00 (12:02):
So with who?
I mean, it's a no-name.
She's beautiful, um, but she'slike 26.
SPEAKER_01 (12:10):
Oh, wow.
Well, good for him.
Congrats, Chris Evans.
Um, but yeah, I still thinkJonathan Bailey is by far the
best pick.
And I was also laughing becauselike the picture of him, if if
anyone's seen it, like hispicture, it's like him holding
and like hugging and kissing hisdog like on the beach.
And yeah, it's very attractive.
But I'm like laughing how abouthow like for like the sexiest
(12:32):
women alive or whatever, likeguys want to see like girls with
like her boobs out, like on theon the beach.
You know what I mean?
SPEAKER_00 (12:39):
Oh, totally.
SPEAKER_01 (12:41):
Girls just want to
see like a guy and their dog.
SPEAKER_00 (12:44):
I know.
Well, yeah, that's so there'stwo covers that are out, both of
them phenomenal.
One, he's like coming out of theocean, and it's like he's like
very brooding and he's lookingat the camera and his face is
all wet.
And then he I saw him on JimmyFallon, and then he I didn't
know there was a second cover, and then I saw the one that
you're talking about where he'sholding his own dog, it's his
dog named Benson.
Yeah.
(13:04):
Oh my god.
I mean, I think I like audiblygasped or made a noise.
Like it was so, so cute.
SPEAKER_01 (13:14):
No, same.
I know.
Well, I was like, are theylistening to us?
Because I feel like we talkabout this all the time.
Like ever since his season atBridgerton, I have been like in
love with him.
SPEAKER_00 (13:23):
How do you how are
you not?
You know what I mean?
And he also just seems like thenicest guy.
I heard that on Bridgerton, heum like every single season
since he was like the oldestbrother, Anthony Bridgerton.
I I'm gonna get it wrong, butsomething like he writes a note
or something for every leadingman every other season, like
every other Bridgerton brother,of just like encouragement.
(13:45):
You just you never hear a badthing about this guy.
Yeah, so well deserved.
And he said something reallyfunny on Fallon.
He was like, I'm glad thatpeople gave this award to
someone who really canappreciate what a beautiful man
looks like.
SPEAKER_01 (14:00):
True, that's a good
point.
Yeah, brother.
I know.
I'm like, I wonder if there'sany of the other guys.
Is he like the first gay one?
Can't be.
SPEAKER_00 (14:10):
Maybe.
I mean, it's not on this list.
I don't see.
SPEAKER_01 (14:14):
Michael B.
Jordan, no, John Legend, IdrisElba, Blake Sheldon.
I do not think he what?
I do not think Blake Sheldon isattractive at all.
SPEAKER_00 (14:25):
I was referring to
uh Idris Idris Elba.
Oh yeah, he's cute.
I agree.
SPEAKER_01 (14:31):
Oh, I was like,
yeah, you know, Blake Sheldon.
Yeah, I mean that's I don'tunderstand the attraction of him
at all.
Um, but yeah, wow.
But I also like how they're notmaking a big deal about it, that
about that, because it doesn'thave to be a big deal.
SPEAKER_00 (14:45):
Totally.
How many, but you're so rightabout a sexy woman.
I mean, think sports.
I feel like sports illustratedactually is kind of going away
from like super overt sexiness, but you're right.
It's like bikini, boobs out, like yeah, if the men had their
way, it would be you know, 20years ago, sports illustrated
(15:05):
covers.
1,000.
Like if boy no, if men havetheir way, it would be like
Playboy Bunny.
SPEAKER_01 (15:10):
Yeah, exactly.
Yeah, so like if they're movingin a different direction, it's
not for the men.
SPEAKER_00 (15:15):
Oh, totally.
I know.
But you know what though, thatmakes sense.
Who do you think are really likepeople subscribers or like
people who like on theirInstagram followers?
You know what I mean?
It's like probably 75% women.
Do they do sexy as woman life?
That's a great question.
And no, they don't.
I don't think they do.
I think they do like mostbeautiful people.
SPEAKER_01 (15:34):
Uh no, they do
something.
Um I don't know if it's people,but wasn't there one?
Oh, yeah, Demi Moore was peopleoh, people's world's most
beautiful 2025.
Yeah, yeah, they do.
SPEAKER_00 (15:46):
Well, that's that's
interesting.
I mean, even just like I neverreally thought about that.
Like, they label the women likebeautiful and the men sexy.
SPEAKER_01 (15:55):
Well, I mean, I
think to your point, it is a
more female audience.
SPEAKER_00 (15:58):
Yeah.
SPEAKER_01 (15:59):
Like they're they've
got to be at least 75% female.
SPEAKER_00 (16:03):
Yeah.
I feel like people used to be mylike source of truth for any
celebrity gossip.
Like, if it wasn't confirmed onpeople, I didn't believe it.
I feel like they've kind of Ifeel like now that's like e News
page six.
I feel like people is more likefluff, but they still have this
going for them.
This is a strong thing that thatthat they have.
SPEAKER_01 (16:25):
People have the
awards and the rankings.
SPEAKER_00 (16:28):
Yeah.
How many men do you think aregonna now put like dogs in their
profile?
I mean, normally if I saw a guywho is shirtless holding a dog
in his hinge profile, I'd belike gag ew.
But it just seems corny.
It just seems like thirsty, youknow?
SPEAKER_01 (16:46):
Yeah.
But if you saw like a guy whowas like posing on a walk with
his dog, you know, that that's alittle bit of a different
scenario.
