Speaker 1 (00:01):
Tonight, aw followed up on its Revolution pay per view
with an episode of Collision. They called it Dynamite, but
it was basically Collision in disguise. If you were looking
for an exciting follow up to the pay per view
from Sunday, we had a main event tonight of Orange
Cassidy against Etchico. That's really all I need to say.

(00:24):
Orange Cassidy was on the pre show on Sunday tagging
with the Costco guys coming out with the Rizzler, and
tonight here on this show he was in the main event.
It was one of two matches that we had tonight
in the International Championship Eliminator tournament because Kenny Omega is

(00:45):
the final Boss and so, as was the case with Revolution,
where the champion actually had to win the right to
try to defend his title against Kenny at the pay
per view, we have a whole bunch of men in
this tournament who were fighting for the right to challenge
Kenny Omega for the International Championship at Dynasty coming up
on April sixth, and so Orange Cassidy and at Shasero

(01:08):
was one of those matches tonight, and yeah.

Speaker 2 (01:11):
That was in the main event.

Speaker 1 (01:12):
That was the main event of the show. That was
the last thing that we saw when this show went
off the air tonight. Amazing what this show did tonight,
And it was a struggle, I will say it was
a struggle, you know, city here going through a good
chunk of the show, just kind of waiting to see

(01:34):
what was coming up an hour number two that we
didn't see an hour number one. And it just again,
when I say collision, it's not even meant to just
be funny. I mean that's legitimately what this show felt
like tonight. But what this show did, the purpose of
the show looking back here tonight, of what they did
was to set up several directions for the future. So

(01:56):
they took steps towards doing that. And they also had
the debut of Speedball Mike Bailey. Mike Bailey left TNA
back in like November, and he's been rumored to be
popping up in aw for some time. Some people thought
maybe he would debut in the Continental Classic. That did
not happen, and he got a video package a couple

(02:17):
weeks ago. So he was the wild card in the
tournament tonight, and they used this show to feature him
his very first match. He picked up his very first win,
and he actually got some FaceTime at the very end
of the show because he came out after the main event,
so his face was one of the last ones that
we saw on the show tonight as they were going
off the air. But that's not even the big story

(02:37):
of the show. The big story is that next week
on Dynamite, so nice we had to have it twice,
Tony con is giving us the rematch for the aw
World Heavyweight Championship. It is going to be John Moxley,
who is still the champion coming out of Revolution. He

(02:59):
is going to defend his title again against Adam Copeland
and that match is now official for Dynamite next Wednesday.
Let me translate this for you. They were not happy
with the reaction that this match got on Sunday because
the match was no good. Match was no good, the

(03:21):
finish of the show was no good, and I'm sure
they weren't very happy about that. So now they're gonna
try to do it again. They're gonna get a redo.
Let's throw it back out there and try to make
up for the stinker that we gave everybody on Sunday.
That's basically what's going on here. And so they're gonna
run this match back again next Wednesday, and there's gonna
be people hoping against Hope that Cope right hope that

(03:41):
Cope is gonna win the AW World Championship, and that's
gonna be the beginning of the.

Speaker 2 (03:46):
End of the Death Riders. No, it's not.

Speaker 1 (03:49):
I don't know what they've got up their sleeve, but
a title change is not something that people should be
holding their breath for. And frankly, at this point, I don't.

Speaker 2 (03:57):
Give a shit.

Speaker 1 (03:58):
They've already set up Swore of Strickland to challenge whoever
the champion is going to be at Dynasty.

Speaker 2 (04:03):
I am more than.

Speaker 1 (04:04):
Happy to see Swerve take that title away from John Moxley.
We're gonna get another month of this and then it
could be over at Dynasty. I don't have any interest
in seeing Adam Copeland as the AW World Champion.

Speaker 2 (04:18):
I don't have any.

Speaker 1 (04:18):
Interest in seeing Adam Copeland continuing to be involved in
the world championship picture in AW. Would I be happy
to see John Moxley lose the title next week?

Speaker 2 (04:29):
Sure?

Speaker 1 (04:30):
Am I excited at the prospect of Cope as the
AW World Champion. Not in the least so I don't
give a shit. Let them hold it until next month.
Let's do Swerve, Let's do Moxley, and let's put it
into this and let's move on from this nightmare. Please,
for the love of God. But they're gonna go out
there next week and they're gonna try to wash the

(04:51):
sour taste out of people's mouths from what happened on Sunday,
and maybe they will. Maybe the second time, they'll be
extra motivated to go out there and have a kick
ass main event, and it won't be almost midnight when
they go out there, and they won't have to follow
under the cage match and the Hollywood Ending match and

(05:12):
all the great matches that we had at Revolutions, so
they'll have that added benefit because that did work against
them at the pay per view. But don't expect there
to be a championship change next week. Please, I mean,
don't get your hopes up. I know there were people
who got their hopes up for Revolution and look what happened. Okay,
some people think the Swerve is not winning at Dynasty.

Speaker 2 (05:32):
You may be right. You may well be right.

Speaker 1 (05:36):
We may have to endure the Death Riders holding the
championship hostage all the way to Texas. Maybe it's will
Osprey who's going to end the nightmare.

Speaker 2 (05:49):
That would mean March, April, May, June.

Speaker 1 (05:54):
Half of July before we get the championship off of
John Moxley. I don't even want to think about that.
I don't even want to think like that.

Speaker 2 (06:08):
It's all on Swerve.

Speaker 1 (06:10):
Our hope lies with Swerve that he could repeat what
he did at Dynasty last year, but Cope is not
doing it.

Speaker 2 (06:17):
Next week now, I mentioned will Osprey.

Speaker 1 (06:22):
Will Osprey was on the show tonight and will Ospury
called his shot. Everybody either has a title match coming
up or everybody is laying claim to wanting to be
the AW World Champion. I'm gonna call my shot now.
He said, he's putting him so he's declaring himself for
the owen Hart Tournament because the winner of the Owenhart

(06:44):
Tournament is going to the main event at All In.
He wants to go to All In in Arlington, Texas
to challenge for the AW World Heavyweight Championship. So a
little early here, I would say, but hey, he's calling
his shot and he's already putting himself in the Owen
which we're probably still what is it. It's March, so
we're three months away probably. I don't think the Owen

(07:05):
is even starting until June. But he's giving us a
heads up that he wants to be in the Owen
and a good look. It's good to have goals. And
I would love to see Will Ospray's the AW World champion.
We will see Will Ospray's the AW World champion one day,
but again, I don't want him to be the one
to dethrone Moxley if it means four more months of this. Sorry, Will,

(07:29):
I'm putting my money on Swerve. That was it as
far as far as the key stuff on the show tonight,
and we'll get into some of the other things that
happened here, but as far as like the follow up
to traditionally what is one of their biggest pay per
views of the year, Uh, this was mostly a dud tonight.
There were aspects of the show that were that were fun,
but when it was over, it didn't feel like a

(07:49):
big dynamite coming out of a major pay per view.
This is your AW collision, we'll call it collision Collision
review here for Wednesday, March twelfth, twenty twenty five. I
am the Solemn Monster. Like and subscribe. Super chats are open.
If any of them pop on up, we will go
through them and answer them a little bit later on,
and maybe perhaps we will be the booker here at

(08:14):
the end of this stream. Let's get into this here,
speaking of sour taste, let's let's run through this. So
Dynamite opened with the new International champion, Keny Omega. He
came down to the ring for a promo. First time
we've seen Kenny Omega with an aw singles title around
his waist in quite some time. Said it was all

(08:36):
still very wild to him because before twenty twenty five,
he was more than happy just to stand in the
ring and hopefully be able to even do this again.
And what makes it feel like a dream is that
we're barely into the year. Thanks to the fans, thanks
to his doctors and somebody who he never thought he
would call a friend, will Ospray, not only is he back,

(09:00):
but he is back as a singles champion yet again.

Speaker 2 (09:06):
In aw.

Speaker 1 (09:08):
SO one final person he needs to think. Controversial as
it may be, he wanted to thank Kenoski Takeshta, who
pushed him harder than he has ever possibly imagined, and
if it wasn't for Takesha dragging him to the place
that he needed to be, he wouldn't be here in
front of all these people. So he thanks Takesha for
making this a true international title. He brings up Tony

(09:29):
Kahan coming up with the international title eliminator tournament, and
he thinks it's a great idea because it's going to
determine who the best on the planet is and who
Omega is going to be facing next. So he hits
his goodbye and good night line and goes out, signed
some autographs around ringside. He's high five and fans, and
as he's leaving, here comes the ops, Samoa, Joe, Katsiori,

(09:52):
Shabata and Hook and they walk out and we got
a little face to face, a little confrontation here briefly
between Kenny Omega and Shabata because Shebata is going to
be in this international title tournament. And so then they
continued on their way to the ring for the opening match. Now,
before we get to the opening match, let me show
you the bracket here for this tournament. This is an

(10:13):
eliminator tournament again. The winner will challenge Kenny Omega at
Dynasty next month for the International Championship, and as you
can see here, we had Orange Cassidy against Etcheso tonight
we had the wild card. We'll get into who that
was facing the Beast. More toasts that was on this show.

(10:35):
Tonight we had Shabata and Ricochet announced for the tournament
that's going to be taking place on Collision this Saturday. Funny,
I thought, I just watched Collision. Maybe we'll get Dynamite
on Saturday, but that's where that match is going to
take place. And then Mark brisco against Mark Davis. So
I'm looking at this bracket and I mean, look, Orange

(10:56):
Cassidy won Spoiler, so he's already going to be in
the four way because the way this works is all
four winners are going to face off in a four
way on Dynamite next week. Orange Cassidy is already in
the wild card, is in, Ricochet is going to be in,
and Mark Briscoe. I mean, I guess it could go

(11:18):
either way, but I mean, come on, Mark Briscoe is
gonna beat Mark Davis. If not, he should, so we're
gonna end up with Cassidy. We're gonna end up with
Speedball Mike Bailey, Ricochet, and Mark Briscoe very likely in
the four way next week. There's really only two choices here,
and honestly, it's really one choice, which is Ricochet. I

(11:42):
think we're looking at Omega, and I think we should
be looking at Omega and Ricochet at Dynasty. I say
two choices because it could be Mike Bailey if they
wanted to really push him all the way to the
finals of this thing and have him go out there
at Dynasty and have a competitive match with Kenny Omega.
I could possibly see that. But this is I mean,

(12:02):
this is just tailor made for Kenny Omega and Ricochet.
And the only downside to that Ricochet is gonna lose again.
But I think that's gonna be the match at the
end of this tournament. By the way, it has to
be said. You know, I'll put this back up real quick.
You look at the bracket here for this thing, and
you look at some of the names in this tournament,

(12:23):
and it just stretches the bounds of credibility that you have.
Kenny Omega is the international champion, right first of all,
why wouldn't takesh to.

Speaker 2 (12:32):
Be in this thing?

Speaker 1 (12:34):
You see all the little flags next to people's names.
I mean, why would Takesha not be in this tournament
representing Japan as the now former champion, the most recent champion, Right,
it makes no sense that he wouldn't be in this.
It makes no sense that coming off their wins at Revolution,
Will Ospray wouldn't be in this. Right a former international champion.

