On today’s episode of the SO New England Podcast the boys head out of the studio for a field trip! We were lucky enough to get invited to a staple in New England, Legal Sea Foods where we got to sit down and interview COO Matthew King. We learned all about Matt’s journey and how he started out going to school for culinary all the way up to present time where he is the head of one of the biggest staples in N.E. We got to hear some awesome stories from Matt’s travels and even some hard lessons he learned a long the way. We get to dive into some cuisine and hear all about the inspiration that Matt and his team try to accomplish when it comes to bringing dishes to life and making their customers want to come back.
