Over the course of 25 years in ad agency life, I have been lucky to have had the opportunity to work with some of the biggest and most diverse range of brands in Ireland on creating communication and purpose-driven strategies to achieve effective business results. I am proud of the work I have done both on the business results achieved and the creative ambition of the campaigns that I have been involved in. I have been lucky to work with those many clients who had the vision to back the work and lead their brands. Creative recognition through awards is a very important ambition, but communication that achieves real results for clients is something that I am very proud of. This is reflected in my ADFX and Effies record. As Board Creative Director and I believe in surrounding yourself with the right people and creating an environment that allows them to be brilliant.