(12:55):
I mean, he called his shot for the world title.
But why is Osprey not in this? Why Sta Keshta
not in this? Why is Hangman Page not in this?
I get a k fabe sense that doesn't really make
a whole lot of sense. Obviously, the real answer is
because they don't want to beat any of those guys.
So there's your answer. But I'm looking at some of
the names in here, and I'm like, how did some

(13:16):
of these names make it in? But not the ones
that I just mentioned? There's no real good explanation for that.

Speaker 2 (13:24):
So the opening match.

Speaker 1 (13:24):
On this show was the Ops taking on Vinnie Pacifico,
Eli Thesis and Gabriel Arrows. Joe lit up a Thesis
with corner strikes to kick things off. Hook tagged in,
he was launching him around with a bunch of throws.
Pacifico tried a running start hook tripped him up that

(13:45):
allowed Shabata to tag in. He ended up winning it
with the PK very quick, very to the point. This
was just done as a way to give Sabada a
little bit of momentum going into his match with Ricochet
this weekend, opening the show with a squash like the
opening match of the show being a squash match, and

(14:06):
he was certainly a choice, but it was quick and
it was painless.

Speaker 2 (14:10):
Speaking of pain, we go backstage to Ricochet.

Speaker 1 (14:14):
He said, despite being screwed at Revolution, that doesn't mean
his quest for gold is over. He didn't want the
ugly ass embassy robe anyway, but the gold Kenny Omega
is holding that looks much better. And Ricochet said he
knows what Shabbata is capable of, so he's going to
give him the option to quit before their match this weekend,
and if not, he will not be held responsible for
what happens to him on Saturday. Now, at this point

(14:37):
in the show, this is where they informed us that
Moxley Cope II for the World Championship is taking place
on the show next week. It's gonna be a street fight,
It's gonna be you know, no holds barred rules, anything
goes and the winner will then go on to defend
against Swerve Strickland to Dynasty. So the cameras caught up

(14:58):
with Swerve last Sunday bas stage at the show, and
he was asked by the cameraman, you know, when do
you want a challenge for the AW title? Because he
beat Ricochet to become number one contender. So he said,
last year at Dynasty, he became the first black AEW
World champion. This year he's looking to do it again.
Copeland walks in. This was obviously after the events that

(15:20):
took place at the end of the show, and he
said that he didn't actually lose to Well, of course
he didn't lose. They put Christian in there so that
Cope didn't have to. Maybe Cope is losing next week
and so it's like, well, I'm not gonna lose twice.
We'll get two matches out of it. Whatever the logic
is behind it. Here, he made it very clear I

(15:41):
didn't lose. I really didn't lose on Sunday. So there's
still a chance that he could be the AW World
Champion before Dynasty gets here. And there's also a chance
that Strickland will be looking across the ring from him
at the pay per view, and even if Strickland wins
the title first, he's going to be looking across the
ring at Cope very soon.

Speaker 2 (16:02):
Anyway. Is that a threat? Are you threatening me?

Speaker 1 (16:08):
So?

Speaker 2 (16:09):
Strickland said that that's exactly what.

Speaker 1 (16:10):
He would do if he were in his shoes and
they bumped fists and that was the end of that.
What I hope is that we're not looking at a
triple threat at Dynasty. We're gonna have a defense. Let's
just do Swerve in Moxley. Please, Let's do Swerve in
Moxley and change the title. There's no appetite for Copeland

(16:33):
to still be in this mix at the next pay
per view, so hopefully not. Hopefully not, But it all
depends on how the finish goes down next week. I
would think we already had the match with the fuck
finish on Sunday. We have to get more of a
clear winter. Next Wednesday, it's gonna be Moxley and then

(16:53):
we go Moxley and Swerve. At that point, there's absolutely
no reason for Copeland to be involved in this anymore.

Speaker 2 (16:59):
He can move on to.

Speaker 1 (17:00):
Whatever he's going to do with Christian or whatever else
he's going to be involved in. But you have to
leave open the possibility maybe they are setting up for
a free way at Dynasty. I hope not. Now we
get to hear from John Moxley. Oh joy, So he's
backstage and he said that the the rated R Superstar

(17:24):
thinks that Moxley is lucky to have walked away from Revolution.

Speaker 2 (17:28):
With the aw world title.

Speaker 1 (17:31):
Moxley said that he should have never been in that position.
He should have put Cope out of his misery before
Christian Cage even got into the match. Moxley hurt Cope,
who was sucking wind. He couldn't turn his neck, but
he still came forward again and again and again. He
still came forward. Whatever Cope is made of, he says,

(17:52):
is rare.

Speaker 2 (17:52):
He could admire that.

Speaker 1 (17:54):
But you could take the rules, you could take the countouts,
you could take the disqualifications. You could throw them all
out the window next week. Moxley underestimated Cope's grit. But
there's a reason why Moxley is the world champion. So
there's a difference between amateurs and professionals. The difference is
Moxley never makes the same mistake twice. Really, why are

(18:18):
we getting this match again twice? Why are we getting
this match again?

Speaker 2 (18:22):
Next week?

Speaker 1 (18:22):
Then we got Powerhouse, Hobbs and Hologram who had Harley
Graham in his corner against Brian Cage Drealistico. They had
the Beast Mortas in their corner. Now would you look
at that? Would you look at that? The collision? See

(18:43):
this backs up what I said at the beginning of
the stream that this was an episode of Collision in disguise.
That's what this was. Because we had Hologram on this show.
That's how I know this was really collision. The Collision
Cowboy himself was actually on Dynamite tonight and we had

(19:04):
Harley Cameron in there as Harley Graham. She was wearing
a Hologram mask, the same cheap looking Hologram mask they're
selling for fifty bucks on shop. Aw here's my question,
why on earth would you ever put a mask on
someone as beautiful as Harley Cameron? Why would you cover
up her face? You can't be doing that. You can't

(19:27):
be doing that. Look at David, David, look at you. Now,
he says, that's right. See look at Hologram, and he
has made it to the big time. Now he moved
from Saturday to Wednesday. He's no longer a weekend warrior.
Look at you now, look at him. Now it's the
Harley Graham thing. This is not the first time that

(19:48):
she's done the Harley Graham deal. She did it once before.
It was on an episode either of Collision or Rampage
I forget which near the end of last year, there
was some show they did where it was mostly lucha matches,
and she wrestled thunder Rosa on the show. So this
was not the first time that we've seen Harley Graham.
And then during the match, you know, they played it

(20:08):
up for comedy because they did this spot where outside
the ring, the Beast Mortos was out there, right, and
so the Beast Mortos he goes over to put the
boots to Hologram. Now here comes Harley Graham, okay, to
try to distract him, and she starts swiveling her hips,
and clearly the Beast Mortos was smitten. Now, I can't

(20:33):
blame the man beast right, anybody would be if they
were in his position here, So I can't blame the guy.
But I guess the story now is that he has
a thing. He is a thing for Harley Graham. They're
playing this up for comedy here. There was also a
spot where Hologram did a dive through the ropes out
onto Brian Cage. Cage caught him, and the spot was

(20:55):
going to be Cage catches him, holds him up for
a vertical sup plex, and then drops him. He came out,
though Holograham did with such force that Cage caught him,
but the momentum was still taking Hologram over, so he
just went and quickly did the suplex. So it was
still a cool spot, but I'm sure he wanted to
catch him and then hold him there for a little bit.

(21:15):
Late in the match, Hobbs slams d RELEASTI go down
with a power slam before Cage made the save. They
go to the apron. Hobbs hit a spinebuster on the
edge of the ring. Hologram walked the ropes. He launched
himself off of Hobbs's chest. He had to dive onto
Christian Cage.

Speaker 2 (21:30):
Brian Cage. We have too many cages here.

Speaker 1 (21:32):
We had two cage matches over the last seventy two
hours or however many hour ninety six hours I don't
fucking know what day it is. We had two cage matches.
We have Christian Cage, we have Brian Cage. I wish
I would have locked myself away in a cage tonight,
fucking christ So Hologram's walking the ropes, like I say.

(21:53):
He launches himself, hits a dive out onto Brian Cage.
Back inside, Dalistico tried to springboard Hobbs countered and a
spinebuster out of mid air for the wind. After the match,
Lance Archer and Mark Davis they walk out to help
Cage as they all had to stare down.

Speaker 2 (22:08):
With Hobbs, who stood his ground.

Speaker 1 (22:10):
There was some fun action here in this match. Good
to see Hobbs pick up the win. He's obviously still
feuding with the Callous family. And we have Harley Graham.
Hey look, Harley Cameron can make anything work, right, She's great.
I hope that this is not going to be a

(22:31):
regular thing. This is the period now, because it really
was not the right decision for her to beat Mercedes
in Australia. It just would have been too soon. But
the idea was like, all right, now is not the time,
but now you have several months between now and let's
say Texas, right or even the fall, to really build

(22:53):
her up as a wrestler, right, not just doing all
these funny things, but like building up her in ring
and maybe by the time we get to Texas, or
maybe by the time we get to all Out, she
could be challenging for and even winning a singles championship.

Speaker 2 (23:09):
Right.

Speaker 1 (23:09):
This is the period now where we begin to build
Harley Cameron up in a more serious way. She could
still do some funny stuff, So I'm hoping this was
just like a one week haha, and we can focus
more on that because there's a reason, Like right now
in the women's division, they have like a lot of women.
But I was thinking, like, Okay, what is Tony Storm

(23:30):
going to be doing coming out of Revolution on Sunday?
And we got a sense of it here in a
little bit of what the next challenger for her may be.
But there's not a lot of great options right now
on the women's side as far as heels, as far
as like heal challengers, and Harley Cameron's not a heel.
But this is the time to start building some of
these women up so that by the time we get

(23:51):
to the summer, by the time we get to the Fall,
you will have people who are ready to be in
these positions for the world title, for the TBS title.
Harley should be in the mix. You know, she's super talented.
She's better than just walking around with a fucking hologram
mask on her face. And again I ask you, why
is this wobbed walking around with a mask on her face?
Of all the people to put a mask on like Morets.

(24:12):
For all we know, he could be all scarred up,
he could be hideously this figure. He could just you know,
he could have been smacked with an ugly you know,
the branch off the ugly tree. I don't know what
he looks like under there. Maybe he should be wearing
the mask, Okay, maybe it's like what Raymisterio had to
unmask in WCW. And Kevin Nash said, okay, all right,
put the mask back on, all right, like the beast

(24:33):
Morteas I could understand, Harley Cameron, give me a fucking break, okay.
So hopefully this is not going to be a regular thing.

Speaker 2 (24:42):
Now.

Speaker 1 (24:42):
Last Sunday they showed Alicia to She was in the
back interviewing the Hurt Syndicate, who are asking whose asses
do we need to beat next because they made short
work of the outrunners at Revolution. MVP said that that's
what he loves about his boys. That's what he loves
about Shelton, benjam and Bobby Lashly. No one works harder

(25:03):
than his guys, which means that no one should play
harder than they do. So lastly, just he wanted to
go out and find a gold gym, and MVP is like, no, no, no, no, no, no,
you're not You're not going to the gym. All right,
you're not gonna You're not going out to work out.
He wants them to take the week off. They don't
need to come to TV. Just enjoy the break, MVP said,

(25:24):
But you see, all they want to do is fight.
All these guys want to do, they want to they
want to just be better than everybody else. They hurt people,
that's what they do. So he gave his guys the
week off. Okay, keep that in mind when we get
to the MVP segment here in a little bit. So
there was a photo supposedly of Morteas that had him

(25:46):
looking a lot like Roman reigns. Oh okay, so was
that him there? I remember that there was a photo
somebody put it in the Facebook group like months ago,
and he looked like Mexican Roman Reigns. So you're telling
me that was moretos really.