SPEAKER_00 (16:54):
Yeah, more
wholesome.
Like it's I think it's just it'slike the gym pick of it all.
Like if you're shirtless, likeyou know, whatever.
Yeah.
I saw that photo, but on him, man.
SPEAKER_01 (17:04):
Oh, well, he's next
level.
Yeah, nice job, people.
Good job.
This is I yeah, much better thanthe last couple years.
SPEAKER_00 (17:13):
1000% snaps.

it, green flag boyfriend orsomething?

I found it.
Oh, okay.
Let's read some of them.
That's really interesting.
Sexiest green flag, fictionalcharacter, Conrad.
(17:33):
I think that's just like bestfictional, like golden retriever
boyfriend, like good guy, goodguy boyfriend.
SPEAKER_01 (17:40):
Yeah.
Even though I felt like Jeremiahwas kind of more of the golden
retriever one, but whatever.
Maybe season two, Jeremiah.
unknown (17:48):
Yeah.
SPEAKER_00 (17:49):
Season three,
Jeremiah was a little baby back
bitch.

We'll get to that.
Yeah, don't agree.
Don't agree.
SPEAKER_01 (18:26):
Yeah.
Sexiest tattoos, Dylan Afron.
SPEAKER_00 (18:28):
Oh, agree.
SPEAKER_01 (18:30):
Yeah, whatever.
SPEAKER_00 (18:31):
I think Dylan
Afron's hot.
SPEAKER_01 (18:33):
I don't know what
Sexiest Sally.
What's that mean?
True.
Oh, Savan?
SPEAKER_00 (18:38):
Okay, yeah.
So he's a singer.
So Sexiest Sally is um, you'llknow the song.
It's um, it's like, oh shit, here we go again.
Maybe you don't know it.
Oh, you do?
Oh, I know the song, but okay.
So that's Sally.
Well, because it's like Sally, gonna come in.
And the singer who performs itevery time that he performs it,
(19:01):
he brings out a different starduring that song.
And they are the Sally of thenight, and it like a lot of
traction online.
Actually, Niall Horrin was justSally, and he crushed it.
He crushed it.
Why is it Niall?
I it just I mean, literally, hedid it like last week.
He did it like last week.
Oh he's um he's Troy, I thinkit's Savon, maybe or Sivian.
(19:24):
Yeah, he's a kind of like a GenZ singer.
SPEAKER_01 (19:28):
Yeah, that's the
vibe I'm getting from the
picture.
Um, Sexiest New Dad in sports,Christian McCaffrey.
That's niche.
Very specific.
Okay, so now we're on numbernine.
Sexiest Drew Barry Mooreco-star.
Like what the fuck?
Who is making these categories?
There's no, I'm gonna choosethem.
(19:49):
Yeah, it's Michael Martin, whois in uh oh which one is he's in
uh never been kissed, right?
Oh, is he ever?
Yes, Sam.
He's very active.
SPEAKER_00 (20:00):
Yeah.
Can I pause on that for asecond?
Okay, so Never Been Kissed islike one of my all-time favorite
round comms.
Oh, I love that movie so much.
I might now go watch it.
It is a great one.
SPEAKER_01 (20:12):
It is a great one.
SPEAKER_00 (20:13):
Well, I might have
talked about this before.
Here's the thing we've done, this is episode number 65 of The
Pod.
I can't remember all the timewhat we've talked about, what we
haven't.
So sorry if we already heardthis.
But my niece Ava, she is turning18 next month.
She has gone back and watched aton of 90s rom-coms.
So this is like the I mean, Icould not be more interested in
her thoughts, right?
(20:34):
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Her number one uh she's allthat, which great choice.
I love she's all that, yeah.
Best of my favorite.
SPEAKER_01 (20:41):
I don't know.
SPEAKER_00 (20:42):
You think she's all
that or never been kissed would
be my favorite.
My favorites, I think.
SPEAKER_01 (20:46):
One of those two.
SPEAKER_00 (20:47):
So she's all that, I
think, is like the best
Cinderella moment when she'scoming down the stairs to kiss
me.
A plus, chef's kiss.
Yeah, yes.
She had a real Ava had a realissue, and like one of her least
favorites was with never beenkissed, which was like a dagger
to my heart, but it makes a lotof sense.
She is like, this is so creepy.
(21:07):
Like she sure Drew Barrymore, for anyone who I mean, if you're
listening to this and youhaven't seen the movie, I am
shocked.
But um I would whatever.
Spoiler alert.
I feel like we're like, nojudgment, no judgment.
I'm like, judgment.
She Drew Barrymore is like thisvery frumpy 25-year-old who
goes, she's she's a reporter, orshe's really like a copy editor,
(21:27):
but she gets the chance to be anundercover reporter to go back
to high school and see what kidsare like nowadays.
So she goes back to high school, you know.
So she's 25, disguised as an18-year-old, and she falls in
love with her teacher, played byMichael Vartin, Sam.
And Ava was like, This is socreepy.
Like, even though she's really25, why is this teacher, you
know, pursuing or flirting withthis student like gross?
(21:49):
I mean, what am I gonna think?
Of course.
Well, you know, maybe if it'strue love, I don't know.
I I don't, it's just, I mean,you really can't like it's hard
to defend, you know, becauseit's like, yeah, that's gross.
So uh it's like a little taintednow for me.
Yeah, I could look past that.
I'm just choosing to live in theland of rom-coms where that's
(22:12):
yeah.
