hey ! thanks for joining me for another episode of So What's New? Ahead of my 21st birthday I discuss some of my favourite sayings, overall Inspo, and habits that I do everyday that I've learnt. 


some of the things I mentioned:

1. Your brain mind and body are here forever, take care of it. (your body is a temple treat it with respect). 

2. people who truly love you are the ones who believe In you more than you might believe in yourself. 

3. reward yourself for working hard. 

4. to do your best you need to be healthy/happy physically and mentally. 

5. wear sunscreen everyday 

6. You are never too old to try something new. (you may as well try). 

7. keep your promises. 

8. your relationship with your family/parents matter 

9. hard work is the answer. 

10. learn how to be unapologetically you. it will save your life and make everything worth it. 

11.  Not every has the same intentions as you. dont assume that everyone has the same good intentions. (you will figure it out tho). 

12. find someone you can laugh with whether its a romantic or platonic friendship/relationship 

13. some people don't like you simply because you are a reminder of everything they are not. 

14. its ok to ask for help. 

15 they way people act towards you isn't necessarily a reflection of you 

16 question everything 

17 always point out the positives (glass half full not half empty). 

18 what's meant to be will find its way back to you/an opportunity that's meant for you will find you.

19  go to your doctors and appointment appointments your mental physical health is so important