Speaker 2 (26:02):
Interesting? He did bear a striking resemblance to Roman Reigns.

great video package here showcasing one of their best stories

(28:58):
ever between Mariah May and Tony Storm, which absolutely should
have closed the show on Sunday, especially in hindsight looking
at what they did. You know, silly me, I thought
they may have had some big angle plan for the
end of the show, which I guess they did. They
had a big shitty angle planned, so that's why they
ended the show the way they did.

Speaker 2 (29:17):
What a fucking mistake. That was.

Speaker 1 (29:19):
Tony Storm and Mariah May should have closed the show
on Sunday. That was the Hollywood ending. It should have
been the ending for Revolution. So this led into the
AW Women's World Champion, Tony Storm making her way out
onto the stage to address her public. Right, She's going
to address the fans, she says. With stitches in her lip,

(29:41):
staples in her head, and glass in her ass, she
stands before you to say that this tramp is still
the champ. Revolution was her Hollywood ending, as a chunk
of her heart is gone forever. But looking at the
AW Women's title, it was well worth it. It's time
for a new beginning. It's her honored to be the
Women's World Champion because this is the most talented locker

(30:03):
room in all of professional wrestling.

Speaker 2 (30:07):
There are so.

Speaker 1 (30:07):
Many champions with her. That's undoubtedly true. There are so
many champions. One of the titles is locked in a
bloody briefcase. Other champions are belt collectors, little uh will
remark there towards the Mercedes, but when you fight with Storm,
it's like visiting the zoo. She bleeds like a pig,

(30:28):
licks like a draft, and she will eat you like
a lion. And she promises that you will never hear
her meow because she promises she's no pussy. That's what
she said. Nobody swings like Tony Storms. So ladies, put
your keys in the bowl and let's get this orgy started.

(30:49):
It will be messy, it will be sweaty, and it
will always be timeless. And as she posed, Megan Bain
came out and blasted her from behind and left her
laying on stage. So a fine promo here from the champion, right,
didn't shed any light on anybody that she's looking. I mean,

(31:10):
the little dig at Mercedes there without naming her. But
then Meghan ban comes out and blast her from behind. Now,
Megan Baine is undefeated so far. Okay, Megan Baan is
undefeated so far. She has been in this company barely
on TV for a cup of coffee, right, cup of coffee,

(31:30):
Cup of coffee. That's all she's been on television for, right,
barely been around for maybe three months, Okay, if that
little fast for her, I think to be challenging for
the World Championship, because if she is going to challenge
Tony Storm and not beat Tony Storm, then I think

(31:50):
it's a mistake to jump into this right now. I
think Tony Storm and Megan Baine at double or nothing
right that that, especially like a first time I'm meeting,
that would make more sense to me. Unless she's gonna
beat Tony and win the title. They're gonna put the
belt on her, you know what, you want to launch her,
that's one way to do it. I actually don't have
a problem with that. If that's if they're going all

(32:12):
in on Megan Bain, which they did tonight on this show,
that to me would be fine. I don't know that
they're going to do that, though, and it just feels
too soon to do the match and then not have
her win. So that would be my only kind of
cause for concern there. The only real win she's had
so far is Chris Statlander.

Speaker 2 (32:31):
That's it.

Speaker 1 (32:33):
A couple of job matches. Chris Statlander is the only
person that she's beat. It'll be a good match. I
just again, I just wish they didn't have to rush it.
They just haven't set anybody else up. I mean, Penelope
Ford maybe, who else on the heel side, Okay, Mariah
may is out of the picture. Who else on the

(32:55):
heel side of that aw women's roster has been set up?
As you look at them and go, okay, you know what,
I could see her. She's next in the line to
challenge Tony Storm for the women's World Championship. There really
is nobody. Megan Bain is probably as good as anybody
right now. It just so happens that she's only been
in the company for a few months, or at least
on TV.

Speaker 2 (33:16):
I mean, there's been all kinds of talk.

Speaker 1 (33:17):
About how she was under contract for so long and
she just wasn't used. Nonetheless, no one else has been
built up for the spots, at least no heels. The
one thing I will say though, is the fact that
Mariah and Tony is done now. Now they have a
chance to try to make that next top one or
two heel challengers. Because these two have been just linked

(33:40):
for so long, so many months, it really has drowned
out a lot of other people from that world title scene.
Now that Mariah is out of the way, and I
figure they might give her some time off. We may
not see Mariah for a I mean she wasn't on
the show tonight, doesn't mean that she won't show up
on Collision. I think maybe we don't see Mariah for
a little bit. I don't know what she's going to
do next. But now it's a chance for somebody else

(34:02):
to step up. Maybe that person is Megan Vain, because honestly,
I don't know who else.

Speaker 2 (34:05):
It would be.

Speaker 1 (34:08):
Now we had our first international title eliminator match in
the tournament with the Beast Mortos. He was back on
the show tonight again Collision. Second time that we have
seen the Beast Mortos on the show. Today he was
in the ring. Who would his opponent be We don't know,
because he was facing the wild card here in this tournament,

(34:31):
and that wildcard turned out to be the debuting Speedball
Mike Bailey, and he got a nice reaction coming out.
Most of the people knew who he was, and Mike Bailey.
I'm sure all of you know who Mike Bailey is.
Maybe you haven't seen a lot of his work, Maybe
you've seen a ton of his work. He's super talented
and I think his style will fit in much better

(34:54):
in AW than it would in WWE. I think he
is a better fit for this company then he would
be right now in the other company, So I think
that style will suit him well now. Bailey hit a
lager bomb for a near fall. Later in the match,
he went up top, he missed a shooting star. He
rolled through into a pop up Simo and dropped though

(35:15):
by Mortos for a near fall. Mortos went up top,
took too long. Bailey swept out the legs. Both men
are fighting, They're jockeying for a position. Morto's hits a
massive avalanche press slam off the top, got a near.

Speaker 2 (35:30):
Fall out of that.

Speaker 1 (35:31):
Bailey avoided a discus strike. They traded some slaps until
Mortos caught him with a torture wrecked backbreaker and a
discus lariot that turned Bailey inside out. Mortos went for
a power bomb, Bailey rolled through into a her karana.

Speaker 2 (35:45):
And a PK.

Speaker 1 (35:46):
The moon salt knee dropped from Bailey. The standing moon
Salt knee drop connects right in the guts and then
he loaded up for a stiff roundhouse kick and he
got the win. So look, I mean this was fun.
Mortoas is really good. I mean, we have fun the
mask and the gimmick. Okay, great, But the reality is
he's actually very talented and he gets a reaction from

(36:10):
the people. Look at this man's win loss record in AW.
I'm not talking Ring of Honor or anywhere else. Look
at his win loss record in AW. There's no reason
for him to be getting the kind of reactions that
he gets when he goes out there. Okay, but he
does because he's fun to watch and he's very talented,
and I think he was the perfect opponent for Bailey,

(36:32):
So I just want to give him some love instead
of just Mike Bailey. Mike Bailey obviously is very good,
but I think he was the perfect opponent for him
in his first match, just like Chad Gable was the
perfect opponent for Penta because you knew he was going
to go in there and make Penta look like a
million bucks.

Speaker 2 (36:47):
And it was the same thing here. Now.

Speaker 1 (36:50):
Renee was backstage with the Patriarchy and she asked Christian
Cage about his failed cash at Revolution and he refused
to speak with her because she's related to John Moxley.
He said, and so this is going to be the
most boring interview in history. She tried to add, well,
this will go very well with the show tonight. She

(37:10):
tried to ask him a question anyway, Christian says that
you should take the hint. I know you're blonde and
you're not that smart. I was offended by this. You're
blonde and you're not that smart. Get out of my sight.
So she leaves, and now Christian is just addressing us
directly into the camera, and he says that he's still
going to be the next undisputed aw World champion. He

(37:31):
demands that his contract be returned to him. He said
he only signed the contract. He called the referee dumb,
and this part, this part, I had to stop and
try to process what he said here. Okay, so maybe
you guys can can film me in and help me
out here. So he calls the referee stupid and he

(37:52):
says he told the referee he was signing but for
a singles world title match against Cope, And I said, what.

Speaker 2 (38:03):
Doesn't even make sense, But that's what he said. I
was only signing for a championship match with Cope. He said.

Speaker 1 (38:12):
Now, mind you, if you think back to what happened
on Sunday, he showed up in a hoodie. He pulled
Cope out of the ring. Cope was about to win
the championship. He's the one who pulled him out of
the ring and then signed the contract and cashed it in,
So this didn't make any sense. And he said he
didn't tap out, he was simply relegating his breathing. All

(38:34):
of a sudden, he's talking and Nick Wayne interrupts him
and says, you're just making excuses.

Speaker 2 (38:42):
Christian's like what he.

Speaker 1 (38:44):
Said, you're lying to everybody, and if you would have
just stuck to the plan, maybe right now you would
be the aw World champion.

Speaker 2 (38:51):
So he says.

Speaker 1 (38:52):
Christian owes all of them an apology, and Cage said
he's sorry, he's sorry that it's come to this, and
then he gives Nick a shove, and then mother Wayne
steps in between her son and Christian. Christian says if
she does something, she'll be back to working the midnight
shift at waffle house, and so she steps back. Cage

(39:12):
asks who Nick is to question his tactics? How many
world titles have you ever won? How many world titles
did your biological father Wayne? He says Nick should be
thanking him that he found him and didn't end up
a coward like his father who died in front of
his mother's face.

Speaker 2 (39:29):
She's good lord.

Speaker 1 (39:33):
So Christian said that he'll be the aw world champion
if it's the last thing he ever does. And he
says for Nick to keep his mouth shut and ride
his coattails, or it'll be the last thing that he
ever does, and he walks off. Kip Sabian is sort
of conflicted. He ends up leaving and following Christian. Mother
Wayne stayed behind with her son. So we have some
drama here inside the patriarchy. How this is all going

(39:57):
to unfold as far as Copeland and Christian, I don't no.
It's look, it's a hardcore match. Basically, it's a no disqualification,
no holds barred match, right, street fight? How they're calling
it a street fight. It's a street fight next week, right,
that's right up Max's alley. Of course, Christian I would
expect would show his face next week. I don't know
what good it's gonna do. He doesn't have his contract anymore,

(40:21):
but I would suspect that he will make an appearance
at some point during or after that match next week.
Ultimately where this is going to end up in the
short term, I don't know. I think we all know
at some point Copeland and Christian will end up on
the same side together. I don't know how quickly we're
going to get to that. I don't know if we're
gonna end up getting another Copeland Christian match with nothing
on the line. I mean, we've already had it. I

(40:43):
don't think we really need to see it again, So
I don't know in the short term where this goes.
I don't know. I don't know. I don't necessarily care
all that much. I'm just so laser focused on, you know,
kind of moving beyond the death Rider stuff, getting the
title on Swerve, the title on whoever. I mean, my God,

(41:03):
the Beast Mortas, you know what, I could actually get
behind that. I could get behind the Beast mortoas as
the aw world champion, because you know what, he's fun
to watch. He's fun to watch. His promos are I mean,
he can't cut a promo obviously, he just grunts and growl,
that's his promo. But he's so much more entertaining than

(41:24):
what we have in the world title picture right now,
like it's sickening. So yeah, you know what, I'm okay
with that. I wish the Beast Mortas would have won
that contract.