SPEAKER_01 (22:12):
If they were like,
if it if she was actually a
student, that would be waydifferent.
But the fact that she wasactually the same age as him, I
feel like totally changes it.
SPEAKER_00 (22:21):
Yeah.
So yeah, so anyway, I just needto pause on that.
But don't you think he's hot?
I think he's very attractive.
SPEAKER_01 (22:28):
Yeah, he's very
attractive.
And the picture they have islike from Never Being Kissed.
Okay.
Last one I'll say is Sexiest NewHeart Throb is Mason Tames.
He may star in regretting you.
Oh, so he's in regretting you.
Oh okay.
SPEAKER_00 (22:45):
I don't know him,
but he'll be on the battery.
I actually haven't read thatbook.
I did read that book.
Um, really?
Yeah, I think that was actuallythe first Colleen Hoover I read.
Yeah, it was good.
I heard it's I heard it's sad.
It's not sad.
I think it's the one, you knowwhat?
Actually, maybe it's notregretting you.
Um it's the other Colleen.
(23:07):
It's not.
It's the other Colleen Hoover.
SPEAKER_01 (23:08):
She's got like 75.
SPEAKER_00 (23:13):
It's the other one
that's coming out, though.
It's gonna be made into a movie.
It's the one where she's in jailand then she's gets out of jail.
Okay, wait.
SPEAKER_02 (23:20):
Actually, I don't
know if I've got the who oh
shoot.
SPEAKER_00 (23:23):
I'm sorry.
We might maybe if this takes toolong, we'll edit it, but it's
it's imperative.
Um the guy who stars in thatheartthrop.
I'll get you the name.
What is this?
She gets out of prison?
Are you sure?
I'm sure you're not talkingabout the housemaid.
I'm I'm pretty positive.
Hold on.
Reminders of him.
Reminders of him.
(23:43):
Oh, that's it.
That's sure.
What's the other one?
Regretting You.
Yeah.
Yeah, same thing.
Okay, reminders of him cast.
And once I give you the name andyou look it up.
He's in something else.
I just don't know what, but heis so attractive.
It's next level.
Um, what's the guy?
SPEAKER_01 (24:03):
Tyreek Withers?
SPEAKER_00 (24:04):
Yes, Tyreek Withers.
Do you not think Tyreek Withersis Yeah, he's attractive.
He's kind of like a JesseWilliams from Grays.
Yeah.
Dr.
Avery.
unknown (24:15):
Yeah.
SPEAKER_00 (24:15):
Oh my god.
Yeah.
I saw him in, I went to themovies this summer and saw I
Know What You Did Last Summer, like the remake, and he was in
that.
SPEAKER_01 (24:25):
Oh, I feel like I
never really was into that.
It was a little before ourclass, I feel like.
SPEAKER_00 (24:32):
Yeah.
Um, but yeah, that was fun.
Go, Jonathan Baylor.
I know.
Props, people.
Props, people.
The only other really thing wehave to maybe note.
Well, this isn't really a story,just alert.
I think people might have seen.
We talked about it maybe a monthor so ago.
Hillary Duff is coming out withnew music tomorrow.
(24:54):
New album.
SPEAKER_02 (24:55):
Oh.
SPEAKER_00 (24:56):
Let's go.
She has a new single.
I think it's dropping today, ormaybe it's tomorrow.
We couldn't find it.
We can't find it.
But I saw an article on like, Ithink it was Rolling Stone that
said November 6th, she'sdropping the single.
So I don't know.
But it's called Mature.
And we're going to be listeningto the album this weekend.
So if anyone else wants tolisten.
(25:18):
Cannot wait.
So if anyone else wants tolisten, we're going to be
talking about it on Monday.
Just a heads up.
Not much to share right now, butwe're going to talk about it on
Monday.
So FY.
And then the only other thing Ifeel like we should touch on
because the new season is comingout this month.
And we didn't mention it when itcame out, I think last week.
This was, I think, news fromlast week.
But did you see?
(25:39):
I don't have a lot of detail onit, that Millie Bobby Brown
filed a, I think it was abullying complaint against her
co-star, David Harbour, whoplays her father in Stranger
Things.
SPEAKER_01 (25:50):
Yeah.
I don't know why.
I always thought they had like areally good relationship in real
life, but apparently theydidn't.
Yeah, no.
Apparently he there has it'sbeen going on forever.
Like there are people on the whohave like worked on the set
where like there's been likeharassment claims and bullying
for like years.
SPEAKER_00 (26:09):
You know what's so
shocking about it, I think, is
like they started shooting thiswhen she was like a child, even
though it's only five seasons,it's it premiered like what,
seven years ago or something?
It's been on for a while.
Why are we now just hearingabout this when the whole cast
was like underage for the firsttwo, three seasons?
That feels suspicious.
SPEAKER_01 (26:28):
That does feel
suspicious.
I feel like those young kids gettaken advantage of.
SPEAKER_00 (26:35):
Ever since the
Nickelodeon documentary, I trust
no one.
I trust no one.
SPEAKER_01 (26:39):
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
I can totally see how ithappened.
But yeah, apparently, so it saysshe uh had to have a legal
representative on set all timeswhile at all times while
shooting the show's finalseason.
But it does say it did notinclude claims of sexual
impropriety.
SPEAKER_00 (26:55):
So I guess that's
thank God for that.
But still, but still, and thisguy, all I've ever heard about
him recently, he's not someone Ireally care about, so I don't
like pay attention.
