Entrepreneurism or just generally thinking outside the box comes naturally some people- For most though, it is a learned skill. I don't care if my kids own their own businesses someday, but I do want them to have the kind of mindset that comes along with being an entrepreneur. Sam Workman has this in his DNA- His great-grandfather got into welding and manufacturing which eventually led to the family business he grew up in. All the lessons that were taught to him over the years he is now passing along to his kids. Our families are connected through the small town in Oregon where we grew up and his family's business employed me and three of my brothers growing up. They are an awesome family, lifelong friends, you're going to love today's show.