Speaker 2 (41:34):
If the Beast.

Speaker 1 (41:35):
Mortas would have cashed in his contract at Revolution on Sunday,
I would have thrown a.

Speaker 2 (41:39):
Party here on this stream.

Speaker 1 (41:40):
There would have been confetti coming down. I would have
paid to have a disco ball. I would rip down
that WrestleMania sign you see up there in the corner
behind me. I would have bought a disco ball and
it would have been hanging from the fucking corner of
the ceiling here. And we would have had strobe lights.
We would have had the I mean, it would have
been the works man. I would have gotten all dressed up.
I would have had my shades on. We would have

(42:02):
had up hardy. We would have been growling all night long.

Speaker 2 (42:06):
Let's do that? Can we do that?

Speaker 1 (42:07):
Can we put the title on the Beast Mortos. I
think I'm losing my mind, or maybe I just really
want a disco ball. I don't know, Lexinaire, compose myself here.
Lexi Naiir was outside of mjf's locker room following his
loss to Hangman Adam Page of Revolution, and as she

(42:30):
walked in on him, she found him he was looking
at himself in the mirror and he was talking to himself,
calling himself a fraud. He smashed the mirror with his
fist and the mirror shattered, and then he turned around
and saw her in the room and told her to
get out. So now we come back live and MJF
makes his way out.

Speaker 2 (42:50):
To the ring. Christian should be Mortos's father, you know what?
Why not? Why not? Sure he's not.

Speaker 1 (43:07):
His biological father right when we were talking about a
completely different species here, But.

Speaker 2 (43:14):
Why not.

Speaker 1 (43:15):
I'll take it. I'll take I'll take anything. At this point,
the beast mortas as the aw world champion, always gets
a reaction, always gets the crowd on their feet.

Speaker 2 (43:29):
Let's do it.

Speaker 1 (43:30):
MJF says that he has a splitting headache. His hand hurts,
his body hurts, but what hurts the most is that
he along with all the schmucks at home in the arena,
they know he had the match one on Sunday when
the cowardly cowboy decided for a cheap shot like he
did back in twenty nineteen. The fans can chant page

(43:52):
his name all they want to, but he's not upset
anymore because he's thought long and hard about it. He's
ten times smarter than Hangman Page and his fans ever
will be, and MJF thinks, ten steps ahead, he will
get his So this thing between him and Hangman.

Speaker 2 (44:08):
Is not over.

Speaker 1 (44:09):
It's not over yet by a long shot. So then
we hear the Hurt Syndicates music, which is a little strange.
Why are they coming out here, especially because MVP gave
them the night off, gave them the week off. Actually,
so there's no Bobby Lashly and there's no Shelton Benjamin.
It is just MVP and he gets into the ring

(44:29):
and they have a little bit of a face off,
like a tense face off, but then they just start
laughing and they hug each other like they're old friends.
And MVP wanted to tell us about his history with MJF.
Back when MJF was an eighteen year old, he volunteered
to drive MVP to I think a documentary film shoot,
he said, for the low price of just being able

(44:53):
to ask him questions about professional wrestling. And it was
not so much that he he was asking him questions,
but he was impressed. MVP was by the types of
questions that MJF was asking MJF did everything he said
he was going to do back then, and that's what
makes him so proud of MJF. MVP said that what

(45:16):
makes him not proud of MJF is the way that
he handled that loss on Sunday, coming out here and
whining to the people, and MVP questions why MJF isn't
smashing things and hurting people? Did he not watch the
fucking segment that they just aired. He smashed a mirror
seven years of bad luck, which means seven years before
he'll end up in WWE. Did he not just watch

(45:38):
that segment? He smashed a fucking I don't know how
long that mirror was a long, tall mirror. What else
do you want the man to do? He wanted him
to smash things. He wanted him to hurt people, He
wanted him to get angry. MVP knows the answer to
the question, says, MJF has lost his edge as the
boys in the back. They don't respect him any more,

(46:00):
They don't fear him anymore. The boys do fear the
hurt syndicate, which is what MJF is missing. MVP was
able to help MJF a long time ago, and so
maybe he can help him again, and he said when
he initially passed out his business card when he first debuted,
it was a way to introduce himself, but now it's

(46:21):
a way to change someone's career. It's a way to
make someone a champion. Maybe it's time for the two
of us to talk some business. And MVP went to
go hand him his business card. MJF refused it, and
he said, he's not the same kid he was all
those years ago, and with all due respect, he doesn't

(46:42):
need MVP's help and he doesn't need MVP's advice.

Speaker 2 (46:46):
He's MJF.

Speaker 1 (46:47):
And if the moron fans want to hear what he
has to say or not, he was the longest reigning
AW World Heavyweight champion of all time. MVP said, you
need to focus on the word was was as in
past tense, and then he hands him his business card again,
and this time MJF accepts it and he puts the

(47:09):
card in his jacket. I can't be the only one
watching this segment getting Owen Hart in the Nation vibes
from watching this. I don't think that's what we're gonna
end up getting, but I was getting that vibe. We're
gonna have MJF coming out on the show next week
and a singlet that has like a caution tape across
from it. It's gonna beat up Jason Sensation. So we

(47:33):
got an interesting little twist here with MVP trying to
recruit MJF into the Hurt Syndicate. I assume that's you
know why he sent Lashly and Shelton away and gave
them the week off because he had other business to
tend to.

Speaker 2 (47:48):
Did they know about it?

Speaker 1 (47:50):
If they didn't know what MVP's intentions were and trying
to recruit MJF, are they're going to be upset with
him when they come back to TV next week.

Speaker 2 (47:58):
We'll have to wait and see.

Speaker 1 (48:00):
I watched this segment and I was trying to think, Okay,
where could this be going? Right, Obviously he's not going
to join the Hurt Syndicate. Where could this be going?
And the first thought that I had was not that
he joins, but there could end up being maybe like
a loose alliance or partnership of some kind with him
and the Hurt Syndicate. They may target Hangman Page and

(48:24):
that could be what leads to the return of the
Young Bucks. So are we looking at a situation maybe
where we have MJF and the Hurt Syndicate ending up
in a match at some point against Hangman and the Bucks.
One possibility. The Young Bucks have been missing for months now.
I don't know when they're coming back. Obviously they have

(48:45):
the friendship with Hangman from the Elite days, so maybe
there's a trios match like that in our future. But
beyond that, I don't know. I don't know ultimately where
this is going to lead. There was a segment later
on with MJF and hang Ben that I'll get to
you though. Max Castor was in the ring to do
his Best Wrestler Alive stick. He thanked all the Maximaniacs

(49:08):
in the crowd for making his shirt the most popular
one on shop aw and he said he was the
most popular member of the acclaimed before he tried to
get his let's go Max, You're the best Wrestler Alive
chant going, and the fans just booed and they laughed
at him. So he said, the people of Fresno are stupid,
and so is whoever opens or answers his open challenge.

(49:30):
And the person who answered his open challenge was Kenoski Takeshta,
who came out no don callous. He looked very upset.
He's coming off of his international title loss on Sunday,
so he was not happy. And the fans chanity, you
fucked up at Castor, because indeed he did fuck up,

(49:52):
and he still had the mic at his end, and
he asked Takasha if he was here to invite him
to join the Kallis family, because he can't possibly be
here to fight him because he would kill him. So
Castor said that I can mate event the Tokyo Dome,
and I could get a recording contract and I could
do something that Takesha was not able to do. I
could go and beat Kenny Omega. So Takesha just waffled

(50:16):
him with a forearm. He had the match one, he
got a two county, pulled him up before the referee
could count three, just so that he could hit his
raging fire finish, and then he won. And then he
immediately marched to the back and so all right, then
thanks for coming there you go, Takeshna. He's already back
in the win column. So I mean that's a good thing. Right,

(50:38):
He lost on Sunday, but now he picks up his
first win since Revolution. You know, the Max Caster gimmick.
He's been doing this now for a couple of months.
I think it's amusing, right, I mean, it's fine as
like a comedy mid middle of the card type gimmick.

Speaker 2 (50:53):
It's amusing.

Speaker 1 (50:54):
I still assume this all leads to Anthony Bowen's answering
the open challenge, and that's where it ends. Yeah, because
at some point this has to end. Where does it end?
It ends with Anthony Bowens coming back and accepting the
challenge and beating Max Caster. They aired footage of Chris
Jericho and the Learning Tree attacking Gravity and Bandido with

(51:16):
a baseball bat before his Ring of Honor World title
match could take place on the pre show on Sunday.
The match ended up not taking place, so Jericho unmasked Gravity,
which left the family of Gravity, Gravity and Bandido. For
those who don't know, they're brothers, their real life brothers.
Gravity is his younger brother, Their mom and their sister
were in the front row on Sunday. They were very upset.

(51:38):
I mean, they look like they're gonna have PTSD coming
out of Revolution because they watched both of their sons
get their asses kick. Well, I mean the sister was there.
Obviously it's not her son. The mother is in the
front row and she's watching her two boys get their
asses kicked with a baseball bat, so obviously they were traumatized.
So we cut to Jericho and he's back stage and

(52:01):
he is holding Gravity's mask and he said Gravity is
the perfect word to introduce he and Bendido to their situation.
Jericho embarrassed Bendido in front of his family, scared his sister,
made his mother cry. Jericho asked how one could come
back from that. Maybe Bendido brought it on himself, or

(52:23):
maybe he's an unlucky son of a bitch that Jericho
made a point out of not to be comfortable around
Chris Jericho. The best thing I could say about this,
that was all we had from Chris Jericho on this show.
Maybe this segment went two minutes and we were done.

(52:43):
Good Willow Nightingale against Penelope Ford it was all four.
During the commercial break, Willow fired back with a series
of lariots. Penelope slid out of a doctor bomb attempt
tried to backslide. Willow powered in to a gory special.
Penelope hit a top rope crossbody for a two count.

(53:04):
Then she licked Willow. What is with all this licking
and Kyle Fletcher was licking the cage and licking a screwdriver?
What the fuck is wrong with these people? What is
wrong with the people in this company? Wuch of fucking weirdos?
So Willow responded with a running power slam. Penelope got

(53:24):
a flash cradle for two. Willow hit the pounce and
she pinned her, so that was that. After the match,
Penelope cracked Willow in the ribs and the back with
a chair kept the attack going until Chris Statlander ran
down to make the save. Penelope tried a chair shot,
Statlander ducked it, hit a dropkick, sent the chair back
into her face, so Statlander helps Willow to her feet.