But I know that he recentlybroke up with his I don't know
if they were engaged or wife, whatever, Lily Allen, the
singer.
(27:15):
And I think that they it therewas some drama.
I think there was like cheatingallegations.
Oh, she's she hints at hisrumored infidelity in an
upcoming album.
SPEAKER_01 (27:25):
Oh, this kind of
sucks.
Yeah.
Damn.
This guy does suck.
I didn't even know that.
Taking advantage of young kids.
SPEAKER_00 (27:34):
I'm curious if in
maybe like five years after the
show's been out for a long time,if we'll get the true story of
what happened.
But this feels really icky.
She was very young when thisstarted.
I don't like that it's just nowcoming to the surface.
SPEAKER_01 (27:48):
Well, I feel like
I'm putting something together
here.
You said that the new season'scoming out this month.
Yes.
Thanksgiving.
I feel like maybe they're tryingto get a buzz.
Which I hate.
I know.
But it's a good tactic, and Ifeel like it's one that people
do now.
I hate that.
It's probably true.
(28:09):
I'm not saying it's not true, but like that's probably why
it's coming out right now.
SPEAKER_00 (28:13):
Yeah.
Oh no, I totally believe thatthis is yeah, that this is true
and has been going on.
I really like Millie BobbyBrown.
She seems like a veryself-assured, confident person
to me.
Yeah.
I love how she adopted a baby.
Me too.
I love that she just is livingher life on her farm in like
Georgia, wherever she is.
(28:34):
So I definitely believe her, butI just hate that, yeah, this
could be a ploy to get ratingsby breaking the news about it
now.
I feel like because you and Iwould never do something like
that, and I feel like we tend tobe like more naive on like peep
everyone's good, because that'slike the worldview that we grew
up in.
SPEAKER_01 (28:50):
Very gullible.
SPEAKER_00 (28:51):
Yeah, very gullible.
I just would never think to likeI'm just like, why would people
do that?
But yeah, you're right.
I I could totally see it.
SPEAKER_01 (28:57):
I know, I know.
I never want to like think thatthe bad, the worst about people,
but then you find out and you'relike, oh, I guess that makes
sense.
And people suck, so yeah.
Honestly, and like that showkind of sucks.
Like, do you watch StrangerThings?
Oh, I like Stranger Things.
Uh I do too, but it's like onevery like fucking four years.
It's like takes forever to makeit.
(29:18):
Like, can you just can you notdo that?
Can they like make it so it'snot like that, please?
I don't know how, but I'm surethere's a way.
SPEAKER_00 (29:25):
Could not agree
more.
It's like euphoria.
When are we gonna get the newthe new season?
It's annoying.
I don't remember anything thathappened.
I feel like I need to gore-watch all the seasons, which
I really don't want to do.
SPEAKER_01 (29:36):
Yeah, like instead
of trying to like spill all this
drama right before, like maybeyou should just put your seasons
closer together and people willjust naturally be more
interested in.
But yeah, no, the last season ofStranger Things, I thought was
really good.
SPEAKER_00 (29:49):
Yeah, I just think
of that scene with Sadie Sink's
character, um Matt.
SPEAKER_01 (29:58):
So Yeah, I love that
song.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I love the uh the couple andtoo, the sister, and it it's
like one of their sisters andone of the brothers, right?
And they're they're dating inreal life.
SPEAKER_00 (30:09):
Yes, yes.
Yeah.
They've been dating the wholetime, the whole show.
I know.
I love them.
I think they're so cute.
I guess they have good chemistryfor a reason.
I know.
And I like um I like thecharacter of Steve.
Oh, I love Steve.
So lovable.
So lovable.
unknown (30:26):
Yeah.
SPEAKER_00 (30:27):
Him and his um
little duo partner.
Who's uh what's his name in it?
He's the one who sang mybranding story.
Is it the one with the curlyhair?
Yes.
Yeah, I don't remember.
See, this is why.
SPEAKER_01 (30:40):
I think four years.
SPEAKER_00 (30:41):
Yeah.
But I'm excited.
I I can't wait for the new Medo.
And honestly, it's probably goodtiming because Dancing with a
Star.
We need a new well that thatokay, so this isn't like a
weekly thing though.
We need if anyone has ideas, uhwon't Summer House come out
soon.
Summerhouse and Vanderpump justcame out with a new trailer.
(31:02):
They they have revamped thecast, brand new cast, and that's
premiering, I think, next month.
SPEAKER_01 (31:07):
I mean, I'll give it
a try, but I feel like
Vanderpump was the cast, likethat's why it was good.
SPEAKER_00 (31:11):
Yeah, that's totally
fair.
So, but but we'll have thismonth to to binge and talk
about.
And it is coming out in parts, actually, now that we say that.
Like they're releasing someepisodes.
I think it's Thanksgiving, Ithink it's three parts they're
releasing episodes, likeThanksgiving, I want to say
Christmas, and then I think evenanother third release date.
So it's not gonna be like thewhole season at once.
(31:33):
I kind of like that.
I'm a fan, I'm not a binger.
I like when there's a show oncea week or shows that release a
couple episodes at a time.
SPEAKER_01 (31:43):
Uh yeah, I think the
best is like when they do like
two or three at a time.
Yeah.
It's I think one is one is isnot a lot, I think.
SPEAKER_00 (31:53):
Yeah, I like the
one.
I like the whole like it's likethe Dancing with the Stars
effect.
I like that everyone watches itonce a week, and then you know,
we all talk about it.
And it's like when we talk aboutnot having a song in the summer
or like a collective thing thatwe're all experiencing.
Yeah, this is like a type ofthing that we can.
SPEAKER_01 (32:14):
Yeah, I just feel
like binging, it's like an
addiction, you know?
It's like you really want it inthat moment when it ends, and
like it's so good then, versuslike week to week.
Then I'm like, oh, I gotta waitanother week, and then I'm like,
what happened last week?
SPEAKER_00 (32:25):
Yeah, that's fair.
Maybe we should say it for adifferent day, but we didn't
ever talk about nobody wantsthis.
So I still haven't been able towatch it.
Oh, okay.
Well, when you do watch it, youlet me know, and then we'll
we'll talk about it.
I liked it, didn't love it, butthere is a third season that got
renewed for a third season.
SPEAKER_01 (32:42):
So I saw that.
I saw that.
Oh, so you didn't love it.
SPEAKER_00 (32:45):
I I really liked it.
I think it's a hard, it's a hardfirst season to top.
And like I'm always gonna enjoythe love story of when they
first meet and fall in loveversus like making the
relationship work.
So it was kind I kind of had afeeling that like nothing was
gonna compare to season one forme.
But there's a lot of uminvestment in the side
(33:07):
characters, like Esther has amuch bigger role, and so does
her sister, and they're verygood.
So I really did enjoy it.
Like I liked it, didn't I didn'tlove it.
I mean, I loved season one.
SPEAKER_01 (33:20):
Yeah, I feel like
that's typical, honestly.
Most times, like season two ofshows are not as good.
SPEAKER_00 (33:25):
Yeah, not always,
but usually, especially a show
like that that's like you know, kind of like in the rom-com
sphere and was so big, you know.
Yeah, yeah.
But but talking about it anyway, talking TV.
Should we dancing with the starsit up?
SPEAKER_01 (33:42):
Yeah, let's do it.
SPEAKER_00 (33:44):
It was rock and roll
night.
Do you want to start any whatwhat were your takeaways?
SPEAKER_01 (33:48):
Um, I felt like
their definition of rock and
roll was very loose.
Oh, okay, okay, yeah.
Like, why is like I likeoutcast?
Hey yeah, that's rock and roll.
I don't know.
Who did that one?
People.
I know it was like one of thein-between ones.
Or maybe it might have been thepeople that are going on tour.
I don't fast forwarded it, butoh like um Yeah, I think it was
(34:10):
like the the professionals whoare going on that tour.
SPEAKER_00 (34:14):
Yeah, they're called
it, they they're called like
their true the troop dancers.
Oh, so yeah.
SPEAKER_01 (34:18):
That's fair.
I mean, even even Tina Turner,I've never heard thought of her
as a rock and roll person, butso you know it's funny that you
say that, Brittany, because Inever would have either.
SPEAKER_00 (34:28):
But since I just saw
the Tina Turner musical, that
was like her whole thing.
She wanted when she reinventedherself in the 80s to to be like
the queen of rock and roll.
Oh I would think Stevie Nicks.
Yeah, I mean, I get that, but Ido see why they included the
Tina Turner thing because she isthat is kind of like what she's
doing.
SPEAKER_01 (34:44):
Yeah, well, that
makes sense.
Yeah, that makes sense.
SPEAKER_00 (34:46):
Yeah, but I didn't
know that either until um, and I
did I wouldn't have associatedher, so I totally get that.
SPEAKER_01 (34:51):
Yeah, but yeah,
otherwise, I mean I thought rock
and roll night for me was likeokay.
Like, what the fuck was FlavaFlav doing there?
No, no.
This like is he a professionaldance, like dancer?
Like, what the fuck?
SPEAKER_00 (35:05):
No, the minute that
man walked out on that stage.
First thought, I was like, scores are I mean, scores don't
mean anything.
SPEAKER_01 (35:12):
But when he gave
Dylan Efron a 10, I was like,
dude, this is serious.
This is serious, it's like hemessed up his paddle or
something.
SPEAKER_00 (35:22):
Like I could not, I
knew that was gonna happen.
Flavor Flav is like just out tolunch.
Like, that's his wholepersonality.
I don't know why they had himon.
He was in um a really big group.
He was in I don't know if it wasaround DMC, he kind of had a
resurgence maybe like 10 yearsago because he had on VH1 Flavor
(35:43):
of Love, the reality show thatwas, you know, like he was
trying to find a wife.
And it was actually prettypopular because it was just so
outrageous.
Oh, public enemy, that's what hewas in.
He was in public enemy.
I don't know what that is.
They're a really big um hip hopgroup that came out.
I think it was like the 80s.
I there's a couple of things.
Yeah, I'd probably know thesongs.
(36:03):
Yeah, probably.
So yeah, that's why he's likewell known.
Like, is he is that just likehow he acts, or like is he on
drugs?
That's how he acts.
So, like the minute he came out,I I was like, what the f you
know, like this is gonna suck.
It was like last season they hadGene Simmons, and like Gene
Simmons was commenting onpeople's looks half the time
(36:25):
when in his judging comments, and you just I mean he was
terrible.
Um yeah, this was the exact samething all over again.
The minute he gave Dylan Efron a10.
Dylan Efron messed up in hislike first three steps.
Like, I don't know what theywere they were thinking, you
know?
Yeah, Dylan Efron, I'm ready forhim to go.
I like him a lot, I love hispartner, but I just don't think
(36:47):
that he is as good as everyonethinks he is.