(53:46):
Willow did not realize initially who it was, and so
she shoved Statlander away initially, and the two of them
were staring at each other until Megan Bain hits the
ring her second appearance of the night, and she lines
both women down and then she lays out Statlander with
an F five and she stands tall. Second time tonight

(54:08):
here on this show, and she stands tall. So look
if she's going to be next in line for it,
and we don't know that, but obviously they strongly hinted
it that being the case with the attack on Tony Storm.
If she's going to be next in line for a
shot at the world title, at least they're doing everything
they can to keep her looking as strong and as
dominant as possible. So she laid out Tony Storm, and

(54:31):
she laid out Willow Nightingale, and she laid out Chris Statlander,
all on the same show. And they didn't just do
it where then they made a comeback and they got
their heat back on her, you know, like she stood tall.
So she's going to be the number one contender for
the title. Good, that's how the number one contender should
be booked. Renee was backstage with the other champion, the

(54:54):
TBS champion, Mercedes Monette, after her win against Momo Nabe
at Revolution, and she was selling a bruised throat from
that deadly kick that Momo threw at her face on
Sunday that I thought for sure may knocked a couple
of teeth out. I mean, that was a wicked kick.

(55:16):
So she was selling a bruised throat so she can't
do her signature line, so she has Renee do it
for her, and Renee said that Mercedes requested Billy Starks
come and join them, and Billy Starks walks in, and
they had shown Billy Starks on Sunday during Mercedes match.
She was up in one of the sweets and she
was taking notes. So Billy says that the notes that

(55:40):
she was taking a revolution was not to get kicked
in the throat. She said that she's accomplished a lot
here as well as Mercedes has. She says that she
was the inaugural Ring of Honor television champion at only
nineteen years of age.

Speaker 2 (55:55):
You and me were not that different. Wrestling is our lives,
she says.

Speaker 1 (55:59):
Mercedes likes to say that money changes everything, and next
week she's looking to become a champion. So Mercedes starts coughing,
and she said Billy is way out of her league,
and she shoved Billy and then said that next week,
there's a price to pay.

Speaker 2 (56:13):
When you mess with Mercedes Monette.

Speaker 1 (56:15):
So, I don't know if it was officially made a
title matcher, and I guess it is probably a title match,
but they're gonna be wrestling on the show next week.
And that's all well and good. My only hope, my
only hope with any of this is that this is
going to eventually lead to Mercedes in Athena.

Speaker 2 (56:32):
That is a match I would like to see.

Speaker 1 (56:34):
So if working with Billy is sort of the gateway
to that, then great, That's what I hope the end
result is. Tony Schavani was in the ring. He welcomed
will Osprey, who was moving very gingerly after his cage
match with Kyle Fletcher on Sunday, and he talked about
the stitches in his head and his ribs were all

(56:55):
taped up, but he's still standing. And Osprey said that
he was scared for his life at Revolution. I was
scared for his life when they climbed to the top
of the cage. I was scared for both of them.

Speaker 2 (57:11):
David.

Speaker 1 (57:12):
Yeah, you can bruise your throat. What's what, There's like
a bone in here? What is it the the Cossacks
bone or something. There's maybe maybe I'm going with the
wrong bone here. I don't know, but there's there's a
bone back there that you could you could bruise and
it sucks. It's Lance Storm talked about that once, So yeah,
I don't know. I'm not saying that's what happened to her,

(57:34):
but yeah, I'm sure that's no fun. So Osbury said
that he was scared for his life at Revolution, but
he thanks everybody for their support. It carried him through
one day. Kyle Fletcher is going to be a world
champion and if they ever stand in the ring again,
he will be the better man once more. So Osprey
said that he is in trouble with.

Speaker 2 (57:55):
His wife.

Speaker 1 (57:57):
Because he had a lie to her the day before
the cage match. She told him that she was nervous
and she said, don't do anything stupid off the top
of the cage. Ah Brett, Yes, thank the hyoid bone.

Speaker 2 (58:14):
That's what I was. What did I say, the costa?

Speaker 1 (58:16):
Oh that's your ass isn't it Isn't the Cossacks bone
like your tailbone. I think I mixed my bones up.
I went with the wrong bone. I think I took
the ass bone and I put it in the throat.
That's not where it goes. Yeah, okay, all right, Cossacks
is the tailbone?

Speaker 2 (58:36):
All right? Yeah?

Speaker 1 (58:37):
Well, clearly I skipped school the day of we had
the anatomy lesson. Anyway, Osbury said that he's in his thirties.
He's not doing this, is what he told his wife.
He goes, look, I'm in my thirties. I'm not going
to do anything stupid off the cage. But he realized

(58:58):
that he was in trouble. When he was on top
of the cage. He realized that he was on Prime Video.
Give a little plug there to the Amazon deal because
Revolution was available through Prime Video for the first time
this weekend. He realized he was on Prime Video. And
he looked at and he saw all the camera phones.

(59:19):
He went to the back when the match was over,
and he saw fifteen miss messages from the wife, who
wouldn't She just couldn't believe that he jumped off the
flipping cage, he said. So Osbury said, he promised to
cook her dinner. So Tony Shravanni is standing there right,
and Tony Shavanni says that I understand all that, but

(59:39):
he asked what's next for will Osprey. So even Shavanni
is like, can we get on with this please? Because
Ospbury was kind of rambling here. I mean, he was
very he was a ball of energy, had a big
smile on his face, like he's always full of energy.
When he's out there and people can I think, feel
that and sense that. But yeah, he was just going
on and on about a bunch of nonsense. So Osprey
said that in order to be the guy in aaw

(01:00:01):
there should be something around his waist.

Speaker 2 (01:00:03):
But there's a problem.

Speaker 1 (01:00:05):
Copeland has a title match next week, Swerve, Strickland has
a title shot at Dynasty, So when should I call
my shot? And the fans in the crowd begin to
chant all in. See, this is not a selfish crowd.
If I was in the crowd, I would say tonight

(01:00:27):
that he didn't do that, though, So they're all chanting
all in at him. He said, when it matters most,
and he looks up because every week, like WWE has
the WrestleMania signed every week for the next however many months,
we have that all in Texas banner, and he's looking
directly up at the All in Texas banner, and he

(01:00:49):
says the way that he can do that is by
entering the owen Hart Tournament. If it's against Cope, it'll
be a pleasure for a first time meeting. If it's Strickland,
he can't wait for the rematch. They had a great
matchup forbidden Door last year. If it's Moxley, a word
to the King, an assassin is coming for the throne,

(01:01:10):
one can only hope. So he's calling a shot awfully
early here. We're not getting the Owen Hart Tournament until June,
and he's already declared for it. So now he has
set himself up for a potential World Championship match at
all In, and they have some good options here. I mean,
I would be totally fine if they built up Hangman
for that shot. You know, the cowboy in Texas, he

(01:01:31):
goes to the main event wins the world Championship. I
one hundred percent would support that. If Will Ospray won
the Owen and was in the main event at all In,
I one hundred percent support that. I am fine with
either one of those men challenging for the title and
winning the title in Texas. So I don't know ultimately
who they will go with. We have four months to

(01:01:51):
see how it plays out. Who knows, Maybe we get
Ospray and Hangman in the finals of the Owen, right,
I would MJF would be in that mix, But maybe
that's the finals of the Owen.

Speaker 2 (01:02:03):
I don't know.

Speaker 1 (01:02:04):
We'll see because right after this segment was over, we
had somebody else also who made it very clear he
wants to be aw world champion. Renee was in the back,
would switchbl a J White, and he mocked the the
Osprey chain. He's like Ospre Osprey. He's mocking the Osprey chin.
And he says that they will see each other in
the ring again. And he congratulates Osprey on his win
at Revolution, but if he wants a world title match

(01:02:26):
it all in, then they're going to have to keep
protecting him from from him from J White. And Renee
asked about what happened to Revolution because in the main event,
right he said he would have Copes back hit him
in the head with a briefcase.

Speaker 2 (01:02:42):
So what happened there? What went down?

Speaker 1 (01:02:46):
And Jay White said that everybody wants to know if
I hit Cope with the briefcase on purpose?

Speaker 2 (01:02:50):
What do you think? Renee? Better?

Speaker 1 (01:02:52):
Yet, all the fans here in Fresno, all the friends
are the m faithful here. What do you think do
you think that I did it on purpose? And it
was a reaction? I think mostly negative? Like you know, no,
we don't think you did it on purpose. But it
was still very mixed and then he finally just said
he goes No, I did not hit Cope on purpose,
but he promised he would have Copeland's back and he failed.

(01:03:17):
But he's going to be damned if he's going to
let anybody stop him from fulfilling his prophecy or his destiny. Rather,
I'm becoming the AW World Champion. I will say something
nice about this. I like the fact that we have
multiple people laying claim to the AW World Championship wanting
to be the AW World Champion on this show alone.

(01:03:41):
All Right, we already know Copeland is getting his shot
next week. Swerve has a shot waiting for him in Dynasty. Okay,
so Swerve has talked about wanting to be the champion
for a second time. Christian Cage tonight still talking about
wanting to be the AW World Champion. Will Ospray already
declaring early for the Owen Hart Tournament, Jay White saying,
you know what, not so fast, I'm gonna be THEAW

(01:04:03):
World Champion. We had a segment that came immediately after
this one in the back with MJF and Hangman Page.
In that promo, both men spoke it really was MJF
who brought it up, but about both men potentially becoming
the aw World Champion.

Speaker 2 (01:04:21):
So I like that.

Speaker 1 (01:04:22):
I like how we have multiple people who are making
it very clear that the most important thing in this
company is the world championship, the title that we have
not seen or laid eyes on, by the way, since October.

Speaker 2 (01:04:32):
That's good.

Speaker 1 (01:04:34):
That's good, especially as we head into the Owen and
we head into all In their big show of the year,
established that you have four or five different people who
want to get their hands on that title. I think
about that of all those people, like four or five,
six different people laying claim to the title, and they
still have it on fucking John Moxley. And that's to
say nothing of Darby Allen. We don't know when or

(01:04:56):
if he'll be I want to be morbid about it,
but like, yeah, if he gets hurt or whatever, he
may not be back in time. Who knows when we're
gonna get Darby Allen back on TV. I'm sure he'll
be in the mix as well. The last time we
saw him he got thrown down a flight of stairs
by the Death Riders. My hope is that by the
time we get Darby Allen back on TV, the Death
Riders will be no more. They won't even be a
thing anymore. We could just pretend it never even happened.

(01:05:19):
They could just say that it was all a dream.
What happened in that staircase that day never actually happened.

Speaker 2 (01:05:25):
So that I like.

Speaker 1 (01:05:26):
I like that aspect, but I still say that Jay
White needs to be a heel. He's just a much
better heel. He's much more interesting to me and just
much better in that role. So I hope that he
ends up back there very soon. Today's episode is sponsored
by Better Help. I don't like math any more than
you probably do, but let's talk numbers for a second. Okay,

So Renee did approach Hangman Adam Page in the back
and she was attempting to ask him about revolution when

(01:07:34):
MJF showed up, and so we got up. She disappeared
and we got a face to face in the back
with Hangman and MJF. And Hangman said, last week, you
tried to set me on fire. But when you do
something like that, you really have to meet it. However,
on Sunday, MJF let the mask slip. That's what I

(01:07:55):
said during my review because remember during that match on Sunday,
MJF through a fit.

Speaker 2 (01:08:01):
You know, why not me? Why not me?

Speaker 1 (01:08:03):
He's yelling at the fans. I said, the mask it's slipping, right,
We're seeing his insecurities. So he brought that up here
and Hangman said he realizes that MJF at that point
he does care what the fans think about him. So
MJF said that he's glad Hangman thinks that he wasn't
going to set him on fire, so he'll call Page's
bluff as Page has no idea what's next. Page got

(01:08:26):
a fluke win, he said on Sunday. But MJF is
going to go on to become a multiple time world champion,
first ballot Hall of Famer, and the greatest of all time,
while Hangman meanwhile, will fail to reach the pinnacle, only
to tumble all the way down, wallowing.

Speaker 2 (01:08:42):
In his own self pity.

Speaker 1 (01:08:43):
Hangman doesn't think he deserves the fans love. Is what
MJF is saying that when your mask slips, that's what
we see that you feel you don't deserve the fans love.
And you're right because sooner or later, the fans are
going to grow tired of thinking that Hangman is going
to win the big One, which he never will. Well,

(01:09:04):
he already did, Okay, I mean to be fair, he's
already been a world chang.

Speaker 2 (01:09:09):
I get what he's saying. But he has made it
to the top of the mountain.

Speaker 1 (01:09:12):
There are people right now chasing after this championship at
aw who have never been the world champion in this
company before. Jay White, will Ospray, Darby Allen. Those guys
are looking to make it to the top of the
mountain for the first time. Swerve's already been there, Hangman's
already been there, Kenny's already been there, MJF has already
been there. So he's trying to get back on top

(01:09:35):
of that mountain. And MJF said, meanwhile, you're not going
to do it. I'm gonna do it over and over
and over again, and I'm going.

Speaker 2 (01:09:41):
To be laughing at you.

Speaker 1 (01:09:43):
And Hangman said, we'll see, won't we and MJF walked away.
So it was pretty clear. I think that this was
going to continue the issue between them, and we would
get at least one more match. I don't know if
it's going to be a singles match at Dynasty. I
don't know if the Hurt Syndicate will play a role.
And again we get a trios match where MJF formed

(01:10:07):
some sort of alliance with Lashlee and Shelton, even if
Lashley and Shelton don't want to have anything to do
with him, because maybe MVP went behind their back, you know,
to offer that business card, and then Hangman needs two partners,
and that's how we get the young Bucks back. That's
why I said, I mean, that was the first when
I tried to like imagine what is this leading to

(01:10:28):
what's the point of this That was the first potential
match that popped into my head. So maybe that's the
dynasty match and the main event of this show if
you could believe it. This was the main event of
this show, as in the last thing that we saw
here on this post revolution episode of Dynamite was Orange

(01:10:52):
Cassidy against Etchicero in an International Title Tournament eliminator match.
Jim Ross he joined on commentary and he put Mike
Bailey over from the match he had earlier in the night.
I'm not going through everything that happened to this match.
I I just don't have the energy for it. Late

(01:11:13):
in the match, Cassidy hit a crossbody off the top
he couldn't follow with his spinning DDT. He fought back though,
hit a stun dog Millionaire and his spinning DDT. He
tried to kip up his leg gave out. Cassidy signaled
for the Orange punch, but his arm was hurt because
et Sara was working his arm over during the commercial break,
so he went up top only to dive right into

(01:11:35):
an armbar. Eventually he got the rope brake. Cassidy tried
another stun dog he got blocked, as was the Orange
Punch at Ccero tried a swinging torture rack only for
Cassidy to get a mouse trap and he got the
flash pin for the Wind to advance to the four
way match next week. Now, after the match was over,

(01:11:58):
Mike Bailey walked out on stage and he bowed to
Orange Cassidy and they both men have advanced to the
fore way next week. So they're gonna be opponents and
we'll find out who the other two slots are filled by,
and whoever wins that match next week gets Kenny Omega
at Revolution, and I still believe it will be Ricochet.

(01:12:21):
As far as this match here, hetch Sara did not
get anywhere near the reaction that.

Speaker 2 (01:12:25):
The Beast Mortas got.

Speaker 1 (01:12:27):
Beast Mortos knows how to get a reaction when he's
out there, etch Sara did not get the reaction that.

Speaker 2 (01:12:33):
The Beast Mortas did.

Speaker 1 (01:12:35):
I can't believe that they closed the show with this,
Like I was stunned when I saw this. This is
the post Revolution episode of Dynamite. Like Revolution is one
of their biggest shows of the year, and there was
a lot of controversy coming out of the end of
that show, not in a good way, but there was
controversy coming out of that main event, and this is

(01:12:56):
how they opted to close out this post pay per
view episode of Dynamite Slash Collision. I was shocked, but
then I also thought, like, okay, what else was on
the show tonight that they could have closed with nothing
as far as matches, nothing.

Speaker 2 (01:13:15):
Nothing.

Speaker 1 (01:13:15):
I mean, they could have closed with a promo segment,
but nothing else that they had on this show really
should have been on in the main event anyway. So
it's just the idea that this is the best thing
that they could come up with.

Speaker 2 (01:13:29):
But that's what they did.

Speaker 1 (01:13:31):
Orange Cassidy posing with the Wrizzler on Sunday and then
the main event of the show here tonight. And so
concludes this episode of Wednesday Night Collision. I hope you
enjoyed It's take a look at the Twitter poll. What
did you think of the revolution follow up for Dynamite

(01:13:53):
thirty one percent thumbs up, sixty nine roughly sixty nine
percent thumbs down. I don't I don't know what else
to say about the show. I mean, again, they put
forth some directions for the future, but I just I'm
watching this going what day is this take a look

(01:14:16):
at your super chats. David actually got us started tonight.
David's been on a roll here. I mentioned on TNT
he said that we're having what we Yes, we have
Dan Housen on the show on Saturday. Mentioned having Dan

(01:14:38):
Housen curse JD at Hog on Saturday, which would be
funny to see what he would do. Thoughts on using
dan Housen's curse or Charles Mason if they are up
to no good.

Speaker 2 (01:14:51):
I don't know.

Speaker 1 (01:14:51):
I'm a little afraid to go up to Dan Housen,
so I try to keep my distance.

Speaker 2 (01:14:55):
I don't know.

Speaker 1 (01:14:55):
I don't want to put a curse on me. I
feel like he put a curse on me tonight watching
the show. Uh AEW Defender, Doctor Scorpio, Death Riders for
Life bro the greatest faction in modern wrestling for real.

Speaker 2 (01:15:10):
Though thanks for the reviews.

Speaker 1 (01:15:11):
This is the only way I catch up on AW now,
since I have not watched since all In. Since all in,
so you have not watched any AW since August.

Speaker 2 (01:15:23):
Wow.

Speaker 1 (01:15:25):
Joseph says our truth can time travel in two K
twenty five. You gotta try it?

Speaker 2 (01:15:30):
Is that true? You can time travel?

Speaker 1 (01:15:37):
Darth Ryan, how many people who have left WWE to
go to aw would you deem a success?

Speaker 2 (01:15:50):
I don't know.

Speaker 1 (01:15:50):
I'd have to say I'd have to have the full
list in front of me to tell you how many.
How many off the top of my head, I don't know,
I mean, what do you what do you d he
may success, number of championships they've won, number of main
events they've had. I'm not even sure how you qualified. Honestly,

(01:16:16):
Oz and Glorious a little late, but Revolution was awesome.
We took my brother in law from London and it
was his first time ever watching any wrestling. Much loved
Solo well for the most part, he had a great show.
Your mistake may have been that you didn't leave before
the main event. I would have just gotten up and
left if I would have known what was coming up.
You leave after that cage match. Man, you got a

(01:16:36):
hell of a show there, and Az says Hechicero should
always be in the main event absolutely on Collision, Jerome Eugenio,

(01:16:57):
do you think it's Omega versus Ricochet at Dynasty?

Speaker 2 (01:17:00):
Yes, yeah, bliss Fan.

Speaker 1 (01:17:11):
I mean, I think the two biggest success stories would
have to be Swerve and Tony storm, right, I mean,
isn't that as far as one male one female? There
you go, But as far as like the number of
success versus lack of success again, how do you how

(01:17:33):
do you grade that?

Speaker 2 (01:17:35):
Uh? We got d c Lanier.

Speaker 1 (01:17:42):
So look, can you ask Mercedes Monette the questions we
want to hear for us when we when she comes
to the House of Glory, Well, she's wrestling that night,
She's not doing a seminar. I don't know if I'm
gonna have the chance to speak to her before the
show or not. It depends what time I get there.
But she's wrestling that night, so I don't know.

Speaker 2 (01:18:04):
I don't know. I don't know if there will be
a chance. Oz and Glorio is.

Speaker 1 (01:18:09):
I don't know about you, but I can't wait to
see Wheeler fing you to come out and give Cope
another Busaiku knee and look conflicted. Oh, I can't wait.
Aren't you excited at the possibility? Because you know he's
gonna be there next week? Can't have a main event
without him, Bace Beer as we really could have had

(01:18:33):
Christian as aw champion. Yep, David says, haven't seen this
super yet? After tonight?

Speaker 2 (01:18:44):
Why not.

Speaker 1 (01:18:47):
Yes, that is the new John Cena three dollars super chap.

Speaker 2 (01:18:54):
Telling the kids to give up Aaron Banks.

Speaker 1 (01:18:58):
Way off topic, but I'm watching WCW's YouTube channel. Why
the hell is Beefcake wearing face paint with puffy hair
and doing swimming gestures in the ring. Well, he's probably
on coke, so you know it's probably tweaking. That's probably
what it was. You know, that's the way it was
back then. Easy four months of channel membership, Ay Solo Monster.

(01:19:19):
I like how even when the show is trash, you
still give Calm a review and don't get caught up
with the tribalism bs. Well, thank you, Easy. Even on
the shows that I don't particularly like, I try to
find things that I do and like I said that, clearly,

(01:19:39):
the objective of the show tonight, more than putting on
the most exciting show possible, was just to begin certain
directions for where they seem to be going. You saw
what happened with Megan Bain stuff with MJF and MVP
International Title Tournament. They're trying to crown a number one

(01:20:02):
contender for Kenny Omega.

Speaker 2 (01:20:06):
Anderson Blitz.

Speaker 1 (01:20:07):
I feel that AW pay per views have a WrestleMania
twenty five main event problem of undercard matches end up
better than the main event. Tony Kahan has to reorganize
the match order. There was no way that even if
they had a really good match, there was just no
way they were going to be able to follow up
what came before that main event on Sunday. It's just

(01:20:29):
there's no way John Moxley and fifty year old Edge
are going to have a match that somehow tops the
cage match and the women's match and the swerve match.

Speaker 2 (01:20:38):
Like there was no chance.

Speaker 1 (01:20:40):
They stood no chance. And maybe that's why they're doing
the rematch next week. It's like, all right, you know what,
we're going to show people what we.

Speaker 2 (01:20:48):
Can really do. We're gonna make up for that shit
show on Sunday.

Speaker 1 (01:20:54):
We'll see Bace Bears, says Megan, and then he put
the bane emoji.