And yeah, he's overhyped.
SPEAKER_01 (36:53):
Um, I feel like
though with this one, it seems
like they're it's definitelyclear like who the top what four
are.
Definitely.
Like it was crazy when peoplewere like not even getting
excited for getting like nines, like eights and nines, you know
what I mean?
SPEAKER_00 (37:08):
They're like I know,
no, I know.
Well, but also on the flavorflav thing, like with the
scoring, the fact that Alex Earlgot three tens and then he gave
her a nine when he gave everysingle person a 10 is yeah,
outrageous.
I know.
Like, does he like havesomething against her?
Well, he came out later samenight in an interview and said
(37:32):
that he actually meant to giveher a 10.
He screwed up the paddle, andbecause of the rules, he
couldn't change his score.
SPEAKER_01 (37:38):
Like, I'm telling
you, that's he was messing up
the paddles.
It was like it was we're onnational television.
SPEAKER_00 (37:45):
Fucking learn how to
flip a paddle if you're gonna be
a judge.
Did you do a run through?
Like, have you seen the show?
It's like I'm sorry.
Whoever at ABC decided that hewould be a good guest judge
needs an evaluation.
And I really hope they learnfrom this because I feel like
now that they have such aninvested following, people are
upset, you know.
SPEAKER_01 (38:06):
Like I well, I just
googled when I Googled Flave of
Flaves to see like what he'sfamous for.
A lot of bad articles aboutdance with the stars backlash.
SPEAKER_00 (38:14):
I'm I hope they hear
it.
I will say I thought Alex'sdance was killer, and I loved
her, I loved their look.
Same, the like leather, yeah.
SPEAKER_01 (38:23):
It's really cool.
And when they're doing the pastadoble, is that what it's called?
Pasa Doble, yeah.
SPEAKER_00 (38:28):
Yeah, the top three
couples did the pasta doble, so
Alex did it, Whitney and Mark, and then Robert and Whitney.
SPEAKER_01 (38:34):
Yeah, I mean, I
thought they all crushed it.
I yeah, I think I still thoughtAlex was the best.
Um, I mean, Whitney's reallygood, but I just they're just
not likable.
Oh, also, I think so.
This show needs to tighten uptheir roles and stuff because
like you were saying that MarkBallis and Derek Kauf are like
(38:55):
best friends.
Yes, like that's so biased.
They were best men in eachother's weddings.
Like, if if if I was a judge andyou were dancing, I would
obviously give you better scoresthan everyone else.
SPEAKER_00 (39:07):
1000%.
I I couldn't agree with youmore.
I feel like in terms of likepower rankings of who we think
the best, like who's gonna win,I feel like Alex is kind of
creeping up to my number onebecause she is so likable.
She's crushing it and she'sgetting, it seems like she's
getting better.
Whitney is always gonna be good, but she's not likable.
I hate to say it, she's justnot.
(39:28):
Yeah, not at all.
She comes off, I think, veryfull of herself.
Yeah, she does.
And the thing with Robert andWhitney, although I could see
them making it to finals andmaybe winning, like I could
definitely see them winningbecause he's so likable, also.
Yeah, he's so likable.
I feel like he started his firstdance still, like was his best
(39:48):
dance.
It was so strong that even hispasta doble, like I thought it
was good, but it I was like, no,it's not my favorite of the
three.
Like, I think he was my leastfavorite of those three passas.
SPEAKER_01 (39:59):
Yeah, I mine was
probably Whitney's, but that's
just because I don't like her.
SPEAKER_00 (40:03):
Yeah.
No, that's fair.
SPEAKER_01 (40:05):
But no, he oh, I
feel like he seems though, like
genuinely like so nice too.
I feel like he's always thefirst person like hugging the
people that get out and likerooting for the other people.
Like just loving.
SPEAKER_00 (40:16):
I know.
He said in an interview that hisbest like celebrity friend that
he made on the show wasDanielle, which I could so see
because Danielle also has thatshe that's how that's the
impression she leaves on me isthat she's incredibly positive,
like, fun, kind.
She's also always someone likewho's hugging people when they
(40:37):
come up to get their scores.
Yeah.
Although I don't think that whatdo you think of her dance?
Let's start there.
SPEAKER_01 (40:45):
Uh, I don't remember
it.
What was she wearing again?
SPEAKER_00 (40:48):
It was like um the
contemporary, oh shoot, I don't
remember the song, but it wasthe intro package was she was
talking about her cancerdiagnosis, and so it was like a
very emotional empowering, andthere was a lot of lifts and oh
yeah, and she was trying to likebe bigger on the stage or
whatever after Gary Ann'sfeedback.
SPEAKER_01 (41:05):
Yeah.
Gari Annama.
I mean, I thought it was good.
I I just feel like at this pointit's kind of like even if she
like crushed it, I still don'tthink she's gonna win.
I don't know.
SPEAKER_00 (41:15):
Well, she got out,
yeah.
I like I went into that dance, Iwanted so badly to love it.
Contemporary, you can kind of doyour own thing.
There's not really as manyrules.
So I was like, and then with thebackstory, I was so hopeful that
it was gonna be great.
I thought the lists were cool, but like some of the times where
she was just like punching theair or like doing so, like it
(41:36):
just felt not strong enough.
Yeah, yeah, I didn't love it.
I hated that I didn't love it.
I mean, I can't even rememberit, so it's not very memorable.
That's a great point.
Yeah, I can barely remember it.
So I even like I'm with you.
I didn't think she was gonnamake the the finals, and I
didn't think she probablyshould, but I was so sad that
she was a I know, I know, Iknow.
SPEAKER_01 (41:58):
Like the competition
is too hard.
SPEAKER_00 (42:01):
Well, like I'm
sorry, Andy mean I I know we
love Andy, and I think that likeI'm blaming Andy because he's a
nice, he seems like a very niceguy, but Andy's gotta go.
What are we doing?
SPEAKER_01 (42:12):
Yeah, I mean, people
just like him, I guess.
I do love him and Emma's likerelationship though.
I know it does seem like they'rereally good friends and like she
loves him.
SPEAKER_00 (42:23):
I know, but the uh
it's just like the dances aren't
good.
I don't like when they come on,yeah.
Yeah, when they come on, I'mlike, great.
Like I it's just gonna be likewhatever, it's gonna be
whatever.
Like, let's just get throughthis 90 seconds.
SPEAKER_01 (42:38):
But I do love how
like I loved how in his intro
thing he was like, people likecelebrating my birthday now.
Like he was like so excited tobe like you know, relevant
because of dancing with thestars.
It was cute.
SPEAKER_00 (42:49):
Yeah, that's true.
That's true.
SPEAKER_01 (42:50):
And he seems like
very appreciative.
SPEAKER_00 (42:53):
Yeah, I don't know.
I think he's gotta go, but yeah,yeah.
That's my opinion.
It's gonna be him, then Dylan.
Him, yeah.
I think it would be him, thenDylan.
And then there's only fivecouples left.
I think there's only sevencouples now.
So it's yeah, so Andy and Emma,Dylan and Daniela, then it's
Elaine and Alan.
(43:14):
Elaine and Alan.
SPEAKER_01 (43:16):
Yeah.
What did you think about theirs?
SPEAKER_00 (43:19):
I absolutely loved
their dance.
Simple.
It kind of I felt was likethrowback y to like old, old
dancing with the stars.
Very simple, nothing crazy.
She could not have looked moreelegant, more crazy.
I liked their colors and thedress and stuff.
She looked unbelievable.
(43:39):
I love these two so much.
I just, yeah, I thought she wasgreat.
I was so happy she got allnines.
And she needs to make finals.
I need to see her make finals.
And Lisa Ann Walter is thebestie of a lifetime.
Every time that Elaine isdancing, I'm excited to see Lisa
Ann Walter.
SPEAKER_01 (43:55):
Oh, I know.
I know.
I love that.
I love that.
I love it.
Forgot about that.
You're the best.
Yeah.
I I liked her as I feel like itdidn't wow me as much as like
her wicked one.
I I do feel like she kind ofpulled back a little in terms of
like the stunts, which isprobably right.
But yeah, otherwise that wasgood.
SPEAKER_00 (44:16):
I saw at the end,
you know how they did the group
dances?
Yeah.
She was like at the end whenthey were getting their scores,
like holding her rib.
SPEAKER_01 (44:24):
Yeah.
SPEAKER_00 (44:25):
I feel like she's
hurt and is not really saying
it.
Me too.
I think she seems she seemedhurt at the end of it.
So yeah.
Understandable, but she's sograceful.
I just love her.
I love that whole story.
I could see them being, though,of the seven, like it going
Andy, then Dylan.
I could see Elaine being like, and then the four making finals.
(44:48):
We already talked, like Alex andum Alex, Robert, Whitney, and
then Jordan and Ezra.
Jordan, yeah.
I like Ezra.
I like Ezra too.
It's funny.
He's cute.
I thought theirs was great.
That's so interesting.
I thought you weren't gonna likeit because it was very heavy on
the flips and stuff.
The tumbling.
I mean, yeah, I I still thinkit's unfair.
SPEAKER_01 (45:06):
I don't think she
should win, but I do think she
did a good job.
Like, I feel like she kind ofcomes across as like, you know,
very fierce and like stoic.
Yeah.
Because that's how it is ingymnastics.
So I feel like she definitelydid like go outside her comfort
zone and like like playing acharacter more.
And I think she did a good job.
SPEAKER_00 (45:25):
I thought it was the
most entertaining.
Her hair.
I love the hair.
SPEAKER_01 (45:29):
Yeah, yeah.
I thought she nailed it.
I mean, she definitely did TinaTurner like, you know, justice.
SPEAKER_00 (45:36):
Agreed.
Couldn't agree more.
Um, yeah.
The only other thing that I sawthis week about Dancing with the
Stars, like in terms ofheadlines, is that well,
actually, I guess we don'treally even need to talk about
it.
But Whitney kind of responded toclaims that her and Jen Affleck
are feuding, which oh yeah,yeah.
SPEAKER_01 (45:55):
Not surprising.
SPEAKER_00 (45:56):
Not surprising.
So seems to be a little beefthere.
But I I mean, I I mean, Jen andWhitney could not have had like
opposite, more oppositeexperiences on this show.
Yeah, yeah.
unknown (46:09):
Sadly.
SPEAKER_01 (46:09):
I wonder if it's
gonna come out in the season.
What do you mean?
Like the show.
Don't they like aren't theygonna film the show again after
dancing with the stars?
SPEAKER_00 (46:19):
Oh, oh, the secret
lives.
Oh, I see what you're saying.
Yes, I know.
Oh, I wonder.
I hope that they talk aboutdancing with the stars on the
new Secret Lives of MormonLives.
That would be great.
I would maybe I'd watch.
I'm not watching that.
I wonder.