Speaker 2 (01:21:04):
Very clever.

Speaker 1 (01:21:07):
Alex Brother solo of Ray Phoenix, is to debut at
wrestle Mania. Would you also have Alistair Black as a
surprise opponent on the same show or wait to redbut
him on the show on the raw after Mania. I
would wait until after media, Yeah, I wouldn't. I mean,

(01:21:27):
I wouldn't give all that away at Mania. I would
save something for that Monday after for sure, Ruby Goose.
One thing I learned about the Mets is that you
guys know you're going to lose the game before it
even begins. Thanks for the streams. Well, you kind of
get used to it.

Speaker 2 (01:21:45):
You know.

Speaker 1 (01:21:47):
It is the Mets way. But you don't have somebody
who stands up in the middle of the game being
interviewed on the sideline saying that like we had on Sunday.
Bass Beers buy or sell the Devil or the Death
Rider's angle the Devil.

Speaker 2 (01:22:12):
The Devil Angle. Base Beers says, disco ball disco fever. No,
we don't need that disco. I'll take the ball.

Speaker 1 (01:22:26):
We can leave disco at home. Ed Swaggle twenty six
months of membership. When kill Switch gets back, he can
be Beast Mortos's brother under their father, Christian rights itself
for the Tag Division better than the Death Writers. Well,

(01:22:48):
I just hope that Lucasaurus can come back healthy again,
because apparently he was very very sick there for a while,
but he's doing better.

Speaker 2 (01:23:00):
Hodge.

Speaker 1 (01:23:00):
If Tony doesn't pull the trigger with Mercedes and do
a program with n or do a program with Athena.
Do you think Mercedes should challenge Tony's Storm for the
world title? So what are we doing here? We're doing
Champion against Champion, will be doing another. We're already talking
about Omega and Okada, you know, possibly in a unification

(01:23:21):
scenario in Texas.

Speaker 2 (01:23:23):
I don't think we need to be doing that with
the women's champions.

Speaker 1 (01:23:28):
So if they want to have Mercedes drop her title
a double or nothing, which is one year after she won.

Speaker 2 (01:23:35):
It, and then.

Speaker 1 (01:23:37):
Challenge Tony for the world title, you could do that.
But to do Champion against Champion, I think we're already
getting Champion against Champion on the same show. Scumdog favorite
video game, Super Mario Brothers three. I know it's tough though,

(01:24:02):
Super Mario three or Super Mario World. I love them both.
I'll go three. The Data and Boys podcast was there
live in this show? Was efin Putrid? Bro you got
a main event of Orange Cassidy against Atchasero. I don't
know what you paid for your ticket, but I don't
know what you were expecting, but I'm sure it wasn't that.

(01:24:23):
So I'm sorry, brother. I don't book the shows. BCMC
clearly hook has zero booty.

Speaker 2 (01:24:33):
He has to change that.

Speaker 1 (01:24:35):
What what are you looking at? Base bearus ass bone
connected to the hip bone. Yes, thank you, Thank you
for the medical lesson. David theoring with the thirty dollars
super chat Aw, Dynamite and Tony Kahn's creative got you

(01:24:55):
down feeling upset.

Speaker 2 (01:24:58):
Don't be upset and have bad breath.

Speaker 1 (01:25:02):
Get yourself some mentos the fresh Maker and have long
lasting fresh breath. My ad was more interesting than Dynamite.

Speaker 2 (01:25:10):
Tonight. It was.

Speaker 1 (01:25:16):
Bass Beers buy or sell mentos mint or fruit fruit.

Speaker 2 (01:25:24):
Thank you, bas Beers. Ali a solemn monster. How are
you doing?

Speaker 1 (01:25:31):
Just want to say tomorrow is going to be my
thirty first birthday. Well, happy early, Well technically it is
midnight now, so happy birthday, Ali. I hope you have
a great thirty first birthday. I hope thirty one is
better than thirty, which for WrestleMania is debatable. I would
go thirty over thirty one, but hopefully your thirty one

(01:25:52):
is better than thirty. Othman Entertainment forty seven months got
loose this. We got Agent forty seven over here. Also
can't wait to see this Saturday at the Big Event.
If anybody else is going, let's try to meet up.
I'll be wearing my Heart Foundation jacket and winged Eagle title.

(01:26:14):
I'm still waiting to find that. If I'm going, it's
up in the air.

Speaker 2 (01:26:17):
Right now. I may not go. I don't know what's
going on yet.

Speaker 1 (01:26:21):
I'm hoping to know by tomorrow because I need to
know what the fuck is going on because we have
a Hank Show Saturday night, so it's gonna be a
busy day. I'd like to know what I'm doing. So yeah,
I don't know right now. It's fifty to fifty if
I'm going to be at the big event. But if
I am there and you do see me, definitely say hello.

(01:26:46):
Innuendo the Beast more toast also known as Frank Yeah,
whatever happened to that was a Roderick Strong going around
calling him Frank yo yo With the four ninety nine
random aw question, But what are your thoughts on Julia Hart.

(01:27:08):
She's a young talent who, while still green, I think,
deserves a proper direction. There's a lot of people on
their roster who deserve a proper direction. There's only so
much TV time for all of them. I think Julia
Hart has progressed quite a bit from the first time
I saw her doing that cheerleader gimmick, and she is
still very green.

Speaker 2 (01:27:27):
I think she'll get there.

Speaker 1 (01:27:27):
She's still very young, so she's made good progress, especially
on the character end.

Speaker 2 (01:27:34):
Uh.

Speaker 1 (01:27:36):
We have butt Pounder sixty nine, just trying to put
a smile on people's faces with this name despite how
bad this show was. Transparency. This is David Theoring's second account. Well,
that's quite an account to have, David.

Speaker 2 (01:27:55):
What a name.

Speaker 1 (01:27:57):
Bace Beers gives new meaning to the term quarter pounder.
Bass Beer says, Happy birthday, Sarah Benger, Yes it is Sarah.
In the chat, happy Birthday Sarah. Matt Fisher. Two people
fall down a hole. One says it's really dark down here.
The other says, I can't tell. It's hard to see

(01:28:19):
down here. I don't get the punchline. And then Matt
follows that up and says, I screwed that up. Disregard
and enjoy the money. I was like, where's the punchline?

(01:28:40):
I was waiting for the punchline.

Speaker 2 (01:28:50):
Suck. I'm sorry. It had to be done, all right.

Speaker 1 (01:28:57):
So we're currently sitting at four hundred and thirty four likes.
That's coincidentally also the number of days that CM Punk
reigned as the WWE champion. But let us go and
be the booker, ladies and gentlemen.

Speaker 2 (01:29:16):
It is now time to be the booker.

Speaker 1 (01:29:20):
Here she is, there's the CEO, the belt collector herself,
making a stop in New York this weekend. I believe
she will be signing at the Big Event as well,
before she makes her way over to Queens for Hog.
All right, we're gonna begin be the booker here. Looks up,
We're only gonna get the one round tonight, so let's

(01:29:42):
make it a good one tag team.

Speaker 2 (01:29:46):
Be the booker.

Speaker 1 (01:29:47):
No, no, this is not what I wanted. This is
Harlem Heat two thousand with Stevie Ray and Big T
the former Ahmed Johnson. That is not what I was

(01:30:08):
hoping for. And they're going to be taking on the
American males Marcus, Alexander Bagwell and Scottie Riggs.

Speaker 2 (01:30:22):
I'm American males, American daals, American males, American noles, americanles.
I don't know what I'm doing.

Speaker 1 (01:30:35):
That's a fucking buzz. All right, let's move on to
the women. Good lord, I'm trying to entertain myself now
after this show tonight, a women's be the Booker.

Speaker 2 (01:30:44):
Here we go.

Speaker 1 (01:30:44):
We begin with Shana Basler. You better not cross Shana Basler.
She'll beat your ass in the back. I know who
Shana Basler is hoping to face here and be the Booker.
Wouldn't that be something? Wouldn't that be something? If we
landed on Jade Cargill. Can you imagine she's in here?
Jade is in here. Shanna Basler is going to go

(01:31:06):
one on one with all read everything, Eva, Marie, you
know this Be the Booker is trending perfectly for the
show that we got tonight. This actually makes a lot
of sense to me. We are headed for disaster here,

(01:31:29):
we have one left. We are headed for catastrophe. Well,
I think we may have just been given a lifeline
because one half of our main event here and Be
the Booker, is arguably certainly one of, if not the
best wrestler in the world, certainly one of them in

(01:31:50):
will Ospring. Perhaps your next well maybe not your next,
but actually you know what he could be. He could
very well end up being your next aw World Chair.
I hope not because that would mean four more months
of the Death Writers. I can't survive that will Osbury

(01:32:12):
one on one with Dominic Mysterio. I'll take that match.
I'll take that match.

Speaker 2 (01:32:23):
By the way, we should all.

Speaker 1 (01:32:24):
Be celebrating because this is Dom's twenty year anniversary in
the business.

Speaker 2 (01:32:29):
He's a twenty year vet this year.

Speaker 1 (01:32:31):
It was the custody of Dominic ladder match in two
thousand and five at SummerSlam. It is now two thousand
and twenty five. When does this man get his Hall
of Fame induction? Is what I want to know. It's

(01:32:51):
like a grizzled vet. This journey called life haven't been
on on a Wednesday in a long time. I'm sorry,
but aw has been pissed poor lately. NXT was outstanding
on Tuesday, I was there, and Raw on Monday was awesome.
The Raw main event the last half hour may have

(01:33:13):
been awesome. Raw on the whole was not awesome. On Monday,
NXT was awesome and aw Tonight was definitely not awesome.
Aw Defender Doctor Scorpio, speaking of punchlines the Death Riders, sorry, lol,

(01:33:35):
there you go, figure out to give it to you
and David Theoring with the twenty dollars super Chat inspiration
for that YouTube name came off of a name that
I heard on a sports YouTube channel, believe it or not,
called butt Pounder for twenty. You have put me in
a better mood tonight after Dynamite. So I thank you, Solo.

(01:33:58):
I you're very well welcome butt Pounder four twenty. I
don't even want to know. I don't even want to know.
Drew Mackincock rank these elbow drops, Kyrie, Shawn Michaels and

(01:34:19):
Macho Man, Macho Man Kyrie and then Sean Derek j
speaks from the Devil Angle in late twenty twenty three,
the Elite takeover and now the Death Riders. The streak
of aw main event storylines has been a fucking nightmare.

(01:34:40):
It's been pretty it's been pretty fucking terrible. I mean seriously,
and I feel bad about the Devil one because it
was just besieged by injuries and that wasn't Tony's fault.
But yeah, I mean, this is just it's just awful.
It's just awful. Matt Fisher will be in India next week,

(01:35:02):
hopefully Death Writers ends. You're going to be in India
next week. That is that on business or pleasure? You
didn't specify mankind. I'm glad your messages are getting through

(01:35:23):
the block letter logo. Of course, he's asking which logo
is better, the WWF block letter or the scratch logo,
the block one. When do I think Dom turns face again?
Uh hm, no, not for a while.

Speaker 2 (01:35:46):
It'll be a while.

Speaker 1 (01:35:47):
Yet he still gets great heat. We got russo'ed on
that be the booker without a second, be the booker.
No that no, I mean that, that's not what it
looks like to be Russo. That's just that's just booking
bad matches, is what that is.