It just seems weird.
I haven't watched it yet.
I could be I could be convinced.
(46:39):
I wouldn't, you know,potentially.
SPEAKER_01 (46:42):
Seems like a bunch
of wine moms in like Utah.
SPEAKER_00 (46:45):
Yeah, I think that's
exactly what it is.
unknown (46:48):
Yeah.
SPEAKER_01 (46:49):
I mean, I guess to
each his own.
SPEAKER_00 (46:53):
Well, next week is
the 20th anniversary, and you
want to know who the guest judgeis gonna be?
SPEAKER_01 (46:58):
Yeah.
SPEAKER_00 (46:59):
It's Tom Bergeron,
who hosted the show for like I
think the first like 15-20seasons.
So he does know the show.
Oh, good, good.
Yeah.
SPEAKER_01 (47:09):
I want to let you
have a dancer to be the judge.
SPEAKER_00 (47:11):
Yeah, yeah.
No more flavour flaves.
Um, but we also have the songsthat they're gonna be dancing
to.
Oh, yay.
Okay, so Alex and Val are doinga foxtrot to singing in the
rain.
Oh, cute.
That'll be fun.
That'll be cute.
Robert and Whitney are doing afoxtrot to Footprints in the
Sand.
I don't know it off the top ofmy head.
(47:33):
I wonder how what I get the thewhat get this.
Uh Whitney and Mark are doing anArgentine tango to sell block
tango.
Oh, wow.
I don't remember how that goes, but it's pop sis like they had
it coming.
SPEAKER_01 (47:53):
Damn, that's gonna
be good.
SPEAKER_00 (47:54):
That's gonna be so
good.
Oh, yeah.
That's what I'm most excitedfor, song-wise.
Other couples, Dylan andDaniela, Argentine Tango, that's
gonna be tough to compete withto Eight Nose Sunshine.
Andy and Emma, Quick Step.
Oh, that's gonna be hard toputting on the writs.
Um, okay, and then Alan andElaine are doing a salsa to It
(48:15):
Takes Two.
Oh cute.
And then Jordan Ezra Cha Cha toGet Up.
I don't know who sings that.
SPEAKER_01 (48:23):
I wonder what is
there like a theme to the song?
Like I know it's the 20thspecial.
I wonder how they picked.
I'm trying to think of if I canthink of like a theme.
I don't know.
SPEAKER_00 (48:34):
Yeah, that's a good
question.
Let me see if there's umanything in this article.
Okay, so the ABC revealed thesongs and special performances,
20th birthday party night.
Former host Tom Bergeronreturns.
Yep, yep, yep.
Oh, uh Derek Huff ischoreographing the opening
(48:55):
number, so that'll be good.
Like a reimagined version of theshow's theme song.
There's gonna be a lot ofcurrent and old pros coming
back.
That'll be good.
Oh, then there's gonna be atribute to late dancers of the
show said to always remember usthis way by Lady Gaga, performed
by Ezra and Riley.
SPEAKER_01 (49:15):
Late members of like
people who have died?
SPEAKER_00 (49:18):
Yeah.
SPEAKER_01 (49:19):
Oh wow, it's been on
that long.
SPEAKER_00 (49:21):
Yeah, 34 seasons.
Yeah.
Um, and it's the 20thanniversary.
It's like the same age as us.
I know.
And then on top of that, coupleswill there's like a new format.
So previous like celebs, Ithink, are coming back and doing
like a relay dance.
I don't know.
So there's other people, yeah.
SPEAKER_01 (49:40):
Yeah, I see what
you're saying though, about
those like extra things.
Like, I don't know, it was cute, but I will say I thought the
Chicago people were way betterthan the other people, and
that's not what I thought wasgonna happen.
SPEAKER_00 (49:50):
Me too.
I kind of thought though, withlike Andy, it would be a little
hard to do something like alltogether that was really great.
I feel like they had to kind ofsimplify the choreography.
Yeah, that's probably true.
Another great episode.
I just love dancing with thestars.
SPEAKER_01 (50:04):
I know, I know.
I like seeing uh, what's hisname do the Carlton too?
SPEAKER_00 (50:08):
Yes, Alfonso.
Is he a legit dancer?
I don't think so, but he did winwith Whitney on his season.
SPEAKER_01 (50:15):
Oh, so he was with
celeb and he did it with
Whitney, the the blonde onethat's yeah, Whitney Carson.
SPEAKER_00 (50:21):
That was her only
win.
Oh was with him.
SPEAKER_01 (50:24):
Yeah.
SPEAKER_00 (50:25):
So it must be hard
to win.
Yeah, I think there's a lot ofpros who have never won.
Like Darek Cup won six times andMarks won three times, Val's won
three times.
SPEAKER_01 (50:36):
Wasn't Ariana on it?
Was she on it last season fromVanderpump?
SPEAKER_00 (50:40):
She wasn't on last
season, but she was on within
the past few seasons.
She was partnered with Pasha andthey came in second.
SPEAKER_01 (50:47):
Oh, okay.
I was like, for some reason Ithought she won, but I hate her,
so I'm glad she didn't.
SPEAKER_00 (50:52):
I don't get why you
hate her.
Because she thinks she's betterthan everyone.
I yeah, I don't know.
I feel like you've never likedher, but I've always never.
Never.
Yeah.
SPEAKER_01 (51:03):
I just think she's
actually better than everyone.
That's all.
That's the reason.
To each their own.
To each their own.
SPEAKER_00 (51:10):
To each their own.