Speaker 2 (01:36:07):
Hey, look at that.

Speaker 1 (01:36:07):
Yoyo just became a sound off superstar. Thank you yo yo.
Matt says, friend is getting married in India. Okay, I'll
be at a wedding myself next month. I'm actually gonna
be in Chicago, and then two weeks later I go
right back to Chicago for House of Glory. So I'm
gonna be a hey, Chicago, I'm going to be inside

(01:36:29):
you twice.

Speaker 2 (01:36:32):
That's gonna be fun.

Speaker 1 (01:36:33):
At least this time I'm going to Chicago and it's
not January, so it won't be freezing. I actually I'm
hoping I have time this time to actually take in
a Cubs game and go. I've never been to Wrigley
Field before. It's gonna be close, though. I don't know
at what point during the games they stop selling tickets,
because there's no way I'm going to be there in

(01:36:54):
time for the first inning. So if they stop selling
tickets at the end of the first inning, probably fucked.
But I would like to check out a game at
Wrigley just to say that I did it. You know,
I've never been. Drew Mackincox says, it's crazy. The network
logo has been around almost as long as the Scratch logo.

Speaker 2 (01:37:16):
It's true.

Speaker 1 (01:37:18):
Yeah, I mean the network logo debut, what was it
eleven years ago? That's crazy. Don't forget Mindy. I was
at Mindy's already. I was at Mendy's the last time
I was in Chicago. Didn't you see the photos? They
were photos online. I was very upset. I went into Mendy's.

Speaker 2 (01:37:37):
No muffins.

Speaker 1 (01:37:40):
They had cookies, they had brownies, they had all kinds
of pastries that I couldn't eat. They had all kinds
of stuff. I didn't see a single muffin in Mendy's.
I felt misled. Maybe they switch out what they have
out at any given moment. Maybe I wasn't looking in
the right place. Maybe they were in the back and
I because I didn't ask, I was just looking at
what out. Not a single muffin. I came all the

(01:38:05):
way to Chicago to go to Mendy's and there were
no muffins.

Speaker 2 (01:38:07):
You are you kidding me?

Speaker 1 (01:38:12):
Have I ever been to Great American Ballpark?

Speaker 2 (01:38:15):
No?

Speaker 1 (01:38:16):
No, I've been to Citizens Bank Ballpark in Philly. But
any other major baseball stadiums elsewhere in the country, I
don't think so. I think just New York and Philly.
I was at SkyDome, but that was in That was
in nineteen ninety five for a an Argonauts football game.

(01:38:43):
But that was only five years after a Warrior beat
Hogan in that same building. So I was like, all right,
this is this is pretty cool. We didn't have sixty
eight thousand people for the Argonauts game, but I still
have my ticket stuff. I just checked and the Mets
don't play at Wrigley until September. Yeah, yeah, I mean

(01:39:04):
it's I forgot who's playing that day. Yeah it's I
don't know, it's the Cubs, and I don't remember who
it doesn't matter. I mean, I just figured I would,
you know, check the game out, so I will see.
We'll see if I have time. It's not ideal though.
It sucks because it's the Friday. It's a weekend thing.

(01:39:26):
I don't think I would be doing any shows that weekend,
but it's the uh. I fly out the Friday after WrestleMania,
So if anything big happens at WrestleMania, that is going
to be held off until SmackDown. As far as the
follow up, I'm not gonna be here for SmackDown that
Friday after WrestleMania, So so that sucks. Which stadium is

(01:39:50):
the one where they have like a swimming pool in
the outfield? That is that Arizona somewhere. I think they
had a Royal rumble there one year. I forgot what
stadium though was. Bass Beer says Punk's Survivor series return

(01:40:10):
was more shocking than Seen as Heel Turn. Yeah, I
mean you can make the argument. I think some people
would agree, some people would disagree. They were both very shocking.
I think when he left aw there were a fair
number of people who assumed he would end up in WWA,
maybe not that night. Seen Attorney heel as something a

(01:40:32):
lot of people thought they would just never see because
it just never happened before. He's retiring. In that regard,
this was more shocking. But if you think that was
more shocking, I'm not going to argue with you. They
were both very shocking. Javante. Thank you for the twenty

(01:40:53):
it's going on, Javante. I honestly don't remember AW ever
having an amazing episode of Dynamite after a pay per
view like WWE has had after WrestleMania, even after some
of the greatest pay per views like All Out in
twenty twenty one or Revolution in twenty twenty. Well, that
may be true, but what they did tonight that certainly

(01:41:15):
wasn't it. That certainly was not the answer. My thoughts
about Penelope four. Do I see her in NXT now
I see her in AW. I don't think she's going anywhere.
And she's another one who she she missed like two
years and she hasn't been back for that long. But
I think that there's potential there for her to be

(01:41:37):
a lot.

Speaker 2 (01:41:38):
It was weird.

Speaker 1 (01:41:38):
She came out tonight and she got on the apron
and I looked away, and when I look back and
I just saw her. I saw Live Morgan, like just
obviously she's got the blonde hair as well, and she's
not you know, she's not big, she's not that tall.
But so maybe it's as simple as that. But I
just saw flashes of Live Morgan when I looked at

(01:42:01):
her during her entrance tonight. Chase Field has the swimming pool,
says Ricky. Well, I mean, maybe there's more than one
field that might be the one I'm thinking of. Bass
Beierres says Punk return two months after Wembley Crazy Stuff.

Speaker 2 (01:42:21):
Three months. It was three months.

Speaker 1 (01:42:28):
Arizona can use the twenty twenty three series to mock us,
but the Dodgers at least won the World Series. Well,
thank you, guys. I wish we had a more exciting
show to talk about tonight. This was not it, but
hopefully you enjoyed this show here, this one right here,

(01:42:51):
And guess what, we get to do it again on Friday,
because I'm going to be live after SmackDown on Friday
and now always SmackDown this Friday also out of the
country or does that start next week? I thought SmackDown
was going to be the first show that kicks off
the international tour. I don't know where they are this Friday.

(01:43:11):
Let me check here. SmackDown I don't think is going
to be impacted as far as I'm going to be
doing my streams for SmackDown at the normal time they're
not airing because we're aw's on Netflix and so Netflix
can air it live no matter what time zone it's in. So,
as I said the other night, the plan, just so
you guys are aware if you weren't with me on
the raw stream, the next few weeks, I'm going to

(01:43:33):
be going live a little bit earlier than usual on YouTube.
I'm not going live immediately after Raw airs live on Netflix.
So next week it's airing at three o'clock Eastern time,
and then the week after that they're going to be
in Scotland and it airs live on Netflix at four o'clock,
and then the week after that they're in London and

(01:43:54):
it airs live again at three o'clock Eastern. I'm going
to watch the shows live and then I'm going to
have dinner or else I'll be very cranky, and then
probably around eight o'clock Eastern we'll go live on YouTube.
So for the next few weeks. On Monday, prepare for
some eight pm streams, which will be nice. It'll be
nice to not go too late. I actually am looking

(01:44:15):
forward to that SmackDown. I don't think is going to
be any different than usual. There's going to be some
international shows. I think it's just live to tape. You know,
it'll air here and it's normal time. So I'll be
live after eleven o'clock, which you know is not ideal
because these smackdowns are awful at three hours. But I

(01:44:36):
don't think SmackDown is going to be any different, so
just be aware of that. I'm not going live immediately
after raw ends. There'll be a little buffer and then
I'll go live at eight o'clock. Yo Yo says, would
you rather have MJF in WWE or any other five
male aw superstars excluding Osprey in WWE. Yeah, I would

(01:45:03):
love to have MJF and WWE. I would love to
have Swerve. Swerve is locked up until twenty twenty nine,
and I think Swerve is very happy. Well, I mean,
he's got no reason not to be very happy where
he is. He was also shunned by WW and so
I think he's got a chip on his shoulder to
kind of show them.

Speaker 2 (01:45:21):
Like fuck you.

Speaker 1 (01:45:22):
You didn't believe in me, and Tony did so I
don't even think he wants to go back there anyway.

Speaker 2 (01:45:29):
I think that this version of Swerve would kill it
in WWE.

Speaker 1 (01:45:33):
So I personally, selfishly would love to see him one
day in WWE. MJF absolutely you said, excluding Osprey Osprey obviously,
I would love to see him against some of those
guys on the WWE roster. Kenny Omega is another one,

(01:45:53):
so yeah, I mean, there's a bunch of names i'd
love to see end up there. And bass Beer is
one hundred thousand subscribers before the year is over, definitely possible. Well,
I don't think so. I think that's a little ambitious,
but I appreciate the enthusiasm. Right now, I'm just focused

(01:46:15):
on eighty five k. We're a little over one hundred
subscribers away from eighty five thousand, so that is what
I am looking forward to right now. Let's take it
five thousand at a time. We hit eighty five and
the next goal is ninety, so we'll take baby steps.
Might it's gonna be longer than a year, though, unfortunately

(01:46:38):
it's gonna take a while.

Speaker 2 (01:46:43):
Let me just check.

Speaker 1 (01:46:43):
I'm just curious now that I brought it up. If
SmackDown is international this week, let's see where is SmackDown
on Friday. SmackDown is in Barcelona. That's right, I forgot

(01:47:06):
about that. Okay, so smart SmackDown is in Barcelona, Spain.
So yeah, just be aware that there may be well
not that there may be there will be spoilers online
for those of you who want to stay away from
spoilers for the shows, like on social media, because they're
going to be doing a bunch of international shows for

(01:47:28):
the next like three weeks, so they're going to be
all over the place. Drew says, can you do another
quiz one of these days?

Speaker 2 (01:47:35):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (01:47:37):
Yeah, I was thinking about doing that this week, but
I chose not to. But we'll set We'll probably set
like a goal, like a super Chat goal, and if
we hit it, we'll do another quiz see how smart
I really am? And then you guys can play along
in the chat. How do I rank my NL East

(01:47:57):
team rivalry from most hate to who cares? I have
no love for the Phillies and I have no love
for the Braves. You know, I don't really care about
I don't really personally care about the others, as long
as we beat the two of.

Speaker 2 (01:48:15):
Them, base Spears says. And the call ins, yeah, we'll
do that. We'll do phone calls again.

Speaker 1 (01:48:26):
We'll bust them out one of these days, yeah, Brian,
pretty much, he says. So stay away from X, Instagram
and YouTube. Well, don't stay away from this YouTube. I'm
just saying though, if you don't want to, if you
don't want to know the results, if you happen to
be scrolling on X or on Facebook where you go

(01:48:47):
to one of the wrestling news websites, they will be
floating around all right. So again, like I was saying,
Friday night, I'll be live on YouTube after SmackDown from
Barcelona in our normal time here on the channel, so
I will see you there. Go check out all the
other content on the channel. I was live on Sunday

(01:49:10):
night for the Revolution Review, Monday night after Raw with
a great cage match, and then we'll do it all
over again on Friday night and then Saturday House of Glory.
Hopefully I'll get to see some of you guys there
the NYC Arena. Be well, stay safe, have yourselves a
good night, and I will see you back here for more. SoundOff,

(01:49:31):
very soon until then take care
